„Очень тихое и красивое место. Минут 7 пешком от станции. Номера просторные и чистые, была приятно удивлена. Горячий источник небольшой, но всего хватает. Очень вкусная еда, а выглядит дак вообще как произведение искусства хоть и не совсем кайсеки. Для меня еды было достаточно, кроме ужина и завтрака постоянно в доступе чайно-кофейная станция. Вообще атмосфера очень уютная и домашняя, сотрудников как и гостей мало, поэтому очень тихо и хорошо. Для путешествия парой или одному в самый раз! Хотелось бы приехать еще! P.S. При заселении подарили красивый маленький термос, а когда выезжала - любезно подбросили аж до станции Гора.”

„The hotel is located on Mount Soun, quite a distance from the city center and tram station, requiring a long bus or taxi ride. It's worth noting that the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service, and the shuttle bus to the mountain closes very early (the last bus departs at 5 PM, and there are no more buses until around 6:30 PM), so be sure to plan your return trip accordingly. The interior atmosphere is quite different from the exterior; it's very Zen-like and quiet. I especially loved the singing bowls in the hotel lobby. Besides the hotel restaurant, there's a bar and tea room on the first floor. There are wagashi (Japanese sweets) and freshly brewed tea available at the tea room entrance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very soundproof, with private onsen (hot spring bath). Breakfast is kaiseki style, quite delicious, but the portions are huge. EEtienne Gagnon-DesmaraisHotel był świetny. Byliśmy w Hakone dla Onsen (Hotel źródła), a hostel był w pobliżu wielu z nich. Staff był bardzo pomocny i entuzjastyczny. Hostel oferuje również interesujący obiad, ale nie spróbowaliśmy go. Budynek i wnętrze wyglądało bardzo japoński tradycyjny. Bardzo doceniane za zanurzenie w Japonii!

GGość☀️ When i first arrived, i thought i was at the wrong place - i‘ve never booked something so nice for myself before! 🪲PROS - chill 4 people bedrooms, with a comfy bed and a big personal shelf + locker and a fridge for the room - clean facilities and rooms - towel, toothpaste/toothpaste and yukata were provided as well as shampoo and showergel - the common room was so cozy and nice, with tea and water always at the ready and a great view of the garden - i was satisfied with both the dinner and breakfast and the price was fairly cheap (~1200¥ or a bit more, depending on your choices) - PRIVATE ONSEN that you can book for around 50minutes at night and can use in the morning if nobody else is already using it (costs around 150¥ per use) - there is a shuttle bus going at pretty regular times in the morning. They offer a ride to both Gora-Station or Hakone-Open-Air-Museum! 🩸CONS - far from the city-centre/train station 🌱 i really enjoyed my stay. I had cool roomies that became travel companions and absolutely loved the inn, the onsen, the food and the kind staff! Definitely a recommendation if you ever decide to stay in Hakone - i would book again!

SShanqimishengI originally thought that the Hakone Onsen Hotel was too expensive and the cost-effectiveness of traveling alone was not high, so I chose a youth hostel. The experience of 3 days and 2 nights was more than I expected. An old man received me when I checked in that day. Although he had an accent in English, it did not affect communication and understanding at all, and there was no communication difficulty. What was more surprising was that all guests could take a hot spring bath, and there was no limit on the number of times. When checking in, only one towel for hot spring bathing was issued, which had to be reused or rented a new towel from the front desk. Unlike hot spring hotels, they could not take a bath in the morning, but in the afternoon and evening, and they were divided into indoor and outdoor areas. I experienced it on both nights. There was no meal, but the kitchen was open 24 hours a day, and free hot water, tea bags, seasonings, dishes and pots were available. Personal items needed to be labeled and stored. It was more than 1km away from the station, and some mountain roads needed to be climbed. Convenience stores were basically less than 100m away from the door, but there were few restaurants, so I had to go to Hakone Yumoto Station to eat. The dormitory is a mixed room for six people, mainly occupied by European and American backpackers. There is a male and female bathroom on each floor, as well as two shower rooms. The guests are relatively friendly. Overall, the experience is good and I may consider living here again in the future.

We tried both private onsen and communal onsen but honestly the water in communal ones was hotter, if you don’t mind sharing the onsen with others. The dinner set and breakfast set were excellent! The room and common facilities were clean and tidy, and I don’t feel they were worn. Although the staff (the receptionist) might not be good in English speaking, they tried their best and used mobile app translator to explain to us patiently the rules and arrangements for our stay. For us, the price is reasonable with such high quality of service and facilities!

GGośćWe loved this experience! After travelling from Tokyo that morning and all around Hakone, we were wrecked by the time we got to the accommodation. The hosts offer free collection from the bottom of the cable car. We text them saying we would be arriving in 10 minutes and they had someone waiting for us. The check in was smooth and the hosts are very accommodating, have good English and will do anything they can to help you. We had a room with a Mt. Fuji view who was on show for a few hours. They then brought us in a shuttle to a nearby restaurant and the restaurant brought us back to the accommodation. The accom was very big for the two of us and we found the beds really comfy. We also got private onsen for 30 mins (available between 10-11pm) for only 2,000 yen. In the morning, they dropped us back (again free) to our bus stop. We loved this whole experience and calm back feeling relaxed and revived. Couldn’t recommend more!

Ffjanen*The guest villa was nice, clean, and comfortable.* We had a small issue at check-in though. The check-in email only came in at 4:30 PM, but we arrived at 3:00 PM. Plus our room was changed from 201 to 101, so the code we got didn’t work. Luckily the staff was there when we arrived and helped us check into the new room quickly. *Facilities:* Washing machine is paid - 6kg for 400 Yen. Dryer is 100 Yen for 30 mins but clothes don’t get fully dry, so we still had to hang them out. The drying area is small but clean enough. Bathroom was clean too and overall facilities are good. GGregorio GastaldiA very pleasant visit to kind, simple and peaceful people. I like a lot the location of the homestay, out of the center, up hill, need to move your ass to reach it. The hottest onsen I’ve been haha but also the most comfy as it’s private. I miss Rum already, what a nice dog, same as all the staff. A really worthy stop in Hakone with local people who feel real in an area full of tourism. Thanks a lot for taking care of my bags after my check in, those gestures are the ones that really count!

EErick858Nestled in a peaceful corner of Mt. Hakone, yet conveniently connected by bus, only a 5-10 mins walk. This charming little hotel offered an unforgettable immersion into Japanese culture, complete with tatami-matted floor, soft futon bedding and soothing onsen. With it's effortless check in and out, it's perfect for travelers seeking tranquility and authenticity without sacrificing to much convenience. Pros: If you plan to visit the Hakone pirate ship and the Hakone ropeway at Togendai, it will give you an early start because it's only 11 minutes by bus. Con: To get to the hotel you will need to go up a little hill, not too hard, but if you have a lot of luggage it could be a bit of a challenge (But it's an easy walk back to the bus stop) Be mindful of the bus time getting to the hotel as the bus tends to end around 5:00 p.m. Also, there aren't any places to eat near the hotel, so you may need to take food with you, order breakfast with the hotel or buy some snacks and instant noodles from the hotel shop.

Aada.tungNos encantó este hotel, es mucho más mono en la realidad que en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Tienen baños de uso privado, dos interiores y dos exteriores. Muy limpios y con todo lo necesario (gel, champú, acondicionador, secador de pelo, etc.). No tuvimos ningún problema para usarlos ya que siempre había uno libre. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de las otras habitaciones pero los huéspedes son respetuosos. El personal muy servicial también. Puedes coger prestado zapatillas, yukatas (estos también para ir al baño exterior), paraguas, y tomar agua fría o caliente y té. La habitación tenía mesa, un balconcito con nevera, otra mesa junto a la ventana y lavabo. No pasamos nada de frío ya que había muchísimas mantas y una bomba de aire. También televisor y deshumificador, aunque no los usamos. Algunos comentarios dicen que la ubicación no es muy buena o que no hay restaurantes alrededor. Para nosotros la ubicación era correcta ya que está bien conectado a 2 minutos de las paradas de buses y tren. Había un restaurante justo enfrente pequeñito pero muy rico y bien de precio que abre hasta las 10 pm. Teniendo en cuenta que era de las opciones más baratas en Hakone para las fechas y con la posibilidad de disfrutar de onsen de forma privada, nos pareció que estaba muy muy bien.
