Hotele z: parking w Castile and Leon, Spain

First, parking is valet.. Free... Since parking is next to the building.. 23EUR.. If u have huge luggage... Is a problem.. Need to carry about 15 steps up the stairs., although the staff offer to help. Room is classic and super, no complaints. Room windiw view of the cathedral... Holy night

我們是自駕遊，停車免費（停在酒店門口的路邊），房間寬敞，設施齊全，乾淨整潔。但是沒有牙刷牙膏，這個無所謂。關鍵是價格便宜，性價比極高。對於開車的朋友來説方便划算，離古城阿維拉很近，離塞戈維亞不到一個小時路程，值得推薦。

Ubicado en la plaza mayor con aparcamiento público. Es un edificio histórico pero las habitaciones son muy austeras sin demasiados detalles. Es demasiado para lo que es

Todo muy correcto. Pagas las vistas a la ciudad, la amplitud de los jardines y el parking gratuito con 10 minutos de camino hasta el centro, eso sí, pasando por el maravilloso puente romano. La atención, excelente. El desayuno por el precio podría ser más variado y completo, pero es correcto. Las instalaciones, servicios y limpieza son propios de un parador, muy buenas.

El hotel está muy bien situado y muy nuevo. La entrada con las llaves virtuales súper sencilla. Venía con todas las necesidades. El único problemilla fue que la calefacción no se podía regular, iba a venir un técnico a la mañana siguiente pero dijimos que lo, por lo que la atención del personal muy buena.

Great location, quiet room, and very convenient parking! I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise and mess. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There were a few hairs in the shower, but overall, everything felt tidy. I loved the small details — like the nice selection of teas (4 different flavors!). The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore León on foot. A big bonus was the secure parking right inside the hotel — very convenient if you're traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again!

非常有格調的歐洲老公寓酒店，有一個漂亮的小中庭，酒店人員很友善，早餐是點單的，非常好，離新舊主教堂和薩拉曼卡大學都步行五分鐘可達！

酒店位置絕佳，背靠城牆，透過早餐廳的窗户即可看見城牆。酒店的裝修風格也很到位，餐廳小牛肉做得很嫩，口感好。不過入住體驗不佳，第一酒店的行李車形同擺設，根本不會有人來幫助拉行李。到達當天下陣雨🌦️，我自己狼狽地拉着箱子走過鋪滿鵝*石的路面（最後20米）到達地面一層，再摸索着找電梯到達前台所在的樓層。第二 房間洗澡下水有點堵，第二個晚上洗澡用的是大盤花灑，於是衞生間就水流滿地，幸好一個人住，如果第二個人洗澡的話，衞生間根本沒法用，估計水會漫到客廳。第二天我check out 地時候也給前台打了招呼，前台態度很好，直説抱歉，不過是不是too late了呢。

非常喜歡這家城堡酒店風格，環境漂亮優雅房間寬敞舒適各項設施齊全，餐廳漂亮餐具精美早餐很豐富好吃😋，感受到酒店團隊專業優質服務。 尤其是遇到前台華人員工小魏親切周到專業。特別是我們離店了開車下山途中爆胎，由於語言障礙無法跟車行溝通，衹能跑回酒店求助，小魏立刻趕到半山幫助我們聯繫車行，還幫助我們把行李搬回上山酒店等待，並陪伴我們等候叮囑司機，最終我們順利到達薩拉曼卡。在此我們要特別感謝小魏雪中送炭伸出援手熱情相助，專業高效的業務能力給我們流行深刻印象👍👍，使我們遠在異國遇到家人般的温暖，感恩有你🙏🙏 美麗的阿維拉和酒店給我們旅途留下美好的一篇，推薦這家美好而温馨的酒店

Reservei neste hotel para uma paragem a meio de uma viagem de carro, a contar chegarmos ao hotel, eu, o meu marido e os meus filhos de 7 e 13, e dar uns mergulhos para depois ir jantar à cidade. Chegamos e a piscina estava encerrada. A explicação que nos deram foi que houve um imprevisto, sem mais nenhuma explicação e sem garantia que no dia seguinte de manhã estaria aberta. Na manhã seguinte já estava aberta, então decidimos ir até lá para relaxar um pouco antes de continuarmos a nossa viagem. No entanto, o nosso momento de relaxamento tornou-se um momento de sofrimento pois o ar estava irrespirável causando irritação ao nível de olhos e nariz devido ao tratamento que aplicaram, provavelmente. Acho inadmissível a forma com este hotel de 4 estrelas tratou desta situação. Pagamos por um serviço que não tivemos ( piscina) ou que estava em más condições de utilização e não houve por parte do hotel nenhum cuidado ou atenção para com os hóspedes.
