One of the nicest hotels ever been to in China. Wonderful design, amazing service, beautiful surroundings. Breakfast set was also perfect and beautifully served. At arrival we had valentine gifts and for my birthday a surprise cake. Not a single thing to complain about. We will for sure want to come back in summer.

客廳電視沙發，廚房灶台吸油煙機冰箱鍋碗瓢盆，衞生間洗衣機各類所需物品一應俱全，還有小孩玩的玩具都有，還有個陽台吸煙真的很方便，衞生超級乾淨床單被罩都很乾凈，房間裝修也特別精緻，房間管家也特別贊，超級細心，真的會因為超棒的體驗感而再次來阿那亞來選擇這家民宿，這家街景也很好看，樓下就是第五食堂超方便，離海邊也特別近，步行5-10分鐘基本上那些有名的景點都能走到，房東還給細心的準備了水果，超級推薦這家👍

This trip to Beidaihe left me completely charmed by the Z Hotel & Resort Rushi Hai. Its minimalist yet luxurious architectural design seamlessly blends with the mountain and sea views. The sea-view room balcony offered an unparalleled vista, with the sound of waves accompanying the sunrise each morning. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked. Kris provided warm and attentive service; he was handsome, courteous, and incredibly adept at problem-solving – the hotel really knows how to hire! The resort itself has everything you could ask for: a beach, a bookstore, and a swimming pool. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a blissful vacation.

帶着爸媽和一對一歲多的雙胞胎兒子來的。房東很貼心，升級了三室，還送了歡迎水果。地點在九期，一切都很新，乾淨。附近很多小朋友玩的地方，距離八食堂和禮堂都很近。特別喜歡這個房間，裏面的一個小汽車滑梯，我兒子不停滴玩了兩天。接待的小夥子態度客氣，認真負責。房間也乾淨漂亮，廚房裡有合用的各色餐具。洗浴用品也都很贊。等到旺季還來～

What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

原本定的是三居公寓式房間，房主幫忙升級成花園洋房。入住後房主送了水果禮盒，基本都是有求必應，管家小姑娘也非常熱情！ 但實話實説，花園洋房的環境不太盡如人意，可以看照片，入住體驗感不是很好。 定了四晚，後面兩晚家裡突發急事沒辦法入住了，跟房主溝通剩餘兩晚的費用衹能退一晚，房主説是民宿統一由阿那亞社區管理，她和社區溝通衹能退一晚，房主盡力溝通了很久，要不然阿那亞這邊是一分錢不退的。房主非常熱心，也盡力幫我挽回損失，但對於阿那亞民宿管理的這種做法我本人覺得實在不人性化，最起碼也應該分一下住房人因為什麼原因不能住了，如果真的是非常緊急的事情應該予以理解和尊重的。 本身都是開開心心的出來玩，住房人也不想有突**況，但既然出現了大家都應該相互體諒一下。 這邊也建議房主可以適當的休整一下房間的衞生、環境及軟硬件設施，因為畢竟價格也不便宜，應該讓住房人有更好的入住體驗房主的民宿生意也才回越來越好。 祝房主生意興隆～下次有機會體驗一下房主的其他房型。

I went to Yutian with my family and booked a newly opened Yushe Hotel. The overall stay experience is very comfortable, and it is worth giving full marks in all aspects. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, the washing area, bedding, and corners are clean and refreshing. My husband has a cleanliness, and I feel very satisfied and like it very much. The location of the store is excellent, and it is very close to any scenic spot. It happens to be separated from the main entrance of Anaya. The environment in the park is quiet and the sound insulation effect is outstanding. The staff is friendly, the procedures are efficient, the small needs raised will be properly handled, and the service attitude is very good. The room design is exquisite, warm, fully functional, the network is smooth, the bath hot water is stable, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is rich in choices, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, the price is very close to the people, and there is no extra charge. Whether it is traveling alone, short trips for couples, or family travel, business office, it is suitable, the price is very high, because the hotel is very comfortable, so this trip makes me feel good to fly, and I will give priority to this one.

The twin room was spacious; the bedding was clean, and the balcony received afternoon sunlight; the room was quiet and dark at night, ensuring a good night's sleep; the receptionist was very welcoming, picked me up from the parking lot, and delivered any necessary items to the room. The only drawbacks were the lack of a mop, no housekeeping service for the two nights I stayed, and no trash can in the room. The children had a great time playing in the small and large swimming pools downstairs. There's a restaurant on-site, with reasonable prices. Overall, it was excellent value for money.
