The gentle and warm-hearted proprietress learned that we took the children and upgraded the room type for free. The rooms are exquisitely furnished, with complete supporting facilities and complete disposable toiletries. The location is unique, and there are a variety of food around. There are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard, and there is no pressure to park. A delicious snack was also intimately presented. The proprietress is friendly and gentle, and the service is meticulous. The details are full of intentions. ～ Relieve the fatigue of the journey. Just arrived back to Singapore from Xinjiang, and i am already miss the cool weather and great views. After staying in many hotels and homestay, the one that left the most impression was still this 宿心一号院, was introduced by a friend and got amazed by it in many ways. Firstly the environment, Xinjiang is well-known for great natural scenes and this place demonstrates it perfectly. The yard is blooming with flowers and filled with many trees. For a second, i thought the flowers and grass are fake as they look so fine. The place is serene and chill, i could just spend the day just on the well maintaijed yard. I spent few hours on the chair on the grass patch just to look at the moutains and let the warm sun do its magic. In late April, i managed to catch both side of perks. In front of me, i am witnessing moutains turning green by day. And if i just turn around, my eyes are filled with gorgeous snow mountains. I was blown away by the scenery, and totally lost track of time. The owner spent great effort on designing the place and creating the atmosphere. You would see a friendly cat roaming around freely and few cute rabbits chewing on the grass。 was told that more flowers are hiding under the grounds and trees are waiting to bear fruits. There is a backyard where they grow vegetables and fruits, raissd over 100 chickens just to provide the freshness. They also have a tree house that is facing the river, that is where i would stay the next time. Must be great waking up to see a river in front of you. Secondly the food, they provide awesome breakfast. Organic fresh ingredients with the magic hand from the local chef make magics. I don't usually eat tomatoes but can't say no to their tomatoes fried eggs. Their chicken are self-raised and you can expect the nothing but quality. 大盘鸡 dapanji， also known as big plate chicken, love the potatoes that comes with it. The best potatoes ever! Also did order some of the local dishes, all is good. Lastly, the host and staff are the highlights of the stay. The host is a humorous gentleman that is filled with passion, he shared with me many things and can tell he loves what he do. He gave me quire a few food recommendations on the possible places to go, what to skip and what to expect. Cant find a better local guide than him. The staffs too are interesting people, managed to understand Xinjiang better with their help. It was fun to talk to young people that is filled with energy.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the stunning location and very modern style of this boutique B&B hotel! We received a first class welcome from the staff and a welcome tray, with refreshing herbal tea and snacks, that was served on the patio of our room with a stunning view of the adjacent river valley. So relaxing just sitting there in our room's deck chairs sipping tea! The whole property felt brand new and very well appointed based on the vision of its architect owner. The special chicken based hotpot dinner they served us in the restaurant was a feast of a meal for 2. The room amenities included a hanging swing chair that was positioned to take advantage of the view out the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and valley beyond it. We didn't have a TV in the room but we did not miss it, after dark we both enjoyed relaxing reading the books we brought with us. We enjoyed a personalized breakfast before having to leave early the next day, with regrets that we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend this modern but relaxing boutique hotel, especially if you have time to stay a few days.

Hotel is located in a quiet alley off a busy street. This allows guests to enjoy meals along the street yet avoid the loud sounds at night. A complimentary upgrade to a loft room was provided. Room was exquisite - bed and pillows were comfortable. Towels and slippers were also wrapped in protective plastic. Shower was well equipped with quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Nonetheless, the shower door could not be closed completely, which meant some water flowing out during a shower. Premises feature a view of the hills and some tents where guests can sit to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Staff were very accommodating, greeting us with tea and a fruit platter at arrival, and responding quickly with requests for extra water and toilet paper. Some small tidbits were also available at the reception. Breakfast is basic - millet porridge, boiled eggs, hot and cold vegetables, fried dough and beancurd skin.

那拉提是我們本次新疆之行的最後一站，很幸運在那拉提的2天選擇了這麼温馨的民宿，為我們3個女生的旅程畫上了圓滿的句號，一定要認真寫個評論捏～剛進房間就充滿了淡雅的香薰味道，整個民宿滿滿的設計感，透過玻璃就能看到草原。老闆熱情地搬行李切水果迎接，因為我們不是自駕，老闆不厭其煩地把我們送到景區和客運站，讓我們享受到了從始至終的貼心和周到。民宿房間裏乾淨整潔，全屋智能，床墊很軟，洗漱台淋浴和馬桶3間分開的設計特別方便我們多人居住。另外民宿的火鍋也非常好吃，羊肉特別特別特別新鮮，小份的量也很實在！來那拉提非常推薦住在這裏！

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke like many hotels, based on my experience, in China do. The only issue that I experienced with this hotel is the dryer in their laundry facility takes too long to dry clothes. It took over 3 hours for my clothes to dry in the dryer. I did laundry at night and it affected the time I went to bed. I did not expect this to be an issue. I expected my clothes to be dry within an hour, like many dryers are capable of doing. I did not get much sleep here because of this issue. I strongly suggest that the hotel gets dryers that dry clothes faster to improve the guest experience. I also recommend that they include English instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer as well.

房間真的是全景視野！躺在床上就能看草原、望雪山，晚上抬頭就是整片璀璨星空，那種被自然包裹的感覺太絕了！營地的位置超棒，離那拉提景區也近，玩累了回來就能躺平看風景，完全是沉浸式住進風景裏。 工作人員都特別熱情，從入住到退房全程都很貼心，有什麼需求都能及時響應，完全不會有疏離感。真的物超所值，來那拉提一定要住一次！ 服務：好 環境：好 衞生：好 設施：好

來那拉提住這家民宿真是選對了！從下車就被驚艷到，院子裏種着黃色的花，房間推開窗就是綠油油的草原，視野絕了。 衞生這塊沒得挑，地板擦得能反光，連浴室角落都乾乾淨淨，住着特舒心。 設施是真高端，空調給力，晚上睡的很好，還有個小沙發區，泡杯茶看窗外牛羊吃草，太愜意了。 早餐必須誇誇！有包子玉米紅薯雞蛋牛奶，牛奶是當地的很棒，老闆還會送自製的果醬，配麪包絕了。 服務也特貼心，我們去景區前老闆會提醒穿厚點，還幫忙搶自駕票。回來晚了，還有新鮮水果，民宿的飯很好吃，來新疆吃的最美味的一餐了，下次來那拉提肯定還選這兒！

Its May 2024. The reception was ******. That counter boy asked us lot of rubbish questions, ie. our full journey details from flight details to lodging to driver details. When we reached there, its our 10th day! Hello, are you pleased with this kind of treament? ... that we didnt encountered in all our previous stays. The management was generally cold but the workers helpful. The hotel is well maintained, esp the flowers and garden. The location is good and next to a grassland. The food and coffee are good. each unit has got a glass window above the bed for stars watching, but the glass is covered with a layer of dust.

Szczerze mówiąc, mój przegląd jest oparty na piwnicy, która nie była idealna, ponieważ okno było połowę drogi pod ziemią i łatwo ludzie mogli zobaczyć w środku. Również prysznic był straszny i raz u prysznic całą powierzchnię toaletową, w tym część korytarza zalała się, gdy drenaż został zablokowany. To nie było dobre doświadczenie, aby być szczerym, ale jestem pewien, że jest to jeden z najlepszych hoteli w tym okolicy. Ogólnie potrzebują lepsze hotele, aby zbudować w tym obszarze dla turystów bez wątpienia. Ceny są również bardzo wysokie w porównaniu z innymi regionami Xinjiang.
