This 349 m2, two-storey house has 4 comfy bedrooms, is well-decorated and perfect for families and friends, who are searching for something special. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed (1.80 x 2 meters), a dressing room and a 23 m2 terrace with lovely garden views. It is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your partner. The room has a porthole which you can cover. The second bedroom is also very spacious and comes with 2 twin beds. This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers.
