„The location is fantastic, Haeundae Beach is right on the doorstep, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. A taxi to the airport during off-peak hours took just over 40 minutes, which was quicker than I expected. The airport shuttle bus stop is also close to the hotel. There's a supermarket and a coffee shop downstairs, and the subway station is a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean, but they don't provide slippers or toiletries, so remember to bring your own.”

„We booked a city-view room, but they upgraded it to a partial ocean-view room and it was breathtaking! The room was very spacious, with a comfy king bed, a small couch and a nice tv. The bathroom was much more luxurious than I expected, equipped with both bathtub and shower, very big.
The location is convenient, since Gwangalli Beach is right there. There is also a CU in the building.
Breakfast wasn’t memorable, but it wasn’t bad either.
Just be careful when you arrive, because there is another hotel called H Avenue quite close.”

„The location of Asti Hotel is excellent. We can reach most interesting place in Busan within 30 mins to 1 hour. Besides, I have to go to Seoul after Busan trip. Asti Hotel is just next to the KTX station and I need not to bring my luggage via Metro or Bus before leaving Busan. Hotel room condition and hygiene is excellent. I will stay in Asti Hotel for my next trip to Busan.”

GGośćThe receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.

MMiN52774Wnętrza są takie same jak w Toyoko Inn w Japonii, co daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Pokój był mały, ale czysty.
Dogodnie zlokalizowany tuż obok dworca Busan.
Bezpłatne śniadanie było dobre z koreańskim menu. Robi się jednak dość tłoczno, więc nie można zjeść w spokoju.
Należy pamiętać, że nie ma szczoteczek do zębów.
Niewygodne było także to, że Wi-Fi było dość wolne i nie można było z niego korzystać w nocy.

LLazooLocation was right next to the subway station. Very clean and with good facilities. One thing that was greatly appreciated was the simple and well translated instructions for air conditioning. No more using Papago and struggling to figure it out. Also the view from the balcony of the main street was perfect.

MmelissasunshineWe had such a positive experience staying here last March that we booked another stay for December, drawn back primarily by the excellent location. Unfortunately, our second visit was quite disappointing as the rooms were showing significant signs of neglect, including mould growth throughout the space.
While the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us, the overall condition left much to be desired. The bathroom in particular is in urgent need of upgrades, and the lack of adequate table space was a major inconvenience. We struggled to find places to keep our belongings, with only a small front table available. This led to us having to charge our devices on the floor, which created a tripping hazard near the power sockets; adding to the problem, the sockets were inconsistent, with some being loose or non-functional, meaning we had to test each one to find those that worked.
The property appears to be falling into disrepair in several areas. The bathroom doors were misaligned with nails sticking out, and the floors had uneven bumps that could become dangerous if they wear down and expose sharp edges.
On the positive side, the location remains incredibly convenient. It's just a two-minute walk from Nampo Station, Exit 3. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is also helpful for travellers, though there are limitations here too. The facilities are only accessible until 9pm, which clashes with the schedule of many guests who return later in the evening, shower, and then the need to do laundry. With only one machine and one dryer available, wait times are often long, and by the time it’s our turn, it’s nearly time for the facilities to close. Adding more machines or extending the operating hours would make a significant difference to guest comfort.
We sincerely hope the hotel invests in renovation and regular maintenance work soon. The property has great potential thanks to its prime location, but without proper upkeep, it risks becoming unsafe and unappealing for visitors.

GGośćThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

GGośćFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.
