Hotele z: spa w Zhejiang, China

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect. Close to Wenzhounan station with bullet train, light rail and long distance coach under one roof. From hotel 2nd floor there is an exit that leads to the skybridge that is connected to wenzhounan. Just look for the giant figurines. From wenzhounan look for the sign ”hotels” that leads to the skybridge. Didi to hotel cost less than 20 rmb. Pls note there is a designated pick up for online car hailing service. Different floor from normal taxi. No handsoap provided. Breakfast is great. Room is big.

It was a pleasantly surprising time at Pullman Haining. The rooms were comfortable and you can do your own laundry if needed. The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China.

Spokojny wypoczynek nad Jeziorem Zachodnim! Idealnie położony w malowniczej okolicy Jeziora Zachodniego, ten hotel łączy spokój z dostępnością. Spokojne otoczenie i świeże powietrze natychmiast nas odprężyły. Nasz pokój był świetny, oferując przytulne miejsce wytchnienia po zwiedzaniu miasta. Poranne i wieczorne spacery nad jeziorem były czystą błogością, prawdziwym antidotum na miejski stres. Śniadanie zachwycało różnorodnością opcji, od lokalnych przysmaków po globalne klasyki, wszystkie świeżo przygotowane. Chociaż bufet obiadowy nie jest rozbudowany, każde danie lśni świeżymi, wysokiej jakości składnikami. Wyjątkowa obsługa sprawiła, że ​​nasz pobyt był wyjątkowy. Specjalne podziękowania dla pani Zhu Mengyao (朱梦瑶) w recepcji, której serdeczność i sprawność podczas zameldowania i wymeldowania sprawiły, że poczuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. Very clean and cozy. One of the best hotels I ever visited. Breakfast was good. I reccomend this hotel for everyone who plans to stay at Wenzhou

The location is very good to find, the surrounding travel is very convenient, the health is in place, the facilities are complete, the service is intimate, the overall experience is very good 👍👍👍👍

Excellent Ocean views from our Room. Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more. Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food. Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks. You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby. No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services.

Obsługa jest bardzo dobra. Hotel jest stosunkowo nowy. W czasie wakacji śniadanie jest bardzo tanie. Personel zorganizował pokój na wyższym piętrze z widokiem na noc. Na powitanie zapewniono także owoce i przybory toaletowe dla dzieci, wannę zestawy, sole do kąpieli itp. Niedaleko hotelu znajdują się galerie handlowe. Jeśli są dogodne sklepy, to są też punkty z klimatyzacją. Dźwięk jest nieco głośniejszy, a parking jest ciasny. Wjazd na autostradę jest utrudniony punkt poboru opłat w święta, bo punkt poboru opłat jest czynny w godzinach szczytu, co jest trochę niezrozumiałe! Jeśli wydział kontroli ruchu zmieni kierunek ruchu, będzie to miało wpływ na ogólną wygodę hotelu. Mam nadzieję, że uda się to poprawić. Hotel jest ogólnie bardzo dobry i warty pobytu.
