Hotele z: parking w North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Pokój był wystarczająco przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Obsługa na recepcji była bardzo nieprofesjonalna – popełniono mnóstwo błędów, w tym przydzielono mi niewłaściwy pokój. Co gorsza, zablokowano mi 322 euro na karcie. Mimo że od razu zwróciłem uwagę na tę nieprawidłowość, recepcja zapewniła o odblokowaniu środków, jednak do 3 października nadal nie otrzymałem potwierdzenia od banku o ich zwolnieniu. Dla porównania, blokady środków dokonane 28 i 29 września w hotelach w innych niemieckich miastach, już dawno zostały odblokowane. Moje wrażenie jest takie, że to jest jakiś hotelowy trik i jest to skrajnie nieuczciwe. Z wszystkich hoteli, w których byłem przez 36 dni w Europie, ten hotel zrobił na mnie najgorsze wrażenie. Zarządzanie nie dorównuje standardowi obiektu.

More than my expectations!! Desk service is perfect. Specially Sarah on reception is an exceptional lady. She was so friendly and she made my trip wonderful. Being a solo traveller she suggested me good places. She had a nice chat with me. All of the staff and services are up to the mark. Thanks very much. Totally recommend.

Have to say the room is okay especially the toilet and shower ,but only one curtain in between is not too pleasant for shower water . Blanket i like -warm and light ,not too big for complicated handling. Surprised me no table no sofa no chair in the room ,and have been told that in case i need i should ask the receiption to change the room -it is the first time to hear .Anyway i went thru … Location is good ,very handy to go to the hbf Dusseldorf ,while there is a lake in front -quite some swans and wild geese /ducks on the water ,very nice to watch them. Only 400m to walk to reach the metro station ,then going to many destinations; From Airport to the hotel ,quite short distance ,by train also possible it you do not have too much luggage. By walking distance also can reac the Japanese Street ,as well the king street … Giving a thumbs up ref to the breakfast - kinds of rolls /bread,cheese ,salad,sausage ,museli,tea,coffee ,yogurt ,whatever you would like to have ,really more than plenty ,and also always seats available ,as the capacity is really big enough ,never will forget this breakfast ! Off course room rate reached the roof but can understand everyone will take this advantage to charge ,as hotel is also some kind of business! Will definitely stay here again for the future ! Recommend you to choose this Holiday Inn -the niu tab Dusseldorf ! Thanks !

The rooms were really spacious and the breakfast was delicious!! I would really recommend booking that if you‘re staying here. The only thing I have to criticize is that the gym is really small and it will quickly get crowded if multiple guests want to use it at once. There is only one multi use machine and treadmills, a bike and some weights which are way too heavy for most trainings. Overall we had a really great stay though!

It's about a 12 minute walk to the Cologne cathedral. The hotel is on the upscale side, has great amenities. A Nespresso machine w pods in the room and a few included minibar items. There are also qtips etc. The soap and shampoo smell very nice. The room is very spacious. I would just get rid of the office chairs without wheels. They also have a very uncomfortable design where the seat is tilted forward, do you slide forward when you sit in it. Also, the sheets are threadbare - I literally saw a hole in the sheets - doesn't really suit a hotel their caliber. Breakfast is excellent. Nice teas and coffee. Plenty of sweet and savory options, smoked salmon etc. I'd stay again.

The Dorint hotel is in a very central location with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff were very professional (from pre-trip communication to check-in and check-out) and super friendly. The hotel is huge and has lifts to all floors. The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed up with wall coverings, a decorative vase, floor lights in addition to bedside table lamps and desk light, etc. There was even a kettle to make tea and coffee, and a fridge, which was much appreciated! The bed was on the soft side and the pillows rather thin and fluffy, which was not quite to my liking. However, the blackout curtains and well-insulated windows made for a quiet night's sleep, despite the roads and building sites outside. It was still possible to open one window to let fresh air in. All in all, a very good experience.

Mein Mann und ich waren über das Wochenende im Hotel. Wir haben kein Frühstück gebucht, nur Übernachtung und Parkplatz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist gut und bequem ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis haben wir als angemessen empfunden. Empfehlenswert!

I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton for 2 nights over the Christmas period. Location was perfect as it was essentially next to the Dusseldorf Central Station and so close to the Little Tokyo area which I loved. Also about 20-30 min walks to the Old Town and Rhine. The area around the station and the hotel was a little dirtier than I expected BUT the outskirts and Old Town area are pleasant. The included daily breakfast is a nice touch. Be sure to come early otherwise it does get quite packed. The hot chocolate and waffles were so delicious. Gym is also great - good selection of dumbbells, kettlebells and cardio machines. I would absolutely stay at the Hampton by Hilton again if I was in Dusseldorf.
