Amazing hotel definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Armenia! The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

The hotel is located in the center of Gyumri, near the main square. The linens and towels were very clean, and the room itself was spotless. The receptionist was a very kind and attentive man who answered all of our questions. We were checking out early in the morning and would miss breakfast, so we asked for lunch boxes to go, and they kindly accommodated our request, not leaving us hungry! 🙂↕️ Huge thanks 🙌🏼

Очень удобное местоположение , чистый номер , есть все необходимое , холодильник , чайник , халат, тапочки, хорошая сантехника, хорошая звукоизоляция , на ресепшене можно взять зонтик Из минусов очень неудобная кровать и подушки и за 5 дней пребывания не вынесли даже мусор. Но, может быть надо было попросить убраться, так как мы только ночевали в номере, нас отсутствие уборки не напрягало.

The overall experience is very good, the accommodation room is big and cheap, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. Jiumli is a warm city, because the place is not big, it is very convenient to walk or take a taxi, I like it very much.

The hotel was chosen by convenient location and adequate cost. There were hotels and cheaper, but all decided to stop here. Here we haven't regretted at all! The hotel is cozy to the impossible, the staff are all friendly, polite. The rooms are excellent, spacious. Everything clean, neat! I advise everyone this hotel!

Почитали некоторые отзывы и сомневались в выборе отеля, но рады, что выбрали именно его. Плюсы: - хорошее местоположение, от этого отеля начинается старый город и основные достопримечательности - чистый номер, высокие потолки, хорошая постель. Что смущало: - писали, что есть шум от ресторана. Проживали на втором этаже, шума не слышали - был шум от вытяжки из кафе на первом этаже.Гул был достаточно монотонный поэтому спать не мешал - немного расшатанная лейка для душа, но не так, чтобы брызгается во все стороны. При тем что напор хороший. - писали про плохую шумоизоляцию. Может повезло с соседями, но особо никого не слышали. Вид из ресторана на завтрак - вишенка на торте. Действительно прекрасный вид. Сотрудники отеля действительно супер доброжелательные. Рады, что остановились именно в этом месте Отелю и сотрудникам - процветания и спасибо за наш чудесный отдых.

Convenient mattresses, soft bed linen. Clean. There is a common kitchen. And there is everything in this kitchen. Even the products are very aestheticly folded in the refrigerator: eggs, chips, cheeses melted, cakes, bread, jems of 10 species, butter butter. There are dry mixtures, tea, coffee. Milk. The dishes were told not to wash that there is a person who does it. Comes every day and cleans up. We traveled by car, here there is a parking within the hotel. We also needed washing. The washing machine just broke down, but it was repaired the next day and gave me all the necessary washing machines. There were swingers, the daughter was delighted. So were given the small things and allowed to draw even on the walls. The attitude is so trembling and caring that does not happen in 5🌟 hotels. Our wishes for improvement are: Change the toilet door to close tightly like the usual door. That way the guests will be more comfortable. And do something with the doors in the shower cabin, or through them when the washing leaks on the floor of the water. Can just make the clutches. Otherwise everything is wonderful. Also individual words of gratitude to a woman who comes to cleaning (unknown name). We talked very warmly with her.
