Szef był bardzo gościnny. Skontaktował się z nami dzień wcześniej, aby podać nam lokalizację hotelu. Po przyjeździe pomógł nam z bagażami i bezpłatnie zmienił standard pokoju na lepszy. Serdecznie zaprosił nas na herbatę. Pokój był bardzo wygodny. Znajdował się niedaleko Lwiej Skały i na stosunkowo dużej wysokości. Platforma widokowa była niedaleko.

A Rustic Paradise with 100/10 Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our only regret about staying at this homestay is that we only booked for one night, we truly wish we could have stayed much longer! From start to finish, this was a 10/10 experience defined by genuine kindness and a stunning ”rustic farm” atmosphere. The service is beyond exceptional! A massive shoutout to Xiao Gong, who was incredible from the very beginning. She coordinated with us via WeChat long before we even arrived, constantly checking in to ensure we were okay. Her English is excellent, and she went above and beyond to accommodate every single request with a smile. We also want to give a special thank you to Ting Zeng, Gong Fu Yan, Ba Song, and Da Dong. This team is charming, professional, and extremely attentive. They handled our bags, guided us through the local customs, and their constant smiles made us feel so welcome. They truly give their all to ensure guests are happy. We were also thrilled to be upgraded to a room with an even more spectacular view! The attention to detail is impressive: The bed was perfect, and the heated floors were a lifesaver. They provide oxygen supplies, high-quality towels, humidifier, mini fridge, hair dryers, and full toiletry kits. The staff also took the time and extra mile to explain how to use all the equipment in detail, which was so helpful. Overall, the property itself is a dream, a beautiful farm courtyard filled with horses, sheep, and yaks. It feels authentic and peaceful. On top of the gorgeous setting, the complimentary services were the cherry on top: Professional photography / Traditional tea sessions and afternoon coffee / A delicious breakfast & A thoughtful goodbye goody bag! This place has heart and soul. If you are visiting Shangri-La, do yourself a favor and book more than two days here. We will definitely be back! Absolutnie podobał nam się nasz pobyt tutaj! Lokalizacja jest bardzo wygodna, około 2 minuty spacerem do południowej bramy starożytnego miasta, ale dobrze ukryta w pobliskiej alejce, więc mogliśmy cieszyć się spokojnymi nocami. Gospodarz był niesamowity i super troskliwy. Pomogli nam z bagażem i zapewnili wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy podczas naszego pobytu, a nawet zaoferowali nam dodatkową wodę w dniu wyjazdu na naszą wycieczkę. Mały zajazd ma fantastyczną, swobodną atmosferę, która idealnie pasuje do powolnego stylu życia Dali. Na 4. piętrze znajdował się taras, z którego mogliśmy podziwiać góry płynące w oddali. Polecilibyśmy każdemu podróżującemu samemu lub z rodziną pobyt tutaj. Przyjechalibyśmy ponownie.

The hotel is really well situated, close to the Ancient Town. From the Dali's Railway Station, you can take the bus 8 (~1h & ¥3). Electric scooters were available for rental (¥60 a day for one person) which makes it very convenient to visit Dali and access the Three Pagodas. You can also leave your baggage after check-out. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The hosts are all very welcoming and helpful, every spot in the property is beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect, just a short walk away to Dukezong old town. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with afternoon tea already placed beautifully in our room. The room itself is very well-equipped, impeccably clean, it has everything you need, they even provided oxygen machine in the room to help with altitude sickness. This property checked all the boxes; service, location, amenities, cleanliness. The highlight from our stay was the 2 cute and friendly dogs and 1 little cat which always bring smile everytime we see them. All in all perfect! We will come back again for sure!

Fabulous hotel. Stylish room with high standard amenities in the room. Great shampoo! It's a bit hard to find but we managed to get a Didi from the high speed railway station for 32 RMB. There is an elevator inside the 99Y clothes store that brings you to the 4th floor. A woman in a very simple room will give you your key. The hotel seems to have a different name in English: Aina Hotel. Regardless, it isn't so easy to find for an English speaker. The room is spacious and cosy. Comfortable bedding. Very well designed sitting area. Ceinling fan and Air-conditioning. Large flat screen TV. I loved the teapot and cup set. The hotel gives a nice tea and honey as a free gift. We weren't disturbed by noise despite it being in a popular tourist area. Everything is close by too. Fun to visit the park along the river. We went 2 nights there. I highly recommend.

This is absolutely the most amazing B&B I've ever stayed in! A full five stars, no one can miss it! 1. The New Chinese style courtyard is so charming. The rockery, fish pond, and flowing water are beautifully maintained, and the greenery is lush and vibrant. Sitting in the courtyard with tea in the sunlight is so relaxing; it's the perfect vacation retreat. 2. The open kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and seasonings. There's a refrigerator and a large dining table, making it so convenient to buy groceries and cook with friends. The owner also provides scientifically prepared meals! The living room's natural wood design is incredibly stylish, making it comfortable for chatting or working without feeling cramped. 3. The room is spotless! The bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, the bathroom has a superb separation of wet and dry areas, and it's fully equipped with a smart toilet, brand-name toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Even the toiletries smell luxurious. It's more comfortable than a hotel, completely lacking the roughness of a typical B&B. 4. The entire experience from entering to leaving was very pleasant. It's perfect for gatherings with friends or family trips. The value for money is outstanding. I will definitely stay here again next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Czuć się jak u własnej rodziny – to było niezwykle miłe i serdeczne! 2. **Urocze dzieci, radosna atmosfera:** Dzieci gospodarzy są super urocze, grzeczne i bardzo przyjazne! Ich niewinność i żywiołowość nadają całemu miejscu wyjątkowo radosną i ciepłą atmosferę, co wprawia w dobry nastrój. 3. **Darmowe udogodnienia i troskliwa wygoda:** * **Woda pitna bez ograniczeń:** Bezpłatna woda mineralna dostępna do wzięcia w każdej chwili – to bardzo hojne i wygodne. Po powrocie z zewnątrz, wypicie wody to prawdziwa ulga i orzeźwienie. * **Śniadanie – rozgrzewające i sycące:** Miła niespodzianka – w cenie było również bezpłatne śniadanie! Choć proste, było bardzo sycące i „rozgrzewało duszę”, oszczędzając kłopotów ze szukaniem jedzenia rano i pozwalając miło rozpocząć dzień. 4. **Rodzinne prowadzenie, pełne ludzkiego ciepła:** Można poczuć, że to rodzinny hotel, prowadzony z pasją i sercem. Od dorosłych po dzieci wszyscy emanują szczerością i życzliwością. Takiej atmosfery absolutnie nie da się doświadczyć w sieciowych hotelach.

The hotel is very specially decorated in Tibetan-style and in a very good location which is just opposite from Yueguang Plaza. The room has under floor heating, humidifier and also provides an oxygen generator upon request. There also has a free self-serviced laundry service room on the ground floor. Staff are friendly and give us a very good suggestions on local restaurants which the food is very good and price is very reasonable.
