Sprzęt jest w porządku, a personel jest przyjazny, ale umiejętność rozumienia języka angielskiego jest trudniejsza niż myślałem. Jeśli musisz zarezerwować taksówkę na lotnisko lub coś ważnego pod względem czasu, lepiej sprawdź dwukrotnie. Dostali też ładną małą kuchnię ze zmywarką do naczyń i pralką. Zapewniają wszystkie detergenty dla obu. Nie mają jednak podstawowej soli, pieprzu i oleju jadalnego. Kuchenka mikrofalowa jest przyjemna i szybka w użyciu.

Good location, easy to get everywhere of interest just by walking. Staff were lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. Good sized room and bathroom, but there was a massive pillar right in the middle of the room which was quite awkward. Had the room at the start of the corridor near the lifts so it was a bit noisy at times. No tea or coffee facilities in room, which feels like a bit of a basic. Went out for breakfast rather than use the hotel facilities as there's plenty of options about. Only there for 2 nights so didn't seem worth kicking up a fuss about any stuff. OK for overnight but not a long stay from what I saw.

What a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay. The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional. The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room. Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure. Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town. Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat. We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here.

Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind. My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.

Myślałam, że sauna jest wliczona w cenę pobytu, dlatego zarezerwowałam hotel. Kiedy wspomniałam personelowi, że nie ma za nią dodatkowej opłaty przy rezerwacji online, powiedziano mi, że jest częścią spa. To bardzo mylące, bo skoro była częścią spa, to dlaczego o tym wspominać, a nie uwzględniać w sekcji spa? Spa i sauna to nie to samo i jeśli jest to płatne, to powinno być to zaznaczone. Wszystko inne było niesamowite. Poza tym nie ma oddzielnej opłaty za samą saunę! Chciałam tylko korzystać z siłowni i sauny, ale nie ze spa! Nie było możliwości zarezerwowania sauny bez spa. To około 20 euro za wejście, a nie za dzień, co moim zdaniem było oszustwem, zwłaszcza gdy ma się już zarezerwowany pokój w hotelu i opłaciło się go! Personel ponownie nie wykazał się elastycznością, albo płaci się za coś, z czego się nie korzysta, albo tego nie otrzymuje! Ostatecznie nie zarezerwowałem pokoju, ponieważ nie chciałem korzystać ze spa i uważałem, że opłata za 15 minut korzystania z sauny jest zbyt wysoka (20 euro).

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

This hotel is located by the river. It's very scenic. Room size is great. We can walk to attractions and restaurants within 2 km

Excellent 4* hotel in the perfect location, 12 minutes walk from both Railway station and Intermodal Bus station. Big room, nice beds, all amenities like tv, aircon, kettle, frige and safe. Real bath and bidet in the bathroom. Looks little bit tired, but ok. The only problem was a plastic card room key with magnetic strip, which had been unmagnetized in my pocket several times with earphones case. Hotel has several bars/restoraunts, including one in the inner garden. And meeting areas for conferences.

A propiedade é ótima, mas o serviço deixa muito a desejar. Minha reserva era por 16 días, e não tive nenhuma das minhas solicitações atendidas. A limpeza foi feita apenas uma vez, faltando 2 dias para minha saída. Não havia nenhum utensílio na cozinha. Tive que comprar tudo. E apesar das minhas solicitações, nunca fui atendida. A lavanderia é muito útil para que fica bastante tempo. E a academia é bem interessante também.
