„Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan.”

„i stayed for about 8 nights and it was an awesome experienced . the best was its location of course.. friendly and helpful staff too especially one particular person that cleaned my room everyday.. their house keeping , one old lady that always welcomed us and greeted everytime she sees us, even though there's a language barrier but it doesnt make any lesser to feel welcome and all small gestured that make me appreciated.. Kudos to Ramada Encore.. i am surely to come back to this hotel again .. thank you for that lovely experienced .. good job!!!!”

„Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!”

„Personel był bardzo przyjazny i mówił po angielsku. Pokój był ładny z przestronną łazienką i, co zaskakujące, miał fajną suszarkę do ubrań/system pielęgnacyjny Samsung, bardzo przydatny. Lokalizacja była znakomita, blisko Main Street, ale cicho w nocy, z wieloma dobrymi restauracjami w pobliżu. Jednak schody przed hotelem nie są przyjazne dla osób z dużymi walizkami, chociaż jest winda dla niepełnosprawnych, ale nie wiem, jak nią obsługiwać. Wieczorem przed drzwiami lobby znajdowały się setki kart do masażu.”

„We stayed at Paradise Hotel Busan with our young children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome. The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day.”

„Cool modern hotel located near Sonjeong beach. I loved this area. More local than Haewoondae but many shops around and short walk to the beach. Tourism ocean railway station is located right in front of the hotel. Rooftop swimming pool was nice. Nice oceanview from the balcony in the room.”

„I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.”

„Personel recepcji nie był przyjazny ani pomocny. Pokój był duży i czysty, a personel sprzątający uprzejmy. Należy pamiętać, że na początku listopada, jesienią, klimatyzacja będzie wyłączana i będzie działać tylko ogrzewanie, więc temperatura w pokoju utrzymuje się na stałym poziomie 28 stopni – z opóźnieniem zorientowałem się, że inni recenzenci ostrzegali przed tym. Personel zaleci otwarcie okna, jeśli będzie Ci duszno i ​​gorąco. Oznacza to jednak hałas z ruchu ulicznego i boiska do baseballu znajdującego się obok hotelu. Ale myślę, że hałas jest lepszy niż udar cieplny. Dość blisko stacji Haeundae, a dogodnym miejscem jest sklep spożywczy na dole i McDonald's po drugiej stronie ulicy.”
