Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Hotel mit großem Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls groß und und die Betten bequem. Man muss jedoch bei der Buchung unbedingt auf ein ruhiges Zimmer bestehen, da diejenigen Zimmer, deren Fenster sich an der Hauptstrasse befinden, über Nacht extrem laut sind! Es scheint, als befände man sich auf der Straße! Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist ziemlich schmal und wird von Autos, kleinen Lkw und Mopeds befahren. Im Prinzip ist es nur von Mitternacht bis ca. 5 Uhr morgens ruhig. Ansonsten ist es extrem laut. Zu laut zum Schlafen! Daher baten wir um ruhigeres Zimmer, was das Personal auch dankenswerterweise organisiert hat! Daher in Summe von mir 4 Sterne! Die Zimmer, die an der Strasse liegen sollten vom Hotel technisch so ausgestattet werden, dass die Geräuschkulisse von aussen deutlich reduziert wird!

El Hotel está estupendo , instalaciones, albercas, pero al no tener playa  cada día nos desplazamos en su camioneta al Club de Palaya, es genial son 10m en camión y estás en la playa con todos los servicios del Hotel….pues no… ahí estuvo nuestro problema los meseros del club de playa no nos hicieron caso, por 4 veces mi esposo se tuvo que parar e ir hasta el bar y venir el cargando la comida y la bebida, les llamamos hasta en más de 6 veces , decían si si y nunca llegó nadie a tomar nuestra orden. La habitación genial y su servicio de Valet Parking en cambio decían lo mejor que he visto, eficientes, amables,  En fin hubo de todo en este hotel buró y malo, pero obvio la atención en la playa es un básico en vacaciones y no estuvo a la altura

Respecto al servicio, limpiezo, trato estuvieron muy bien. Sin embargo las albercas no fueron algo tan agradable por el diseño y la variedad de comida en los buffets.

Todo es excelente el lugar las instalaciones el servicio la limpieza el bufete del restaurante pero lo que esta terrible es el club de playa en donde un trago te cuesta arriba de $250 mxn mínimo y un cóctel de camarones $250 mxn y ahí para arriba pero la ración es muy pobre en ambos casos servido en plato sopero de plástico y totalmente insípidos, tanto los tragos como el coctel desgraciadamente no hay de otra pues no puedes llevar lo tuyo, la instalación es hermosa y sus albercas de mar lo máximo, pero es absurdo que fui al bufete de su restaurante bella vista comí y bebí hasta quedar totalmente satisfecho pagué $900 mxn por dos personas y con un sabor excelso y en el club de playa por dos tragos y cocteles salí pagando 1100 mxn insatisfecho en sabor y cantidad. Tienen que ajustar eso sin duda. Me sentí molesto de pagar eso. Mi problema no es el dinero mi problema es no recibir lo que merezco a cambio de el.

LLegalEagleAlthough Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy. The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner. All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

GGuest UserThe location is regular, as Taxco is a small town whose centre is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is regular as well, nothing special, though, if it was not included in the tariff, I would prefer to have a breakfast at a restaurant around Zocalo. Of the negative impressions -- the room was quite poor: although big enough (two floors), the furniture was old and not functioning (no gas in the kitchen; a radio from the 1950s was there but it did not work). The inner yard is rather a contra, since it was full of families with kids near the hotel's waterpool listening loud local music all day round. The audibility was poor -- one can easily hear what is happening in a room next to it.

RRosi22The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

LLucas AguirreHotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.

GGuest UserIt's in a good location for sightseeing. It's only a few minutes walk to the square. The front desk staff are very friendly. The room is tasteful and the shower is small but not a problem. The floor gets wet, which is common in overseas hotels, so it's acceptable. I'd like to stay here again when I visit Taxco again.

GGuest UserEl lugar es perfecto para vacaciones. La comida es muy buena, las bebidas me encantaron, y la pesca del día es muy sabrosa, eso sí, hay que hacer fila desde temprano para alcanzar lugar. Ofrecen eventos nocturnos, shows, y me encantó el paseo en bicicleta por la reserva natural Vicente Guerrero. Personal amable, alberca limpia y gimnasio muy completo.
