Hotele Pet Friendly w: Alberta, Canada

Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!

Good location, however in the faucet everytime you switch to hot or cold water something yellow spits out every couple seconds. There was a mini bar and we did not touch it yet still got charged for a peach water which I did not use and when I phoned once I got the bill they told me that because it was in my room I was charged regardless if it was touched by us or not. My partner and I did not drink anything from there and no one was in our room. Otherwise good location for going out in the downtown and very comfortable beds

Breakfast is relatively simple, two large beds in the room, two adults with 2 children no problem, free parking at the door, on the side of the highway, there is also a supermarket, very convenient.

To było dobre miejsce, ale niektórzy pracownicy byli niezbyt mili, zwłaszcza recepcjoniści. Są dobrzy w rozwiązywaniu problemów, na przykład podsuwają rozwiązania problemów, z którymi się spotkałem. Mam nadzieję, że śniadanie jest do 23:00, ponieważ obecnie jest w godzinach 18:30-21:30. Polecam, moja ocena to 7/10.

Location is good, not far from the airport and the shuttle is great. There is some tiny noise from the train next to the hotel

This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

The check in was good; the agent was professional and friendly.The hotel is tired - needs a very deep clean and refurbishing in the common areas, elevators and rooms. It has windows in the rooms that open which was great! The restaurant was unexpectedly closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was pretty much all carbs and protein - would have been great to see some fruit. Lots of food. A decent stay for the price I paid and its proximity to the hospital which was where I needed to go.

The location is accessible to different public transport which is convenient for solo travellers. Also, it is in the middle of downtown area where restaurants and major establishments are located. Overall, chateau Lacombe is a good hotel to stay if you are planning to go in Edmonton.

很不錯的酒店，早餐可以點雞蛋卷，也是免費的。在這裏過了一夜，總體滿意，很推薦，性價比高，過去最大的西埃德蒙頓購物中心開車很快的，那個商場值得逛逛，另外，那個河谷公園可以去走走，100多年的鐵橋。

2024年6月26日入住的，酒店門口不太顯眼，大堂也不富麗，比想象的四星酒店低調很多，但是房間佈置（除了床）、衞生設施、走廊環境、隔音效果…還是挺好的，符合四星標準。房間配備了冰箱、保險箱，但沒有微波爐，在電話要求後，馬上送來一台。客服也不錯，除了有一天垃圾忘清理了。 重點想講一下房間床的不合理設計（見圖片），床架的兩個“直角”赤裸裸地露在外面，入住第一天的白天就被那兩個直角磕到兩次，晚上上完廁所出來小腿的同一個部位又被磕到，夏天穿的少，挺疼的。第二天找了報紙蓋住“直角”，視覺上提醒自己繞道而行，避免了繼續被傷。同時向前台投訴了“不合理”的設計，酒店作了人性化處理。 提醒想入住此酒店的朋友，注意床的邊邊角角，據説該酒店所有房間的床都是同樣的設計。
