It is a relatively cheaper kind of resort hotel, still quite expensive, but was cheaper than the other big name hotels by the beach in the Onna area. Its also close by car to the Blue cave which was why I chose it. I got a bottom floor room so didn't really get a view (the 'garden' view) but there's a patio, but if you get the higher floors you should have a view of the beach and the ocean. The beach is just a few minutes walk through the little forest, and is a small private enclosed beach with a little reef, quite lovely. Can snorkel, but I only stayed close to the beach so didn't see that much in the water. The room is clean and spacious, but the decor is dated. There's also a little hotel restaurant which serves buffet breakfast, and they also sell snorkelling gear in the small lobby. It's more convenient if you drive to get there, but they do charge 1000 yen a day for parking, which I didn't really like.
Musisz odrobić pracę domową przed wyjściem do hotelu. Nie pytaj mnie dlaczego? Ponieważ wychowywanie dziecka to mnóstwo pracy, a koledzy z drużyny mogą być jeszcze bardziej zaangażowani. . .
Jest kilka aspektów hotelu, które mnie przyciągają:
2. Hotel jest stosunkowo nowy. Pokoje typu twin mogą łączyć dwa łóżka i są wyposażone w basen z gorącymi źródłami.
3. Moja rezerwacja obejmowała śniadanie, a dania były bardzo bogate. Hotel zapewnia gościom noclegowym nielimitowane wino w godzinach 10:00-22:00 oraz bezpłatny ramen nocą w godzinach nocnych. To też najbardziej przyciąga członków drużyny. Według niego codziennie oszczędza co najmniej 1 tys. jenów piwa🍻, hahahaha. Aha, są też darmowe lody, przeważnie truskawkowe, miętowo-czekoladowe, waniliowe, czekoladowe i inne smaki. Możesz także zaoszczędzić 3-500, hahahahaha.
Oto klucz, cena za pokój za noc wynosi około 700 RMB. Stosunek ceny do wydajności jest bardzo wysoki.
We booked the highest floor with exclusive free flow of drinks from 12 noon to 10 pm. We get priority in service and breakfast was good with many offerings of their local delicacies like seaweed grapes, brown sugar and such.
The private Onsen in our room with the beautiful sea view and the direct view of the landing pad of the airport and the reach of eateries just below the hotel with a 2 minutes drive.
Location was quite central to the places we planned to visit and throughly enjoyed our stay there.
Recommend you pay a little more for the exclusive member deal and will definitely stay there if we visit Okinawa again.

Kolejna atrakcja: Piżama to niespodzianka, miękka, dopasowana i wygodna. Zatrzymałem się w pokoju dwuosobowym i jest trochę za mały dla 2 osób. Jedna jest jednak wystarczająco dobra

The best location! convenient to go around! the room is great love their pillow the most. However, there are two wings side the new renovate one (river wing) and another wing side (station wing) is the old one. we got the old room in station wing but it still acceptable!. still quite clean and doesnt seem old.
Staff also very helpul and can speak many languages
the room is big and if you choose to not clean each day you will get free ice cream/bed. we had 2 bed so both of us got free ice cream ! they also sell Okinawa Limited coke at vending machine....it really hard to find
Overall, We had such a great time and we definitely come back again.
Wow! From the moment you step into this hotel it is beautiful. The location is literally across the road from the overground rail and you can walk to a lot of places from here too.
The room is smaller than the pictures make them look, but they were still bigger than other Japan hotels we have stayed in.
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I 100% recommend and would stay here again.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel has excellent facilities. You can enjoy the pool and many beach activities. The staff are very welcoming. The executive lounge offers delicious food four times a day. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Cchloe_ccThe bathroom isn't separated into wet and dry areas, which is a bit odd. There's no humidifier or air purifier in the room. I booked a twin room, but it was so small that the two beds were practically pushed together.
Cleanliness: Just average. The carpet and sofa even had some dirt on them.
Service: Non-existent.
Location: It's a bit far from Kokusai Dori! If you don't want to be constantly traveling back and forth, I wouldn't recommend this place. For over a thousand a night, this hotel is overpriced and not worth it! You'd be better off staying at the Hilton next door. This was a poor choice.
RRufengPros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable.
GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.
GGuest UserReview of Onna Resort, Okinawa
About me:
I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip.
⸻
👍 What I liked:
• Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
• Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for.
• View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset.
• Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim.
• Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming.
• Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.
⸻
👎 What could be improved:
• Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed.
• Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff.
• Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask.
• Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience.
• Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook.
• Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient.
• No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight.
• Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak
AAnonymous UserWe booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
YYan ReevesWe had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically.
Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks.
Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan.
A few pieces of advice to the management:
1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours
2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them
3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once.
4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care?
5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician
6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies.
What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made the stay especially relaxing. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
MMin Jong LeeLocation
The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants.
Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.
Room Quality
On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable
AAkaxi090Cat lovers, rejoice! There's a black resident cat here. There's no daily housekeeping, but you can request fresh towels and trash removal (you'll need to place your trash bin outside your door). The laundry room has separate washers and dryers (which is great, as combo units never really dry clothes), and it's free to use. Just remember to ask the front desk for detergent and fabric softener beforehand; they're 100 yen per packet.
