Hotele w: Wuyue Plaza/Zhonghui Wanda Plaza, Xining

Overall, it was good, with a unique design, and the cleanliness and service were both good. The location is a bit out of the way. The soundproofing is terrible, really terrible. It's quite noisy at night; you can hear everyone talking. Light sleepers like me can't sleep well at all! I booked two nights in a row. On the second day, they asked me to clean the room, but when I returned that evening, there was still hair on the pillow. It wasn't cleaned properly. Otherwise, no problems!

Pokój był dość przestronny, ale brakowało ciepłej wody do prysznica, a w nocy było bardzo gorąco bez wentylatora. Otwarcie okna utrudniało sen z powodu hałasu z ulicy, a zamknięcie okna powodowało, że było za gorąco. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, zakwaterowanie było po prostu przeciętne.

前台幫升了房，送了早餐，十分感謝。 房間硬件沒得説，總體住的還不錯。 提兩點建議： 1. 好好檢查一下房間的窗户，我住的房間窗户是漏風的，倒不是冷不冷的問題，房間很暖和，而是半夜颳風的時候，呼呼的風聲特別大。設施0.5扣在這裏。 2. 早餐備菜不夠。早餐供應到10點，我8點半就下樓了，釀皮和甜醅都已經沒有了，放了個標簽，寫的啥我忘了，類似已經沒了請諒解這種。我9點吃完的時候，這倆也還沒補上。顧客到一個地方，主要就是想吃一些當地的特色食物，一直缺貨實在是不合適。服務1分扣在這裏。

The front desk was very friendly and helped me arranged a 1 day tour of Qinghai and Chaka Salt lakes. The hotel breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of food and coffee options. The gym was empty, offered a great view, but had limited equipment. Lastly, my king sized bed was crazy comfortable!!!

Hotel jest nowy, otwarty w zeszłym roku, dekoracja atmosfery, duży pokój, doskonałe światło, wyposażony w inteligentny klient. Łóżka jest wygodne. Głównie gorąca woda jest stabilna, insulacja dźwiękowa jest dobra, wyposażony w wilgotny ładunek nie ma szumu, Ewangelia w regionie placu, jest idealny w porównaniu z innymi hotelami. Śniadanie smakuje online, jedzenie jest dobre. Zatrzymaj się za darmo, jest dużo jedzenia w okolicy, komercyjne zestawy dojrzałe, wydajność jest wysoka, highly recommended to self-driving and travel friends can stay in this 😊

訂房時看了評價，知道是老裝修，沒抱太高期望，價格便宜，想着衹要乾淨就行了，結果體驗比預期好太多！很少評價，這裏值得推薦一下！房間裏的衣櫃、衞生間的洗手枱都是老款式，有磨損，但擦得鋥亮。房間裏還有單獨的寫字桌方便辦公，床單被罩是純棉的，整潔沒有異味。床的軟硬也剛好，不是那種一壓就塌的軟床墊，睡醒腰不酸，睡眠質量比預想中好。衞生間洗漱台確實老氣，但乾濕分離做得很到位，地面乾爽不滑，沒有積水。熱水來得快，水温也穩定，洗漱用品是小瓶裝的。早上出門遇到前台，還主動問要不要幫忙存行李，特別實在，下次還來。

酒店設施十分完善新淨，早餐的口味是我在這一趟十多天的青海行程裏所有酒店裏面最好的！酒店前台接待人員十分有禮，房間中央空調自帶加濕不用再開加濕器十分好評！酒店的電視十分大觀賞舒適投屏方便，又可以前後轉動！有點小小小瑕疵洗澡時候沒人在房間時房間會關燈！停車方便酒店對面就是商場裏面有很多東西吃！維持希爾頓一貫水平！下次前往西寧都會優先選擇入住！

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

The room was clean with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The late-night warm congee service was a nice touch, perfect for travelers arriving late who don't want to search for food elsewhere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they quickly resolved an issue with our key card.

這次住的酒店體驗感超棒，必須來分享下！ 一走進酒店大堂，寬敞明亮的空間、精緻典雅的裝修，還有熱情周到的前台服務，瞬間就讓我好感倍增。辦理入住手續的速度很快，工作人員還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務。 房間佈置得温馨又舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，讓我一夜好眠。房間的衞生也做得無可挑剔，每個角落都一塵不染。智能設備也很加分，操控起來方便又有趣。 酒店的餐飲也很出色，早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很不錯。 健身房和游泳池設施齊全，維護得很好。我在健身房鍛鍊了一會兒，器材用起來很順手。游泳池的水質清澈，遊起來很舒服。 酒店的地理位置也很優越，周邊有很多餐廳和商場，出行購物都很方便。 這次入住體驗真的太讚了，無論是服務、設施還是環境，都無可挑剔。強烈推薦給大家！下次有機會，我一定還會選擇這家酒店。
