We had a wonderful stay at KK Sapa Hotel from February 22, 2026, to February 25, 2026. Our room was on a high floor and offered a beautiful view. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Hoang Thi B. Thao. She is very patient and explains how to buy train and cable car tickets to Fansipan Mountain.
The breakfast was also great, with a lot of options to choose from. The hotel's location is quite close to Sun Plaza and the town, within walking distance.
We will definitely choose KK Sapa again for our next visit.
I had a wonderful stay at Phuong Nam Hotel. The location is very convenient just about a 500-meter walk to Sun Plaza, making it easy to explore the area.
Even though I arrived early at 6am from Hanoi, the staff were very accommodating. While waiting for the 2pm check-in, they kindly allowed me to freshen up and store my luggage, which I truly appreciated after a long journey.
The breakfast is also worth mentioning only 100,000 VND per person, with a wide variety of choices. Definitely great value for money.
Right in front of the hotel, there’s a shop where you can buy many items at very affordable prices. It’s always packed with people, which shows how good it is and it’s totally worth checking out.
Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve experienced. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sapa Square. We booked two Superior rooms but there was a commotion when we arrived (not the hotel’s fault) and they were not able to assist us right away. To make up for that very little invonvenience, they upgraded one of our rooms to junior suite which was really nice of them.
The rooms we stayed in were clean, with intercom, complete toiletries, fresh linen, with slippers and bathrobes, the beds were firm, the, pillows were soft and comfortable. There were also complimentary bottled water and coffee, and there were mini bar, coffee maker and electric kettle. The rooms came with free buffet breakfast for two. We stayed at room 320 (junior suite) and room 301 (superior room)
The hotel is centrally located and sits right across the Sun Plaza where the station to Fansipan is located. It is very convenient and everythig is accessible, from souvenirs to food stalls to bars and restaurant.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Given a room upgrade to the best view upon check in. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Entering the lobby on 3rd floor felt like entering a totally different environment vs outside - modern, fun. Limited English + food options but this was manageable for a 2 night stay. Local + western cuisine available for breakfast.
A perfectly nice hotel for a short stay in the city. The location is central, close to several restaurants and the environment was quiet at night. We had a good sleep! The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Recommended!
Allow early check-in when room is ready. Room is clean, quiet, big with good layout, very big bed, beautifully quality furnished like a boutique hotel & very well maintained; has a dressing table with mirror, 1 pc 2-way light switch behind bed pillow, love the safe box, big umbrella but no bathrobe, has very good balcony valley-view at a level higher than KK Hotel but Mt Fansipan cannot seen except from the roof top, get live CNA on smart TV's YouTube, good wifi, ample power points, good water pressure with very hot shower-water but do not fully on this rain shower as its water will off-shoot to ceiling & bounce on to wash basin, air-heater is not big enough for this big room. Very welcoming & warm staffs, received a welcome back fruit platter, buffet breakfast is 6:30 to 9am, Daisy is very friendly, & hotel's own travel officer Duyen has vast knowledge on Sapa with good contacts and is honest & always helpful. Has good housekeeping too. Hotel has many restaurants very close by and is also close to Sun Plaza. Thanks to the management & Duyen for my very pleasant stay.
Staff was friendly and speak good English.
The room was beautiful and comfortable.
The breakfast selection good for a quick meal before hitting on the road.
The view from the room was overlooking Sapa Center.
We had issue with the shower as the water was going down slowly, informed receptionist twice on the matters but it was not resolved till the third time.
The in-house massage was average as my masseur was talking n using her phone.
This homestay offers amazing views of the valley and rice terraces. The bungalows are very clean and new. The staff here is what makes the places. They are so attentive and do anything for you. Speak perfect English if you need it. The homestay is a bit of a ways down the hill, but this makes for excellent seclusion and peace. Definitely recommend this place.
Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel – Excellent Location & Outstanding Staff
I recently stayed at Pao Sapa Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—right beside Moana Sapa and just a few kilometers from Cat Cat Village, making sightseeing very convenient. The town is also within walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful valley view, and the breakfast was delicious.
The language barrier can be challenging, but the reception staff always have someone who speaks English. Katie, in particular, was extremely helpful. She assisted us with planning our Fansipan trip and booking tickets, and the hotel staff maintain a group chat to update guests on peak weather conditions, which is very useful.
During our stay, the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room became humid after a long day out. Communication was difficult at first, but Katie responded to our message even after office hours and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to rest comfortably.
Kudos to Katie and the team for their dedication and excellent service. I highly recommend Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel for its prime location, spacious rooms, and outstanding staff support.
We spent the first two days of our trip staying in town at Sa Pa, and for the next two nights we moved slightly out of town to Hotel DeLaMont. The hotel is located about a 10-minute drive from the town center, perched high on a hill overlooking the valley. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was precisely for that spectacular valley view, which is said to be among the best in Sa Pa.
Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather fully lived up to Sa Pa’s nickname as the “City in the Fog.” Thick fog rolled in every day, and visibility was sometimes close to zero—especially on the darker roads without streetlights while our Grab drivers navigated the winding hills. Thankfully, on the morning of our final day, the clouds finally lifted a little and we were blessed with a partial glimpse of the breathtaking valley view we had been hoping for.
Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was essentially two super single beds pushed together, which meant you could feel the gap in the middle while sleeping. It’s not the most comfortable setup, but still manageable for a short stay. The minibar follows the usual hotel practice—aside from complimentary water, tea, and coffee, the rest of the items are chargeable.
One thing we appreciated was the smart TV. We spent some relaxing time listening to music and watching travel videos on YouTube after long days exploring Sa Pa.
The bathroom was clean and equipped with a modern electric shower system, which was quite impressive. They even installed a heated lamp to keep you warm while showering—something you’ll definitely appreciate in the chilly Sa Pa climate. However, the wash basin design could be improved. Water tends to collect around the sides, leaving the surface constantly wet, and occasionally attracting small bugs.
The hotel doesn’t include breakfast by default, but you can pay extra if you’d like the convenience of eating on-site. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s certainly convenient. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and a swimming pool. The pool is supposed to be heated, but during our visit the weather was extremely foggy and humid, so the heating was turned off and swimming wasn’t really appealing anyway.
Their rooftop area is quite beautiful and would probably be an amazing place to enjoy the valley view on a clear day.
Overall, despite the foggy weather limiting the scenery, Hotel DeLaMont is still a comfortable and decent hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities. On a clear day, the view alone would likely make the stay even more memorable.

Amazing
JJM travelsPositives:
Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕
Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent.
Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍
Loved the house pets 💕
Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster.
Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it.
The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below.
Negatives:
Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed.
Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck.
The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead.
Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound.
Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!
MManish NegiD Home Sapa: A Memorable Stay in Charming Bungalows
My recent stay at D Home Sapa was truly a delightful experience, marked by beautiful scenery, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality. Nestled in the stunning landscape of Sapa, this property offers a unique combination of rustic charm and modern amenities that makes it a perfect retreat for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.
Breathtaking Views and Tranquil Atmosphere
One of the most remarkable features of D Home Sapa is its breathtaking views. The bungalows are strategically positioned to provide splendid panoramas of the lush terraced rice fields and towering mountains that characterize the region. Each morning, I was greeted by the stunning sight of the sun rising over the hills, painting the landscape in hues of gold and green. The tranquil atmosphere surrounding the bungalows invites guests to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty that Sapa is renowned for.
Comfortable Accommodations
The bungalows themselves are cozy and well-appointed, providing a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. My accommodations featured comfortable bedding, tasteful decor, and essential amenities that ensured a pleasant stay. The wooden interiors gave the bungalows a warm and homey feel, while modern touches added convenience without compromising the rustic charm. I particularly appreciated the spacious balcony that came with my bungalow, where I enjoyed morning coffee and absorbed the serene views.
Warm Hospitality and Friendly Staff
The staff at D Home Sapa were genuinely friendly and attentive, significantly enhancing my experience. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and at home. D Home Sapa serves as an excellent base for exploring the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of the region. The property is conveniently located near various trekking paths that meander through picturesque villages, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and interact with the warm-hearted hill tribes.
During my stay, I embarked on a trekking tour that was organized by the staff, allowing me to discover the hidden gems of Sapa and witness the traditional lifestyles of the local communities. The experience was enriching and offered a great blend of adventure and cultural immersion.
Culinary Delights
Dining at D Home Sapa was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant showcased a menu filled with delicious local and international dishes. Each meal I enjoyed was expertly prepared, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Having the option to dine while gazing at the stunning landscapes only added to the overall experience.
Conclusion: A Hidden Gem in Sapa
In conclusion, my time at D Home Sapa exceeded all expectations. The combination of breathtaking views, comfortable bungalows, attentive staff, and access to local culture made for an unforgettable stay. If you’re looking for a serene getaway in the heart of Sapa, I highly recommend D Home Sapa for its charm and hospitality. I left with wonderful memories and a longing to return to this hidden gem in the mountains.
GGuest UserA good, clean, and quiet hotel.
Here’s what stood out:
- Fresh and clean rooms + new plumbing.
- Excellent valley views (if your windows face that way).
- Extremely accommodating staff (they tried to resolve issues and even allowed our friends to use the pool).
- Lots of beautiful butterflies flying nearby.
Things that were 50/50:
- Hotel location:
It's a bit far from the city center, up on a hill. This makes it quiet and free from smells, but you’ll need to take a taxi or scooter for about 7-10 minutes to get to the center.
- Good breakfasts: They can make fresh scrambled eggs/omelets or soup. However, if you stay longer than 5 days, it might get repetitive.
- Open and cool pool: But there might not be enough sun loungers, as there are only 6 available.
- Only some of the staff spoke English.
What I didn't like:
- No currency exchange.
- No spa.
- After breakfast hours, the hotel restaurant and bar are open for orders, but half of the cocktails weren't available due to a lack of alcohol (they were out of 3 types of rum).
YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.
AAnonymous UserBasically everything is pretty ok. But it seems that because it is new, working for guests is still quite boring, I feel that the staff have not come, the areas have not been optimized to use, so although it belongs to banyan and 5 star grade, I think it is only 4 stars at the current level. domestic. Even my room when checking in, there is no bath salt, so the room cleaning needs to be revised. The check-out process is also quite long. Hope the resort will improve and develop better in the future.
DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult.
However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^
I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three.
I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
LLils01Great hotel. Good location. Very clean. We had a quiet room on the third floor. The window did not have a view of anything except a wall which was fine as we didn't stay in the room much. There was a lot of variety for breakfast and the view front the pool was amazing. The gym was a good size. It needed dumbells heavier than 10kg though but a good gym hotel with lots of room. Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
GGerardTGlow Sapa Hotel is well located within the city centre n eateries. Its clean n comfortable rooms are a bonus. Easy to move around from the hotel, walking distance to most attractions n conveniently near HKbuslines sleeper bus station.
The staff n management are very kind n polite n friendly. Even bide us farewell with a parting give pack of chocolate pie n water each, so thoughtful.
Will come again in our next trip.
GGuest UserService: The service was truly excellent, exceeding my expectations! The staff were incredibly polite. I had booked a sleeper bus to Hanoi through Klook, but the HK company hadn't confirmed the pick-up via email. The duty manager was super helpful in contacting the driver for me and assured me not to worry, saying, 'If they don't show up, I'll take you there myself.' So nice of them! Their front desk can also book buses, and it's a convenient shuttle point in the town center. Excellent service!
Location: Right in the heart of Sapa town, just 20 meters from Sun Plaza. The location is superb! Very convenient for exploring and dining. It's on the main street, surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, and massage places. Sapa at night is beautiful and comfortable.
Cleanliness: If I had to nitpick, it would be the cleanliness. The towels weren't very clean; I'd suggest they switch to disposable towels. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning worked great.
Overall, the value for money is fantastic, highly recommended!
GGuest UserDelasol's Chapa Brasserie Restaurant's breakfast buffet has an impressive spread divided into different stations. First is the hot coffee/tea and other beverage station. Succeeded by a table of cold cuts, cheese appetizer and salads. Next station is the breads, pastries and pancake corner. Followed by the highly patronized Hot counter for made to order Pho and Egg dishes. h other local dishes but leaned more on international cuisine. Finally the main course array with a line up of asian oriented dishes are enough for every palate to enjoy in the morning.
Stepping inside, we were greeted with a meticulously indochine inspired dining hall with wood and leather studded chairs.
The showstopper is floor to ceiling glass windows which have a panoramic view of mist shrouded mountain range further adding to the enjoyment of the dining experience.
