Have to say the room is okay especially the toilet and shower ,but only one curtain in between is not too pleasant for shower water . Blanket i like -warm and light ,not too big for complicated handling. Surprised me no table no sofa no chair in the room ,and have been told that in case i need i should ask the receiption to change the room -it is the first time to hear .Anyway i went thru … Location is good ,very handy to go to the hbf Dusseldorf ,while there is a lake in front -quite some swans and wild geese /ducks on the water ,very nice to watch them. Only 400m to walk to reach the metro station ,then going to many destinations; From Airport to the hotel ,quite short distance ,by train also possible it you do not have too much luggage. By walking distance also can reac the Japanese Street ,as well the king street … Giving a thumbs up ref to the breakfast - kinds of rolls /bread,cheese ,salad,sausage ,museli,tea,coffee ,yogurt ,whatever you would like to have ,really more than plenty ,and also always seats available ,as the capacity is really big enough ,never will forget this breakfast ! Off course room rate reached the roof but can understand everyone will take this advantage to charge ,as hotel is also some kind of business! Will definitely stay here again for the future ! Recommend you to choose this Holiday Inn -the niu tab Dusseldorf ! Thanks !

More than my expectations!! Desk service is perfect. Specially Sarah on reception is an exceptional lady. She was so friendly and she made my trip wonderful. Being a solo traveller she suggested me good places. She had a nice chat with me. All of the staff and services are up to the mark. Thanks very much. Totally recommend.

Un Hotel muy nuevo, con facilidad de aparcamiento, muy cerca del aeropuerto, muy buenas instalaciones, pero si estás buscando algo para hacer turismo o visitar el centro de Düsseldorf, no es el indicado. Respecto a lo demás, está muy bien.

Nice hotel nearby the airport! Not easy to find by night. Staff was quite helpful and the room was big enough for a one night stay

I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton for 2 nights over the Christmas period. Location was perfect as it was essentially next to the Dusseldorf Central Station and so close to the Little Tokyo area which I loved. Also about 20-30 min walks to the Old Town and Rhine. The area around the station and the hotel was a little dirtier than I expected BUT the outskirts and Old Town area are pleasant. The included daily breakfast is a nice touch. Be sure to come early otherwise it does get quite packed. The hot chocolate and waffles were so delicious. Gym is also great - good selection of dumbbells, kettlebells and cardio machines. I would absolutely stay at the Hampton by Hilton again if I was in Dusseldorf.

Personel jest bardzo przyjazny i miły. Miałem duży bagaż i przyjechałem późno. Winda była zepsuta i niedostępna. Następnie zmienili mi pokój na parterze bez konieczności korzystania ze schodów, co było bardzo pomocne. Dla Azjaty było zaskoczeniem, że nie mieli klimatyzacji w pokoju gościnnym. Może to normalne w europejskich hotelach, ale w bardzo upalny dzień w pokoju było dość parno. Ale dało się to znieść, można było po prostu wziąć zimną wodę i rozkoszować się nago na czystym łóżku. lol Kolejną rzeczą, która mnie trochę rozczarowała, był hałas, ponieważ zatrzymało się wielu młodych gości, może wycieczka szkolna czy coś?, i byli bardzo energiczni do późnej nocy. Słychać było bieganie ludzi w pokoju i imprezowe klimaty lol. Jeśli chcesz tu trochę pobyć w ciszy, to zależy od twojego szczęścia. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie żałuję pobytu tutaj.

Room is small and no coffee kettle but rest all satisfying..breakfast was better than Holiday Inn..staff is good. Location is also calm and beautiful

방도 넓고 깔끔하고, 침대도 괜찮았어요! 무엇보다 체크인 시간 보다 일찍 가서 짐을 놓고 나갈까 했는데 미리 체크인을 해주어서 좋았습니다. 방 안에 슬리퍼가 없는 것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 바로 옆에 성당이 있는데, 종을 자주 칩니다.🥹 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

Pokój był wystarczająco przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Obsługa na recepcji była bardzo nieprofesjonalna – popełniono mnóstwo błędów, w tym przydzielono mi niewłaściwy pokój. Co gorsza, zablokowano mi 322 euro na karcie. Mimo że od razu zwróciłem uwagę na tę nieprawidłowość, recepcja zapewniła o odblokowaniu środków, jednak do 3 października nadal nie otrzymałem potwierdzenia od banku o ich zwolnieniu. Dla porównania, blokady środków dokonane 28 i 29 września w hotelach w innych niemieckich miastach, już dawno zostały odblokowane. Moje wrażenie jest takie, że to jest jakiś hotelowy trik i jest to skrajnie nieuczciwe. Z wszystkich hoteli, w których byłem przez 36 dni w Europie, ten hotel zrobił na mnie najgorsze wrażenie. Zarządzanie nie dorównuje standardowi obiektu.

Wow we couldn’t believe how good a hotel it was. Clean, tidy, great rooms and location, excellent staff, a great vibe to the place. I will stay there again if I return to Wuppertal and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Park at the hotel is cheaper than the bus station. They were super dog friendly. Everything was clean. Location is excellent.
