We arrived at night at Jnane Rihane Marrakesh, was received by a lovely young man abdul(not sure of spelling)He took time to explain everything, took us to the room and our luggage. This place is a wee gem beautiful full of plants flowers its a breath of fresh air in all the heat its calming, relaxing and peaceful. You have breakfast/ meals in the gardens which is amazing and chilled. Food and service is top notch, Morrocon breakie is a great start of the day. The pool which is beside the eating with enough space between is fantastic and open all times and an amazing large space jacuzzi space which comes on regularly perfect n a big plus. I will defos come back rooms are fab, spacious n great cooling system fab showers and toilet. The cleaners do a fab job and are very kind, very clean corners all round. This Riad has a beautiful museum a room you can just chill. Staff check on you to make sure you are well, we got complementary drinks/fruits on hot days and we got a treat lunch from Riad owner which was delicious. I will defos return n tell my family n friends coz the hospitality was wonderful. Ishmael thank you ,Mami and Hend just to mention a few thank you all.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

Amaizing gem of a place. Profesional but friendly staff at every corner. The breakfast staff could not do enough for us and so were the reception staff, all of them were so attentive and friendly. The room cleaners left the bedroom spotless everyday.We had a Hammam massage to die for. The two masseurs were so good, that I have to give them 10 out of 10. I had a good few massages in my life, but NEVER one that can equal the one we had the other day. The Facials were 10 out of ten. Nothing absolutely nothing we can find fault with, the only thing I'm disappointed with is myself, as I can only remember the name of one member of staff Abderrahim the night receptionist, but they were many others both female and male that took so much pride in their job. We will definitely be back to definitely have another Hamman . Best hotel by far in the last 5 years. I'm sorry I cannot post more photos.

Very good Riad the food and the personal were amazing the Riad is very calm et very beautiful. Furthermore the staff is very helpful I have forgotten something and the personal bring me to the location. I gladly recommend this stay

To mój pierwszy pobyt w hotelu all inclusive, w którym ja, moja żona i dwójka dzieci wybraliśmy tę opcję. To dowód uznania dla doskonałej obsługi, jaką zapewnił nam przyjazny personel hotelu podczas naszego pobytu od 5 do 9 lutego 2025 roku. Przydział pokoi został dokonany bezproblemowo, gdy tylko tam dotarliśmy. Wspaniałe udogodnienia obejmują basen z ciepłą wodą, park wodny, boisko do piłki nożnej, kort tenisowy, boisko do koszykówki, minigolfa, tenis stołowy i plac zabaw dla dzieci. Brawa na stojąco należą się również zespołom All of Entertainment. Pokojówki wywiązały się ze swojego zadania, dbając o porządek i czystość w pokojach. Ponadto, bufety śniadaniowe, obiadowe, kolacyjne i przekąskowe były niezwykle bogate i obfite, a my delektowaliśmy się ich różnorodnością. Dziękujemy, na pewno wrócimy do tego hotelu.

Отель высокого уровня: чисто, красиво, есть горячая вода (только про отели в Марокко надо отдельно это указывать), разнообразный завтрак, симпатичный и тоже чистый бассейн. Расположение: удобное, т.к. центр и ж.д. вокзал находятся рядом, до аэропорта можно доехать на автобусе (мы так и сделали). С другой стороны, шумно с улицы, возможно, лучше просить номера с окнами на бассейн, а не на улицу. В целом, рекомендую

Świetny hotel z fantastycznym basenem na dachu. Pokój był sprzątany na bardzo wysokim poziomie, a personel był przemiły. Amal była najlepsza! Była bardzo uważna i troskliwa, uwielbialiśmy nasz pobyt – bardzo dziękujemy, na pewno wrócimy.
