„Отель понравился. Находится в уютном месте острова. Со своим пляжем. Конечно со второго этажа вид лучше чем с первого, но в целом очень хорошо и на первом. У отеля есть свой ресторанчик где можно обедать и ужинать. Также есть английский завтрак. На номер предоставляется байк для поездок по острову, что очень удобно. Трансфер от пирса до отеля и обратно предоставляется. При необходимости предоставят дополнительную кровать. Персонал отзывчивый и внимательный. Все наши просьбы выполнялись оперативно.”

„The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.”

Special thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality, delicious and beautiful breakfast, as well as attention to detail — the room is perfectly clean, and I also want to note that all guests will enjoy delicious drip coffee, which can be brewed in the morning. „Ten hotel jest naprawdę imponujący i idealny do wypoczynku. Posiada tylko cztery domki, co zapewnia gościom dużo prywatności. Pokój był dość czysty, nowocześnie urządzony, a łazienka przestronna. Bardzo podobało mi się zmieniające kolory lustro, które ułatwiało makijaż. Estetyka pokoju sprzyjała robieniu zdjęć z każdego kąta. Basen był odpowiedniej wielkości, a śniadanie bardzo smaczne. Lokalizacja jest dobra, z możliwością wypożyczenia skutera. Udogodnienia są dość kompleksowe. Ponieważ przebywałam tu z okazji moich urodzin, hotel przygotował mały tort i drobne dekoracje w pokoju, co było przesłodkie. Jestem szczerze wdzięczna i bardzo zadowolona. Jeśli będę miała okazję ponownie odwiedzić Ko Lan, na pewno zarezerwuję ten sam nocleg. 💖✨✨”

„Wszystko mnie zachwyciło. Obiekt nie znajduje się bezpośrednio przy plaży, ale dojazd motocyklem zajmuje zaledwie 5 minut. Jest spokojnie i bez tłoku. Do molo przed domem kursuje bus. Jeśli przyjedziesz przed godziną zameldowania, możesz zostawić bagaże, wypić drinka powitalnego, a następnie wybrać się na przejażdżkę motocyklem po wyspie. Nie musisz go wypożyczać, a bak jest pełny. 😁 Właściciel jest miły i poleca miejsca do odwiedzenia i restauracje. W razie pytań możesz zadzwonić o każdej porze. W pokoju znajduje się miękkie i sprężyste łóżko. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo przyjemnie. Wystarczy przygotować ubrania. Śniadanie jest pyszne, świeże owoce, a sok pomarańczowy orzeźwia. W drodze powrotnej czekają urocze, jedyne w swoim rodzaju pamiątki. Gorąco polecam!!! Jestem pod wrażeniem. Jest też ciepło. 🥰”

„I stayed here for two nights and woke up on my birthday while looking at a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Thailand / Gulf of Siam. We stayed in the Panoramic Double Room, and I think our balcony was about as big as our room! We had great views of the water and mountains, and it was super peaceful. The reservation included breakfast for two, AND we also got a complimentary motor bike (with free gas) during our stay. *** I had read about the motor bikes in other reviews and was skeptical, but our reservation did include the motor bike. (Maybe it depends on which type of room you book). The breakfast was nice, and I could hear birds chirping as I drank my coffee each morning. We took the motor bike to Samae Beach one day, but I made sure we came back to the room before sunset because I knew it would be a beautiful view from our balcony. One night we walked to a nearby restaurant by the water and had dinner. The only down sides were: There were some ants in our room (but that is normal in Thailand), and a nearby club played loud music one night. Overall, I loved the place and would stay there again in the future.”

It’s like your own villa with sea view. They can provide you a transfer from a pierce to the hotel. Hotel 100 percent worth its money.”
