„We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.”

„酒店在濱河大道上，旁邊就是伊犁河風景區，晚上吃完飯沿着河邊散個步挺舒服的。離六星街開車也就十來分鐘，位置個人覺得還行。 房間是真的大！！進去第一感覺就是寬敞，採光也好。逸衡主打健康生活理念嘛，房間里居然配了健身器材，雖然我一次沒用過哈哈。床墊軟硬適中，被子也很蓬鬆。 早餐是在隔壁的洲際吃的，十分豐盛，有些新疆特色的東西，饢和奶茶都有。 前台小姐姐服務態度很好，提前一天就打電話問到店時間，還主動問有沒有什麼偏好。淡季去的人不多，整個酒店很安靜，有種包場的感覺😂 總的來説，在伊寧這個地方能住到IHG體系的酒店，品質是有保障的。帶家人來新疆玩的話推薦住這兒，房間大、乾淨、安靜。下次走伊昭公路還會選這裏當大本營👍”

You can immersively feel the fireworks of the old city of Ili. Come to Kazan to live here and never step on thunder!”
