One of the nicest hotels ever been to in China. Wonderful design, amazing service, beautiful surroundings. Breakfast set was also perfect and beautifully served. At arrival we had valentine gifts and for my birthday a surprise cake. Not a single thing to complain about. We will for sure want to come back in summer.

Great location, very convenient to walk around Aranya community. Wonderful service, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked with sufficient amenities.

超棒的入住體驗！ 民宿位置：交通很方便，樓下有園區擺渡車C線站點，步行幾分鐘可到第三食堂，房子周圍綠化超棒，感覺呼吸都順暢了😄 民宿設施：設施齊全 床品舒適 民宿衞生：乾淨整潔 床單和衞生間都很乾凈 房東服務：熱情周到 送了水和歡迎水果 總之性價比超高，強烈安利！

選動物主題酒店一定是不後悔的！尤其是帶小娃的，早上一起床就能近距離和動物互動，而且還帶早餐，一般民宿都不含早，單獨去動物餐廳打卡的話還需要128元一位，早餐非常新穎豐富口味還很棒，推薦漢堡，肉餅，早9點過後排隊進而且找不到和動物互動的座位，推薦9點之前去，酒店非常整潔乾淨細節滿滿，包括走廊，燈，門把手，洗漱用具，房間佈置，色彩搭配，裝修小細節，一看就知道用心去做了，對於我這細節控超滿足。管家服務也負責，園區服務人員配比超足，太驚艷了！聽園區餐館的老闆説景區開了三年今年井噴式增長，我覺得這種收穫都是紮實的服務配置用心後的結果！祝願漁田景區越來越好！

The room is spacious and clean with a balcony, with children's bathrobes, slippers and mouthwash cups, very intimate. There are welcome fruits and drinks every day, and you can interact with cute pets downstairs. The children are super happy. The breakfast is rich and amazing. I recommend the hotel's Luyu restaurant. The dishes taste great. Thanks to the hotel butler Zhou Shuang for his thoughtful service, timely reply to the information, patient and thoughtful!

What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

原本定的是三居公寓式房間，房主幫忙升級成花園洋房。入住後房主送了水果禮盒，基本都是有求必應，管家小姑娘也非常熱情！ 但實話實説，花園洋房的環境不太盡如人意，可以看照片，入住體驗感不是很好。 定了四晚，後面兩晚家裡突發急事沒辦法入住了，跟房主溝通剩餘兩晚的費用衹能退一晚，房主説是民宿統一由阿那亞社區管理，她和社區溝通衹能退一晚，房主盡力溝通了很久，要不然阿那亞這邊是一分錢不退的。房主非常熱心，也盡力幫我挽回損失，但對於阿那亞民宿管理的這種做法我本人覺得實在不人性化，最起碼也應該分一下住房人因為什麼原因不能住了，如果真的是非常緊急的事情應該予以理解和尊重的。 本身都是開開心心的出來玩，住房人也不想有突**況，但既然出現了大家都應該相互體諒一下。 這邊也建議房主可以適當的休整一下房間的衞生、環境及軟硬件設施，因為畢竟價格也不便宜，應該讓住房人有更好的入住體驗房主的民宿生意也才回越來越好。 祝房主生意興隆～下次有機會體驗一下房主的其他房型。

Hotel Fisher Island Resort jest dość dobry. Jednakże, spotkaliśmy pewne problemy, które wymagały uwagi, aby poprawić ich usługi. Po pierwsze, był recepcjonista na pierwszym stacji. Był niegrzeczny w wydawaniu instrukcji kierowcy taksówki. Po drugie, pokój nie był tak czysty. Dywan nie jest czysty i pokój pachnie papierosem. The twin room was spacious; the bedding was clean, and the balcony received afternoon sunlight; the room was quiet and dark at night, ensuring a good night's sleep; the receptionist was very welcoming, picked me up from the parking lot, and delivered any necessary items to the room. The only drawbacks were the lack of a mop, no housekeeping service for the two nights I stayed, and no trash can in the room. The children had a great time playing in the small and large swimming pools downstairs. There's a restaurant on-site, with reasonable prices. Overall, it was excellent value for money.
