„The check-in staff were incessantly nagging, insisting on paying extra for a membership, and even sniffing through guests' phones until I lost my temper. Also, it seemed like the front desk was deliberately retaliating; they said they upgraded my room, even though I specifically asked for one with hidden problems, including poor drainage. And yet, they gave me this room, and while I was showering, the water was already up to my feet. It was fine; I had originally booked three days, but cancelled the rest that night. Other issues included the welcome tea station being useless—no coffee, no hot water, and my mouth was parched while the front desk staff continued their nagging. I was misled by the official photos of the main entrance; it's only part of the first floor. Most guests drive in and go straight to the underground parking. It's impossible to find the entrance from the underground parking because this half is abandoned and extremely dark. The sensor door next to the front desk looks like a fixed piece of glass. The front desk lighting made it even darker outside, and from the elevator, you couldn't see the printed instructions… It was truly bizarre. If you discriminate against Shanghai guests, you can refuse to serve them; we won't come. PS: The receptionist was someone who appeared significantly older than me. By the way, the service level in Xinchang is far worse than that in neighboring Shengzhou. It's like everyone's a nobody.”

„應該説整體是高出我的預期，雖然預訂之前也看到過圖片，但是到了現場，景色還是非常漂亮，入住的這幾天夜色降臨後，坐在草坪上納涼觀月聊天，非常愜意。服務也非常好，所有的工作人員無論是前台還是打掃房間的阿姨、餐飲部的員工，都很客氣，給人以親切的感覺，我帶去的寵物在我們外出遊玩時越獄逃出房間，很熱心的幫助解決。原計劃沒有打算在民宿就餐，但有一天玩耍得累了不高興外出，晚飯在民宿解決，意外獲得一致好評，第2天的晚上推掉了原先預訂的熱門餐館，還選擇在民宿就餐。總之如果下次再來新昌，這家會優先考慮。”

„I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.”

„來新昌找到這家新開的漢庭4.0太好了！有免費地下停車場，電車晚上還可以免費充電，單行線兩頭都可以通行，這點很棒！入住智能化，10秒搞定，房間很寬敞很乾凈很舒適非常滿意 ，服務好熱情，效率高，有求必應，昨晚去大佛寺看燈會，走路幾分鐘到，不要找停車位太方便了，非常值得推薦入住！以後來新昌就認這家漢庭了！”

„與其説是民宿，不如説是風景區裏的度假村，從嵊州新昌高鐵站打車20多元（不過出去不太方便，司機要談價錢，最好預約車輛出景區） 我們住的房間需要坐船，哪怕是去對面碼頭，也需要找管家或者船老大聯絡。管家十分熱情，很快就能回覆。船老大看到我們也會主動載我們過河，對我們運氣好，正巧雨季，一掃前幾日的高温，我們運氣又不好，陰雨天看不到果凍色的湖面了。 管家很熱情地幫我們升了艙，從靜雅雙床房升級到了棲畫雙床房，有了更大的陽台，可以放兩個躺椅和一個方几。視野也很開闊，可以看到湖景和對岸的景色。 房間一年不到全新裝修，陽台上的躺椅都是嶄新的，一塵不染。床也很舒適，一些使用問題，管家也很快幫忙妥善解決。民宿的早餐和晚餐都可以讓餐廳送到房間，我們點了魚頭豆腐煲，直接送來了一個大砂鍋。 天燭山景區可以乘船、可以爬山，坡度不高，有索橋、有路牌、有小溪、有人工瀑布和有一些適合年輕人打卡點。特別適合閑散地逛逛，喝喝茶，舒舒服服地避開城市的喧囂，享受山林的寧靜。 把房間的照片發給了朋友，她們也動了心，聽説楓葉季俯瞰整個湖泊，五顏六色特別美。網上相關的訊息還不多，很慶幸自己在攜程搜到了這裏。”

„酒店位置在新昌鎮稍偏，離大佛寺不算太遠，酒店規模其實挺大，想當年應該也是很風光。可以考慮裝修一下，設施確實比較老了舊，停車場光線也不好，保安大爺很敬業點個贊，前台小姐姐很熱情，老酒店Wi-Fi信號真的是需要改進，阿姨也很熱心幫助解決問題，最後換了房間。”

„本來定了一家名字類似的酒店就在邊上 可是房間還沒有打掃好，就想着先來這家看看，結果一進門就覺得這家更高級！ 先看了一下房間，很新很新，好像剛開業才個把月。房間很大 裝修也很新穎別緻。是我喜歡的綠色系地板和衞浴裝修。 設施：很新 沙發一個雙人和一個單人的，有可能我是第一個使用的，空調很涼快。 衞生：乾淨的，地毯和地面都很新 環境：很新（出了電梯裏面，有可能剛撕掉廣告牌）”

Very new beaitiful hotel, was built in 2021st. the hotel is located right on the cliff and when you swim in pool with with glass wall looks like you fly over canyon, Rooms are very original made with love in details, full of gadgets, windows view leads right to the very deep canyon. Owner is a very nice guy, who was keeping asking customers survey what can advise to improve his place.”

„拖鞋衹有如圖，上面都是黴斑，沒辦法洗澡，衹能要求塑膠拖鞋，從隔壁客棧借來的，空調在床的正上方，睡覺的時候直直吹着，非常不舒服。看其他評價環境千好萬好，才定的這件房間，實際上所有的房間都連在一起，就是一個房間外面有花的汽車旅館，説好的客棧呢？沒住過這麼擠的客棧！門口的大台階看着很漂亮，看別的評價説可以幫忙搬行李，但就衹有兩個女孩在前台，真的好意思讓她們幫助抬行李嗎？ 衹能説營銷的很不錯，下次請別繼續了。”
