The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The service deserves special praise. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the manager, Xiao Wang, for his professionalism, care, and warm attitude. He made sure everything was perfect and that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. Amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt truly special. This is a place that creates beautiful memories, not just a hotel stay. We highly recommend Giraffe Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality, and heart-warming experience. „Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that.”

„Accompanying colleagues to participate in a small commodity exhibition in Yiwu, the hotel where they stayed can be regarded as a model for exhibition travel! The location is outrageous. In the morning, I leisurely set off from the hotel and took a walk to the exhibition hall of the commercial city, which happened to be the opening time, saving me the embarrassment of rushing a car. The room was clean beyond words, and the open bathroom design was perfect for the two of us. One was rushing through the PPT while the other was organizing exhibition materials, and the pace was completely seamless. Returning to the hotel after the exhibition every day, you can enjoy fresh afternoon tea and fruits to replenish your energy in a timely manner. The chrysanthemum goji berry tea that is always kept at the front desk, my colleague drank it for several days in a row, and said that when I stayed up late to change the plan, my anger had subsided. The Puli pancake for breakfast is an unexpected delight, paired with curry to have a bite and become a god! On the last day, we packed two extra meals for the exhibition break. After tasting them, our colleagues from the adjacent booth followed us and asked which hotel we were staying at. The service was even more impeccable. When asking for directions, the staff directly drew a shortcut map for purchasing in the commercial city, which fully enhanced the experience. Whether I needed to grab something quickly or explore the area, everything was just a short trip away. The rooms were well-maintained and cozy, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing or shopping. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip. „Shaoxing is so undervalued in the Jiannan area. If you can tolerate the scent of stinky tofu, you would enjoy the leisure time at Shaoxing. This holiday inn located in the old town area is by the side of water channel within 2min of walks to the stone streets. Perfect location for citywalkers. Their friendly staffs, Dongzhi, Qiufen and Jingzhe will help you to pick up your luggage and communicate with you through WeChat (the Chinese version of WhatsApp). We will come back to this place in the future. BTW. Their cat, namely Rich, is friendly and lovely too. Purring and squeezing eyes to travelers is her special talent! 🥰”

„This is absolutely one of the best resort hotels we have stayed. The view to the lake is not the best but we are very happy to be hearing bird chirpping in the morning. The corridor of the hotel is unbelievable wide and spacious. The service provided is amongst the best that a hotel could provide. This hotel in the best location next to Nanhu where most of the sights are within walking distance or very close by. It is offering beautiful and relaxing walks along the lake. Going to the old city wall or to the old town takes only a short ride on the taxi of about 10 minutes. The restaurant for breakfast is just beautiful and the food is excellent. We just love this hotel and we will be back. If you are planning to visit Jiaxing, this will be the best hotel in Nanhu. Jiaxing is just absolutely serene and beautiful. We have taken heaps of beautiful photos and so lucky to be staying at Jiaxing Nanhu Resort Hotel.”
