Pusan Hotels with Pools

„The receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.”

„I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.”

„Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan.”

„Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, widać morze. Ale widać to też z boku. Dla porównania, wydaje się, że struktura hotelu została później zmodyfikowana. Problem polega na tym, że czekając na windę, muszę nacisnąć przycisk wszystkich trzech wind. Ponadto hotelowy bufet jest stały. Mimo że wysłałem, nie był wystarczająco bogaty. Wreszcie, rezerwacji hotelu należy dokonać z wyprzedzeniem, ale chiński przewodnik nie zawiera takich treści i wymaga aktualizacji. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jest w porządku”

„Jest tu dobry dostęp do atrakcji turystycznych, więc nie będziesz miał problemu ze znalezieniem miejsc na zakupy czy posiłki. Najlepiej sprawdzić mapę przed wizytą. W hotelu znajdował się pokój typu apartament i miło było, że była w nim wanna. Kocyk dla zwierząt? Ondol elektryczny? został ustawiony. Gniazdko było typu SE i zainstalowano kable do ładowania Lightning, C i B, co było bardzo pomocne. Świetnie, że mogliśmy przechować bagaże po wymeldowaniu. Podróż taksówką na lotnisko zajęła około 30 minut. Chętnie skorzystam z tej usługi ponownie, jeśli nadarzy się taka okazja.”

„Personel był bardzo przyjazny i mówił po angielsku. Pokój był ładny z przestronną łazienką i, co zaskakujące, miał fajną suszarkę do ubrań/system pielęgnacyjny Samsung, bardzo przydatny. Lokalizacja była znakomita, blisko Main Street, ale cicho w nocy, z wieloma dobrymi restauracjami w pobliżu. Jednak schody przed hotelem nie są przyjazne dla osób z dużymi walizkami, chociaż jest winda dla niepełnosprawnych, ale nie wiem, jak nią obsługiwać. Wieczorem przed drzwiami lobby znajdowały się setki kart do masażu.”

„부산 여행 중 가장 만족했던 숙소였습니다. 객실이 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고, 발코니에서 바로 보이는 바다 전망이 정말 인상적이었어요. 건물 바로 아래 케이블카 탑승이 가능해 이동이 편했고, 주변 맛집도 많아 여행하기 좋았습니다. 감천문화마을도 가까워 관광 동선이 매우 편리했습니다. 다음 부산 여행 때 재방문 의사 있습니다!”

„I had a great experience here. Worthy with the price. I have read reviews before I booked and I seriously think those who expects a 5 stars treatment for a 3 stars payment shouldn’t book here. After reading reviews.. 1) I am totally okay with changing lifts and managed my expectations. 2) I brought my own bedroom slippers but amazing they provided, just that it’s not disposable versions and I think that’s totally fine because it’s clean. 3) I brought own toothbrush and toothpaste because I know they won’t provide. 4) I brought own shower gel etc. too but to my surprise, they did provide! Not as per what I’ve read (as per photos) 5) I was also given large towels and was informed during check in that we need to request if we need more and that’s not a problem. Just open mouth to ask for one. 6) I requested and had a reasonable half beach view (cropped photo) as per uploaded image. Take note, however, 1) that the make-up room and do-not-disturb room buttons can be faulty.. the cleaner came into my room when I didn’t request for my room to be cleaned when I am away from hotel room, but thank goodness nothing was missing. So they actually have honest staff. 2) you do not need a card to access higher levels so anyone can come up. Ladies traveling alone has to be extra careful. Overall, I’m so glad to give a great thumbs up for 1) a half beach view 2) convenience stores just downstairs 3) so so near to night market !! 4) walkable distance to the Haeundae metro station 5) room is so spacious for 2pax. I will come again when I visit Busan. Thank you!”
