Początkowo dostaliśmy przestronny pokój, ale hałas silnika windy był uciążliwy. Poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju, więc dostaliśmy kolejny, bardzo mały, a problemem był zapach ścieków w łazience!!! Mamy nadzieję, że więcej uwagi poświęcą konserwacji. Recepcjonista był bardzo pomocny i dziękujemy mu.

Wystrój wnętrza hotelu nawiązuje do stylu z połowy XX wieku. Zarówno pomieszczenia ogólnodostępne, jak i pokoje gościnne są bardzo czyste i zadbane – należą się brawa zespołowi sprzątającemu za ich znakomitą pracę. Jednak obsługa recepcji wymaga znacznej poprawy. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że wystąpił problem z systemem komputerowym recepcji. Jedyna osoba na recepcji wyraźnie wiedziała, że ​​goście czekają na zameldowanie, ale nawet nie podniosła wzroku. Zamiast tego, przez pięć minut mamrotała coś do siebie, nie zwracając na nikogo uwagi. Podczas dzisiejszego wymeldowania poprosiłem inną recepcjonistkę o paragon (lub jakikolwiek dokument potwierdzający, że opłata za pokój została w pełni uregulowana). Jej zachowanie było wyjątkowo niegrzeczne i bez ogródek powiedziała mi, że nie mają prawa wydawać takiego dokumentu, nawet e-mailem. Chciałbym po prostu powiedzieć tej pani z recepcji: proszę nie traktować gości jak ignorantów. Po tym, jak stanowczo wyjaśniłem, że potrzebuję dowodu zwrotu kaucji, w końcu, choć niechętnie, wydrukowała mi go. Personel recepcji w hotelu Hilton Brussels ewidentnie potrzebuje lepszego przeszkolenia. Niestety, wydaje się to powszechnym problemem w Europie – nawet w hotelach z wyższej półki personel obsługi jest często słabo przeszkolony. 酒店內部裝潢是mid stulecie風格,公共空間跟客房環境都相當整潔乾淨,給清潔團隊一個讚！但櫃檯人員就有待加強。抵達入住時櫃檯電腦似乎出問題,櫃檯唯一的一個服務人員知道旅客們在等入住,連看旅客都不看一眼,就低著頭自顧自一直碎碎念長達五分鐘.今天退房時請另外一位櫃檯的人員給我一張收據(我有註明或是其他證明房間款項結清的文件都可以），人員態度非常差的跟我說:我們沒有權利給你這份文件，連用電子郵件寄送也不行。只想跟櫃檯這位小姐說不要把客人當**好嗎？後來我又據理力爭說那我需要押金的取消證明,她才勉勉強強印出來給我。布魯塞爾希爾頓酒店的櫃檯人員訓練有待加強, 但這好像是歐洲通病,歐洲就算是高檔酒店的服務人員都欠訓練.

This hotel was on point, I loved the size of the room, the size of the bed, & the en suite was clean and everything was modern. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again.. I did feel there needs to be clearer instructions on how to turn up the heating and warm the room up..... Other than that it was well worth the money.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Brussels-Central Station, which made it incredibly easy for us to reach the hotel upon arrival. It’s also the ideal base for day trips to cities like Bruges and Ghent since the trains depart directly from the same station. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of power outlets — a small but very important detail for travelers who spend most of the day exploring and need to charge phones, cameras, and powerbanks. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, there was plenty of space for our belongings, and the bathroom was excellent, with enough room for all our skincare and personal items. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping everything clean. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but everything was fresh, delicious, and there were so many options that it definitely felt worth the price. The hotel was so good that I genuinely didn’t want to leave Brussels — two days were not enough. I truly hope I can come back again one day.

Hotel znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji, mniej niż minutę spacerem od Wielkiego Placu. Mój pokój nie był idealny (209), toaleta cały czas wydawała syczący dźwięk, dopóki nie zakręciłem wody. Prysznic miał również bardzo słabe ciśnienie. Pokój ma drzwi prowadzące na dach, co jest dobre, ale podobnie jak wszystkie inne pokoje na tym piętrze, więc nie mogłem zostawić ich otwartych w nocy, ponieważ nie czułem się bezpiecznie, a w pokoju nie było okna otwarty. Rano śniadanie było bardzo dobre, tylko kilka drobnych problemów z moim pokojem, ale reszta hotelu była dobra.

Just a place you need in the heart of the city that’s cheap for 1 night. Could have done with a bit more of a clean but it was quiet, dark and just what we needed for a night stay. There was construction going on next door but that didn’t really affect us. The team were accommodating. My only bug was having to pay €5 for luggage storage after staying there for a couple hours but I suppose the hotel was cheap enough. The food location right next door (My Tannour - Wolf) was fantastic!

Hotel was in a great location and just outside the grand place and center square, walking distance of about 8-10mins. I walked everywhere from this location and was convenient with subway tram nearby and easy access to and from the central station. The hotel foyer and entrance was large and welcoming, service staff were helpful, there was also a gym on premise. The hotel room was a little dated and old although fairly large. The bathroom was fairly old and could need an upgrade soon although was functional and clean. The door and walls were thin and I could hear the doors slamming all the time (from guests coming in and out of their rooms) at all hours and in the morning, I got woken up by the cleaning lady vacuuming and always hitting the sides of the wall which was a little irritating. On one of the late evenings, I could hear the couple in the next room ****** *** as she was ******* ******. So yes, the walls/ceiling are thin.

Nie całkiem w centrum, ale można tam chodzić w 20 minut. Kocham Sauna na 25 piętrze z wielkim widokiem i może ciepło polecić restaurację (Iris), która ma ograniczoną menu, ale wszystkie dania na niej są bardzo dobrze przygotowane (jeść naszą drogę).

It was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.  The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it. Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it.

Niesamowity hotel i cudowny ogród. Wszystko bardzo dobrze. Po prostu bardzo nieprzyjemne spotkanie z recepcjonistą Gomezem. Zamek w moim pokoju nie działał i sprawdziłem to w recepcji. Pan Gomez odpowiedział: „czy nie czujesz się bezpiecznie”? Dla płacącego klienta bezpieczeństwo jest najważniejsze i to nie zostało potraktowane poważnie. Następnie po prostu zaczął obsługiwać innego gościa, nie potwierdzając naszej rozmowy. Zadzwoniłem do recepcji, aby poprosić ich, aby przyszli i zajrzeli. Telefon odebrał pan Gomez, który powiedział, że będzie tam natychmiast, ale w ogóle się nie pojawił. To żałosne i niedopuszczalne zachowanie wobec gościa, który martwi się o swoje bezpieczeństwo w tak renomowanym hotelu jak Twój. Ufam, że sprawa zostanie rozpatrzona z pewnym poziomem powagi
