Hotele w: Hongshan Park/Nanhu, Urumczi

訂的標準大床房空間很寬敞，床鋪軟硬度剛好，睡起來特別舒服。前台小姐姐特別熱情，辦理入住速度超快，還貼心告訴我洗衣房和健身房的位置，我問周邊好吃的也耐心推薦了。酒店配的免費礦泉水和洗漱用品品質都不錯，自助洗衣房設備很新，洗烘一體特別方便。整體環境乾淨整潔，走廊和房間裏一點異味都沒有，晚上睡得很安穩。下次來這邊出差肯定還選這家，性價比真的太高了！

We had a fantastic stay in the brand new Xin LV Yige Hotel. Everything is very well designed and very comfortable. But we especially want to thank the wonderful staff who went out of their way to make sure that our every need was met. Thank you to everyone and see you soon. Enjoy my stay so much that I extend my stay for 1 more night. Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain). the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay. Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol) This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here). Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though). They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know. Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style. After travelling 6.5months , my tastebud miss this type of food.lol Overall, highly recommended place!! If I still have time (after exploring the southern part), I will definitely come back again to stay here for one final night before leaving Xinjiang. All the best 😎😄😀😁😃

One can tell that this was a tip top hotel by its nice thick towels with logo, bed sheets etc. it is now getting outdated but it's kept clean and service is good. Quite professional staff and the breakfast is good.

Slightly dated (old) property that is starting to show wear in the rooms. Some rooms can face the elevated highway next to it, but the windows provide good sound protection. That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

這次入住真的超出預期！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果超棒，晚上睡得特別香。工作人員態度熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都很快捷，有問題諮詢也能及時迴應。設施齊全且維護得很好，洗漱用品品質不錯。性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這裏，推薦給打算出行的朋友們！

Zarezerwowałem pokój bliźniakowy na 2 noce i chciałem zarezerwować pokój rodzinny na następne 3 noce. Jako że byłem w Urumqi wcześniej odwiedziłem hotel i pokazano mi bardzo ładną rodzinę (1 duży łóżko, 1 pojedynczy łóżko) i mogłem go mieć przez 5 dni. Więc postanowiłem dodać jeszcze 3 noce. Kiedy przybyłem w odpowiedni dzień, rzeczy się zmieniły. Teraz nie mogli uaktualnić pierwszych 2 dni do pokoju rodzinnego - wystarczająco uczciwy. Ale nie było to akceptowane, że duży pokój, który mi obiecano i za który zapłaciłem, nie był już dostępny (”klient zdecydował się pozostać jeszcze jedną noc”), a potem musiałem pozostać w małym pomieszczeniu rodzinnym, gdzie nie pasowaliśmy do naszych rzeczy. Następnego dnia znowu obiecano mi przenieść się do większego pokoju i znowu to nie było prawdą. Do tego czasu, zachorowałem na poważne zimno i nie mogłem przenieść hoteli, a nawet musiałem przedłużyć pobyt jeszcze jeden dzień w ciasnych warunkach ze względu na zimno. Poza tym, mają zbyt mało rzeczy do czyszczenia dla tak wielu pokoi, więc czyszczenie było problemem Podsumowując, nigdy nie wierz menedżerowi tego hotelu, zrobi wszystko, co mu odpowiada, niezależnie od jego poprzednich obietnic.

The hotel is centrally located in Urumqi but unfortunately the road right outside in front the hotel is under some construction that make the hotel surrounding a bit untidy. However the hotel staffs are great. Especially, Mr Liu Ruoxuan (刘若玄) who was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me to contact the trip.com staff to communicate with them when my booking on trip.com have a discrepancy with the booking information that the hotel system recorded. Issue resolved with the help from Mr Liu and successfully checked into the room that i have booked without further events.
