This hotel is close to the bus stop, just a few minutes from the railway station. It's clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly.

El servicio excelente, con el extra de que antes de la hora del check-in ya teníamos la habitación disponible. Ubicación excelente y los servicios compartidos con el Duke's Palace (recepción, desayuno...). Es conveniente saber que, aunque te llevan las maletas hasta el hotel, este se encuentra en un edificio con algunos escalones que se deben de salvar en los pisos superiores, pese a contar en ascensor, por lo que debe ser tenido en cuenta para las personas con movilidad reducida.

Walking distance to historical areas Head to the carpark lift and go to the upper level of the carpark, then walk along the carpark heading away from the station but parallel and you will see two glass lifts to the Ibis hotel. Don't follow google map which takes you to the rear of the hotels running along with the railway tracks as you have to walk around the whole block and back to the carpark lift. Very confusing and not good for people who have mobility issues. The escalators near the convenience store outside the station were not working, if you are mobile you can climb stairs but with luggage I'd recommend that you use the carpark lift. Buses you can tap on with your credit card or phone pay. There's luggage storage lockers at the station but expensive and once you lock you can't unlock until you are finished using otherwise you have to pay again, even if you paid already for many hours. It was a very pleasant and cozy hotel. The check-in is at the bar around the corner. The shared bathroom is used by 3 rooms on the floor which is not too bad. The location is great as well - close to the train station and about 1 km from the city centre and the area around the hotel is very nice and clean as well. Would definitely stay here again

Très bel hôtel, déjeuner diversifié et bon. Personnel agréable. Facilement accessible en garant sa voiture au parking t zand. Seul bémol, pas de réseau ou presque et pas de wifi dans la chambre mais bon on est pas en vacances pour aller sur le wifi

Hotel to be recommended Excellent experience, fantastic breakfast with a view, very attentive staff, very adequate (basic) room (the large ones must be great), very pleasant, almost luxurious environment, full of little touches, like chocolates on arrival, and a triple socket to plug all devices in one place. A place I will return to.

Cozy and nice looking hotel near the center of Bruges. Nice location - near the center of Bruges but at the same time quiet and right next to the canal and bus stop. Lobby, halls and stairs areas look just gorgeous! Cool old furniture, paintings, statues etc. The stairs themselves are wooden and beatifully made. My room (number 2) had tall ceilings and huge windows facing the canal. Only wish it would have been on one of the upper floors. Same thing with old-style furniture in the room - that was nice and beatiful. But the old and worn power outlets were not that nice. Also, the fridge in the room was a joke - it sorta worked but didn't keep stuff in it cold, couldn't even handle a couple of beers. The bed was very comfortable and I've slept like a baby. The lobby zone was very nice to hang, really enjoyed having a beer in the evening, sitting there in one of the sofas. The breakfast was okay, not very diverse, but everything was tasty and fresh. A bit missed the porridge though. Overall, it was good experience, I've enjoyed my stay!

Struttura nuova e molto funzionale Ottima colazione e servizi... Un po' fuori dal passeggio serala sul mare... Consigliato!!!

Otel merkezi konumda ve odaları geniş, ferah. Bu açıdan konaklama oldukça rahattı. Kahvaltısı da ***et başarılıydı. Ancak fiyat performans açısından değerlendirildiğinde, diğer otellerle arasındaki fiyat farkına gerçekten değip değmediği tartışılır. Personel konusunda ise karışık bir deneyim yaşadık. Resepsiyondaki bazı çalışanlar oldukça nazik ve yardımcıydı, fakat bazıları gereksiz şekilde kaba davrandı. Özellikle barmenler bu konuda olumsuz bir izlenim bıraktı. Akşam saatlerinde resepsiyon ve barla aynı kişinin ilgilenmesi de hizmet kalitesini biraz düşürüyor. Bahçesini kullanabileceğimiz söylenmiş olmasına rağmen, akşam orada oturmak istediğimizde sorun çıkarılması hoş değildi. Ayrıca bahçedeki aynı kül tablasının 3 gün boyunca masada boşaltılmadan durması temizlik açısından kötü bir görüntü oluşturdu. Ne yazık ki genel temizlik konusunda da memnun kalmadım.

很有設計感的一家酒店，就連負一層的衞生間都相當華麗。 早餐相對德國荷蘭那些同價位酒店來説，略顯簡單了些。但是相比比利時，意大利這幾個國家，也算平均水平以上。 距離火車站非常近，旁邊城堡裏有一家相當**的餐廳，裏面菜品非常棒！ 非常值得一試，下次還住這家！！
