The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Had a very good experience with this hotel. It is clean and quiet. It is perfect staying if you really want a good sleep after a busy day of visiting and traveling. It's location may not be convenient, but its service and staff are great. It's breakfast is the one of the best I had in my trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness was top-notch, and they had a great variety of amenities such as a gym room, washing machine, and iron steamer. They even offered complimentary food and drinks in the lobby. The hotel had a soothing tea scent that created a relaxing vibe. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, convenient amenities, and tranquil atmosphere.

這次入住體驗非常滿意，酒店位置便利，出行和就餐都很方便。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房效率高，態度温和有耐心。房間乾淨整潔，採光和通風都很好，全季的記憶棉枕頭真的是沒得説，出門在外睡得最舒服的一次了，睡眠質量很高。公共區域環境雅緻，安靜不嘈雜，整體氛圍温馨舒適。性價比很高，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適。下次來這邊還會選擇這家酒店，也推薦給身邊的朋友，值得一來！

整體來説，這家酒店屬於中規中矩的商務型住宿選擇。衞生狀況基本達標，房間打掃得還算乾淨，但細節處（如地毯、窗台）略有積塵；環境安靜，位置便利，周邊配套也還行。前台和客房服務態度禮貌，響應速度尚可，雖談不上特別熱情，但也能滿足基本需求。 設施方面略顯簡單——僅有中央空調，沒有加濕器或獨立暖氣，在河南冬季乾燥寒冷的天氣裏，體感會比較乾澀，建議自備保濕用品或小型加濕設備。如果對空氣濕度敏感，可能會覺得不太舒適。 綜合來看，這個價位能接受，適合短期過渡或預算有限的出行，但若追求更高品質的住宿體驗，可能需要考慮升級選項。

I booked this hotel last minute because I wanted something close to Pang Dong Lai. The room was great, with new facilities and good soundproofing. Overall, a very good experience 👍

酒店的位置比較好，步行十來分鐘就可以到大胖，酒店在大胖與小胖中間的位置，去哪個地方都比較方便，酒店出門就是新鄉最出名的小吃街，房間比較乾淨整潔，前台服務意識還是不錯的，酒店門頭比較小，酒店裡麪環境還是挺不錯的，下次來新鄉還會選擇這個酒店。

設施：不錯，房間很大。給我們選的房間特別好，層高窗户大，但是不吵，温度也很合適。 衞生：很乾凈，整潔 環境：洗澡水又大又熱，很舒適！ 服務：很周到熱情！提供很多服務！ 退房時給了伴手禮一個杯子一個小熊！一瓶温水，棒棒噠！下次還來住！👍🏻

The surrounding travel is very convenient. There is a snack street opposite the hotel. The snack street is next to Baolong Square. It is also close to 3 fat. The room is large. The bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep. It is recommended that the front desk service is also in place. It will guide the elevator and recommend what is delicious around. Like 👍
