Hotele w: Hongshan Park/Nanhu, Urumczi

訂的標準大床房空間很寬敞，床鋪軟硬度剛好，睡起來特別舒服。前台小姐姐特別熱情，辦理入住速度超快，還貼心告訴我洗衣房和健身房的位置，我問周邊好吃的也耐心推薦了。酒店配的免費礦泉水和洗漱用品品質都不錯，自助洗衣房設備很新，洗烘一體特別方便。整體環境乾淨整潔，走廊和房間裏一點異味都沒有，晚上睡得很安穩。下次來這邊出差肯定還選這家，性價比真的太高了！

The hotel is centrally located in Urumqi but unfortunately the road right outside in front the hotel is under some construction that make the hotel surrounding a bit untidy. However the hotel staffs are great. Especially, Mr Liu Ruoxuan (刘若玄) who was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me to contact the trip.com staff to communicate with them when my booking on trip.com have a discrepancy with the booking information that the hotel system recorded. Issue resolved with the help from Mr Liu and successfully checked into the room that i have booked without further events.

# 星程酒店：一場難忘的完美之旅 在出行日益頻繁的當下，一家好的酒店往往能為旅程增色不少。而星程酒店，無疑是我近期旅途中的一大驚喜，讓我忍不住要為它寫下這篇五星好評。 剛踏入星程酒店，一股温馨舒適的氣息便撲面而來。前台的小周，猶如冬日裏的暖陽，瞬間驅散了我旅途的疲憊。他始終面帶熱情洋溢的笑容，眼神專注而真誠，讓人感覺備受重視。當我辦理入住手續時，小周熟練且高效，每一個步驟都清晰明瞭，還主動為我介紹酒店的特色服務和周邊的遊玩景點。得知我是第一次來這座城市，他更是貼心地拿出地圖，詳細地為我規劃了幾條遊玩路線，從熱門景點到小眾打卡地，從交通方式到最佳遊玩時間，無一不考慮周全。他的專業和熱情，讓我還未開始遊玩，就對這座城市充滿了期待。 走進客房，整潔、温馨的佈置讓人眼前一亮。房間裏的每一處細節都處理得恰到好處，床鋪柔軟舒適，床單被罩乾淨整潔，散發著淡淡的清香；衞生間裏的潔具一塵不染，洗漱用品擺放整齊，品質上乘。而這一切，都離不開打掃客房阿姨們的辛勤付出。 在酒店入住的這幾天，我時常能遇到打掃客房的阿姨。每次相遇，她們都會主動停下手中的工作，微笑着和我打招呼，那親切的笑容和温暖的問候，就像家人一樣。有一次，我不小心把房間弄得有些雜亂，心裏還擔心會給阿姨們添麻煩。但當我回到房間時，發現房間已經被收拾得井井有條，物品擺放得整整齊齊，甚至我隨意放在桌上的書籍，也被阿姨細心地整理好，還在旁邊放了一杯泡好的熱茶。那一刻，我內心充滿了感動，彷彿回到了自己的家。 除了前台小周和打掃客房的阿姨，酒店的其他工作人員也都非常出色。餐廳的服務員熱情周到，為我推薦了當地的特色美食，讓我品嚐到了地道的風味；安保人員盡職盡責，時刻守護着酒店的安全，讓我住得安心又放心。 星程酒店不僅在服務上做到了盡善盡美，在設施方面也毫不遜色。酒店的健身房設備齊全，讓我在旅途中也能保持鍛鍊的習慣；游泳池乾淨清澈，水温適宜，游上幾圈，一天的疲憊都煙消雲散。 這次入住星程酒店的經歷，讓我深刻體會到了什麼是真正的優質服務。前台小周的熱情專業，打掃客房阿姨的親切周到，每一個工作人員的用心付出，都讓我感受到了家的温暖。我相信，未來無論何時再來這座城市，星程酒店都將是我的首選。也希望更多的人能夠來到這裏，體驗這份無與倫比的美好。 強烈推薦星程酒店！期待下一次的相遇！

酒店在一個大樓裏，不是獨立的，環境一般，但地段很好，離ccmall很近，所以挺值的，房間也可以，無異味，較寬敞，衞生可以，隔音一般。

Slightly dated (old) property that is starting to show wear in the rooms. Some rooms can face the elevated highway next to it, but the windows provide good sound protection. That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

Absolutely recommend for solo travelers who come to Urumqi to stay in this Hostel. The reception staff is very friendly and beautiful as well! They always listen to our requests. The area is close to lot of restaurants, not far from Grand Bazaar. Other than that, I like the private shower & toilet in every room which make it more convenient.

My stay at Xingcheng Hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The hotel lobby was simple and refreshing, the public areas were clean and tidy, and the quiet and comfortable environment made me feel very relaxed. The room was thoroughly cleaned, meticulously maintained, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The facilities were complete and in good working order, and the hot water and water pressure were excellent. 👍👍 The front desk staff, Buweijia, was gentle and polite, efficient in check-in and check-out, patient in communication, and responsive to any issues. Their attentive and thoughtful service made for a very good experience throughout. The hotel is quiet despite being in a busy area, with a peaceful atmosphere, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. It offers excellent value for money and provided a reassuring and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose Xingcheng again next time. I would also recommend it to my friends who travel here.

We had a fantastic stay in the brand new Xin LV Yige Hotel. Everything is very well designed and very comfortable. But we especially want to thank the wonderful staff who went out of their way to make sure that our every need was met. Thank you to everyone and see you soon. One can tell that this was a tip top hotel by its nice thick towels with logo, bed sheets etc. it is now getting outdated but it's kept clean and service is good. Quite professional staff and the breakfast is good.

Pro: The room is clean and spacious with new style decorations. A convenience store just next door. Con: I stayed 4 nights, the staffs missing give me right amount of towels or coffee bags in two days. There was only one lift and running busy always, took time on waiting from early morning to mid-night.
