We are a retirees from Canada. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting the Nantou ancient city. The surrounding area has nice shops and many places to eat. The laundry facilities are clean and the machines are modern and powerful. There is no cost to do laundry. The gym only has an elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, a slanted bench and a yoga mat. There are no free weights or kettlebell - those would make a nice addition. I will note that the rowing machine needs some cleaning and lubrication. The staff at the desk, the housekeeping staff, and the kitchen staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel has a couple of grey cats that spend most of their time in a large enclosure near the package reception. However one like to wander and is sometimes kept me company in the gym and laundry area.

STAFF APPRECIATION: Simply wonderful. I encountered many staff members during my stay, working in the hotel itself, the various cafes and restaurants, and on the beach. Every single one was professional and kind and so very warm. Several of the young people working there also spoke English, which was an unexpected pleasure and convenience for which I was grateful. However, I owe a special thanks to the lovely little sisters at the front desk, Catie and Xiao Kue. Especially Catie. This sweet young woman took exceptional care of me during my stay, seeing to every need, answering every question (in English, no less), and patiently guiding my drivers to the location when I arrived or chose to go out and explore. I am getting older now and often require clear instructions and visual aids. 😅 She kindly offered both. 非常感谢。🙏 HOTEL REVIEW: There are multiple warnings given before and during the stay about ongoing construction next door, but it had minimal impact on my stay and, if you're out exploring and playing, you won't even notice it by the time you return in the evening. As promised, it started at breakfast time and concluded by 6pm in the evening around dinner time every day. I choose this hotel deliberately because, while a little more expensive than its competitors and a bit off the beaten path, it seemed to offer more convenience and privacy. I was so relieved to see that this was true. Their beach is small, but well-maintained and private, which meant no crowd and plenty of opportunity to take people-free pictures and simply sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. There was also no shortage of dining options on the resort itself as well as nearby. Several fun, beautiful places to visit are also located a short drive away. However, if you're looking for a retreat, a place to simply rest and be close to nature, away from crowds, this place offers that as well. It was a welcome respite. I saw couple, families with children, and even a few other foreign guests all enjoying their time here. 🏖 Because I was on a budget this time, I chose the lowest priced room and was prepared to sacrifice my view of the sea. Unexpectedly, I didn't have to. This was a very happy surprise. ☺️ Though, I'll definitely try and splurge on a room on a higher floor next time as being near the entrance could sometimes be a little loud when guests arrived. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my time here and hope to return someday. TLDR; Wonderful, attentive staff; private, convenient location; stunning views; and several dining options all offer a very pleasant, worry-free getaway during peak season. Well worth the price and the journey. Every kind of traveler will find something to enjoy here.

Iits slightly towards the left city of shenzhen, quite far from central, but nothing hassle with the help of didi! Driving would be around 30 to 40 minutes to DongMenJie and 20 from central. Overall not bad! Love the service ❤️ they allow us to keep delivery at the receptionist and food delivery go come straight to your hotel room.The lift are still under construction so like I kinda L but it didn't hinder much! Bfast spread was SOLID af. 100% coming bavk here again since it's very near the ferry terminal! Delivery had some hiccup but they were so helpful to send it over using SF express (but ofc we paid the delivery luh)

Szukając hoteli na moją ostatnią podróż do Shenzhen, natknąłem się na wiele pozytywnych opinii o Hanhao, więc postanowiłem spróbować. Lokalizacja jest doskonała – zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od stacji metra Daxin, w otoczeniu centrów handlowych. Chociaż nie jest to luksusowy pięciogwiazdkowy hotel, pokój był bardzo czysty i wygodny, z dużym telewizorem, wygodnymi łóżkami i zadbanymi kosmetykami. Hotel oferuje również przemyślane udogodnienia, takie jak papierowe kubki na herbatę i kawę, nielimitowaną wodę pitną, roboty dowożące jedzenie do pokoi oraz darmową kolację każdego wieczoru. Personel był cierpliwy i bardzo pomocny. Na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

We had a very pleasant stay at UrCove Hotel. The location is convenient — just a short walk from Yuehaimen MRT Station (Exit E with lift access), and the station itself is very new. It’s also only two stops away from the airport line, which made getting around easy. The hotel is located in a relatively new area with mainly office buildings, so it was quiet at night and good for resting. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary breakfast, even though we didn’t manage to fully utilize it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although they were often busy, they assisted us on multiple occasions, especially with parcel collection, and were always patient and kind. There is also a free-to-use laundry area, and the staff even offered to return the clothes to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we’re very thankful for the warm hospitality. Would be back again if opportunity allows! ———————————— 我们在 UrCove 酒店的入住体验非常愉快。酒店位置便利，步行即可到达粤海门地铁站（E 出口有电梯），而且地铁站很新。距离机场线只有两站，出行十分方便。 酒店位于较新的办公区，晚上环境安静，适合休息。酒店还贴心地提供了免费早餐，虽然行程关系没能充分享用，但依然让人感到惊喜。 工作人员整体非常友善、乐于助人。虽然平时比较忙，但多次协助我们领取包裹，每次都很耐心。酒店也提供免费的洗衣区，工作人员甚至主动提出可以将洗好的衣物送回房间，服务十分周到。 总体来说，这是一次非常不错的入住体验，我们对酒店的服务和整体感受都很满意，值得推荐。

Our stay at YueChao Shenzhen Hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. We were very satisfied with our room, which had a balcony and sea view. The room was large, with comfortable bed, and modern bathroom, and very clean. The beach is easily accessible and has many facilities. We ordered drinks from the coffee bar and watched the sun set over the beach. The food we ordered from the Western style restaurant was very delicious. The service was good. We needed help to cast a movie onto the projector screen, and staff came up to our room to help us. Overall we very very impressed, and will come back in summer when we can swim, and will stay longer.

Zarezerwowaliśmy hotel, ponieważ mieliśmy późny przylot, a hotel zaoferował nam bezpłatny transfer z lotniska do hotelu. To rozwiązanie okazało się bardzo skuteczne. Próbowaliśmy jednak zmienić rezerwację rano, ale hotel zażądał, żebyśmy zadzwonili po przylocie na lotnisko. W związku z tym zajęło nam to trochę dłużej. Wskazówka: jeśli nie rozumiesz chińskiego, udaj się do punktu informacyjnego na lotnisku, a oni skontaktują się z hotelem. Autobus odbiera Cię z bramki 15, wyjdź i skręć w lewo do autobusu. Zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie, a pokój był przestronny i wyposażony w różnorodne poduszki. W pokoju znajdował się również fotel do masażu. Śniadanie było całkiem dobre i z dużym wyborem, z wyjątkiem braku świeżych owoców. Wymeldowanie również przebiegło sprawnie i skorzystaliśmy z transferu powrotnego na lotnisko, skąd mogliśmy pojechać pociągiem do Shenzhen. Gorąco polecam to miejsce osobom przylatującym późno i mającym krótką przesiadkę.

Po dokonaniu rezerwacji otrzymasz dokładne wskazówki ze zrzutami ekranu, dzięki którym łatwo znajdziesz wejście do hotelu, ponieważ jest ono nieco ukryte w Centrum Konferencyjno-Wystawienniczym. Łazienka jest zachwycająca. Wyposażona jest w deszczownicę i dodatkowy prysznic ręczny – oba urządzenia można używać jednocześnie, a ciśnienie wody jest przyzwoite. Toaleta wyposażona jest w elektroniczną myjkę Toto. W pokoju bezpłatnie dostępna jest woda butelkowana i napoje bezalkoholowe, a także owoce na powitanie. Dostępne są również udogodnienia. Hotel położony jest bardzo blisko stacji metra, dzięki czemu można łatwo dostać się w dowolne miejsce w Shenzhen. Bez wahania zatrzymam się tu ponownie podczas kolejnej wizyty w Shenzhen.

Customer service very responsive, thanks for that. Room utilities and facilities are up to standard. Location quite ideal, near to convenient stores and clinics if there's urgent needs. Many restaurant nearby as well. Cleanliness of floor can be improved
