This hotel is very nice, but it needs better maintenance. Rooms are formidable, huge, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is big and full of palms and trees. The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC. The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!! Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

Professional problem-solving during a busy New Year period I and Husband stayed here from December 31st to January 2nd, 2026, to celebrate the New Year. Although we have stayed here many times before, this check-in was quite hectic and unexpected. We had booked a Club Room King, but upon arrival, we was informed the room category was fully booked. However, the situation was handled exceptionally well. The team found an alternative room for us and offered a room rate discount as a gesture of goodwill and compensation for the error. We would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Amorntep Treepon (Manager - Dusit Club) and the Front Office Team Lead (apologies for not catching the name) for their professional assistance. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for your swift, professional problem-solving. It’s service like this that keeps us coming back.

The hotel is located in South Pattaya on the main road, which is very convenient. It’s right next to Health land Massage, making it easy to enjoy a massage anytime. The hotel and rooms are clean with a pleasant smell, and the room has all the basic amenities you need. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a good atmosphere and a reasonable price. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups. I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing. All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward to returning!

Make the long story short, fantastic confectionery, good breakfast (in comparison with the surrounding hotels that I tried), clean and cozy room with a nice view of the sea.

The hotel was nice but more for families as on the weekend the beach chairs were always full and many kids around. The hotel has private beach with free kayaking during your stay which was quite nice. Hotel were friendly and kind too. Location is a bit inconvenient but you can book a taxi to go to city center still just not very walkable. Worth the price tho, should stay at least 2days+ to properly enjoy the beach and facilities
