„I think the design is pretty amazing. I came here during winter, it ok, pretty cold. The location to other aranya attractions are not within walkable distance, however you can always arrange free unlimited rides direct to the location with the hotel staff. The entire concept of Aranya is very special. Ok, the hall is cool and nice. I booked the Party Room which can easily fit 8 people. Scenery I believe is none, but its comfortable, if you got more than 4 people staying, remember to request more towels for shower, only got 1 toilet available. Beware of your head, everyone knocked on their heads when heading to bed as shown in the pic. The warmer is super efficient.. we sweat during the winter im the room.”

„完全超出預期的一次入住體驗。整個酒店簡約高級的裝修風格，房間乾淨整潔，很好的度假選擇地。從走進房間的那一刻開始就註定了這趟旅行充滿了驚喜。定的海景房，超大的陽台，海景一覽無遺。房間有各種酒，對我們兩個愛微醺的女孩子來説無疑是驚喜。酒店有接駁車，去哪裡都別接車送很方便。這裏特別感謝我們的管家小姐姐惠子旭還有客房服務員翟曉春。感謝管家的全程安排有求必應，提前説了來陪姐妹過生日想要有生日佈置，預期也就是簡單的小布置，沒想到那麼好看，朋友特別感動！也感謝客房阿姨的細心照料。也讓我們感受到是真的會被在意入住感受的。真心感謝瀾汐感謝所有的工作人員！在大城市習慣了繁忙的工作節奏和生活，在這裏好像時間會變慢，會感受到被温柔對待。還會再來阿那亞，還會再來瀾汐❤️”

„訂的家庭房，春節期間沒有早餐，入住當天回去比較晚，酒店沒有確認電話，弄的比較含糊，致電過去後被反問您不是定了嗎？感覺自己很多此一舉，極少數碰到較晚入住酒店不打電話確認的情況……入住後致電前台需要送一床被子被告知沒有，過程不算順暢，最後也能解決了，那為什麼不愉快的直接解決呢……熱水器是電的，噴頭水比較小……房間裏有大冰箱和不知道能不能用的灶台……洗漱用品比較簡陋，室外也比較荒涼，如果不是為了能離朋友的

„It was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality.
Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t!
In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!”

NNannanlaopo一直知道犬舍是阿那亞網紅酒店之一！這次帶了四衹小傢伙來阿那亞度假！其實一開始定的時候有點心裏沒底！沒想到酒店各方面都超出預期太多太多！房間很大，貓咪特別喜歡這種loft房型，可以自由爬樓梯，他們肉眼可見的開心，這個就是帶他們出來玩的意義啦。衞生也很不錯，角角落落都很乾凈，貓咪就像檢測員，每個角落他們都會查看到的，養貓的都懂，哈哈哈！洗澡水很大很爽，不是那種電熱水器，水温不會忽高忽低，酒店送了旅拍，我們貓咪膽子小就下次吧，還送了大禮包，裏面有餐包和玩具，貓咪很喜歡那個逗貓棒，我們皮厚的要了兩個，酒店沒有二話就給了，真的要點贊，離海邊非常非常近，我們早上去看了日出🌅，因為近，才不至於被凍死，哈哈哈，三月的阿那亞還是很冷的，感謝管家李李和小任的服務，下次來阿那亞首選犬舍，希望有毛孩子的家長都來體驗，絕對不會失望噠！！！

快快了小酒窝Absolutely wonderful stay here, especially a treat for birthday, u can choose either a cake or room celebration decor and I received a beautiful 8inch cake. Wake up to sunrise without heading out. It’s a pity it was cloudy on the first night. Nevertheless, staff are generally responsive and prompt in all requests and on call transport to any areas i wished to visit in the community. Superb customer service. They were even so sweet to provider pads for the cold weather as i booked their free photography service that came with room package.
Few min ride to famous photo spots and Manner and Bar Lotus cafe just next door. Will definitely return for a visit and recommend to my friends

It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

酒店設施新，床品質量好！床單被罩乾淨整潔！空調給力！環境安靜舒適！還有機器人送水，服務人員也特別有禮貌，加水、加個枕頭等都很快，細緻周到！特別是一層大排檔，酒店自營，菜品豐富，有小份菜，可口、經濟、實惠，各種當地特色都可以品嚐到！二樓還有餐廳都是包房，特色菜品齊全尤其是蒸餃等美食，比外面的餐館強，價格合理，品質有保證！賓館早餐非常豐富、值得一試！
昌黎賓館在新政府辦公大樓對面，地理位置優越、環境整潔優雅、服務熱情周到、餐廳特色美食、經營管理專業，是暑期旅遊度假的不二之選，住的安心、吃的放心、玩的開心！

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

MMballyPiękny pobyt, w ośrodku jest wiele atrakcji (gorące źródła, gry, występy na żywo) i wiele więcej. Personel dokładał wszelkich starań, aby upewnić się, że dobrze się bawiliśmy, przełożony Jay był bardzo pomocny, opowiadał o wydarzeniach mających miejsce tego dnia, a nawet nas tam zabierał. To było wspaniałe doświadczenie, nawet przedłużyliśmy nasz pobyt, ponieważ było tak wiele do zrobienia❤️. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel. Jest tu zachodnia restauracja i bar, z których roztacza się widok na morze.

But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.
