Very helpful and attentive, recommended for foreigner. The receptionist will use translator and inform you to add their wechat account to make communication easier. For breakfast I like that they also serve rose tea. They also provide pdf of summary for nearest or famous tourist places and how to get there. My luggage’s wheel is broken due to airport handling and I ask help from them for my travel insurance claim. They responded swiftly.

What a gem! Loved this hotel, the style and attention to detail are fantastic. It is tucked away from the road so there is no horrible traffic noise. Comfortable bed, projector instead of TV and a beautiful bath tub. We only had breakfast once, we were late so given toast, eggs and coffee which was appreciated. Staff were very quiet but also helpful and polite.

The hotel location is quiet yet not out of the way; it's not in the most tourist-heavy area, but getting around by taxi to attractions is super convenient. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy, with new facilities – a great experience! Also, because our travel schedule was tight, when we asked the front desk about a late check-out, all the staff were considerate and kind. They helped us extend our check-out time for free, which made our whole trip very comfortable. Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

The room itself was great but the noise from other guests was very loud. The cigarette smoke from other guests got into our room so it smelled really bad.

Good location, near 潘家湾subway and in the city center. The room is not big but not cramped at all for 2 guests. There is no bottled water service, but have water coolers. If water runs out, you have to change it yourself. At that tome I stayed, my room ran out of water before I even checked in, but there was no staff to change it before the customer checked in. The counter staff looked very busy and did not have much service. When I asked for help once and waited for 10 minutes 😼

Hotel is a bit far from nearest train station but getting a cab on the street is super easy! It is close to major shopping/food areas and cab fare is very reasonable. Room and lobby are clean, breakfast is delicious and service is great! Ms Chan Yi at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped us with many questions we had. The morning shift lady at the laundry room was very nice as well. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Staff were so very kind & helpful. Room clean comfortable & well furnished. Window faced rooftop dining room, so there was some noise & reduced privacy, but also provided easy access to terrace with great riverside views. Central location, close to many eateries & shop. Riverbank & nearby tree lined streets definitely worth some time to experience local life. Excellent boutique hotel

This hotel is in an excellent location, less than a 15-minute walk from Kunming Old Street, and just a few minutes by taxi to Cuihu Park. The service was fantastic. They proactively communicated check-in details. I booked the most basic king room, and because I requested a high floor and not an end-of-hall room, the front desk attendant very kindly upgraded me to a large room on the 6th floor. There's a popular internet-famous Western restaurant on the ground floor, with many young women coming daily to take photos. However, the guest access is separate, so it doesn't impact the stay experience. The breakfast is 'small but perfectly formed.' Of course, it doesn't have as many options as a five-star hotel, but the rice noodles were delicious, and the coffee was absolutely amazing, better than many chain coffee shops.云南 coffee beans really are a specialty! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Aside from the slightly inconvenient parking (you need to park at the art museum parking lot, about a 2-minute walk away, but the hotel reimburses the fee), it was a perfectly satisfying first stop in Kunming 💚
