鶴巻温泉から程近い場所に立地しています。 以前は、入室後に一時退室することが出来なかったようですが、コンビニ等への買物や食事等の外出が可能となっています。 窓からの景観が良い。との事でしたがチェックインしたのが日没後で翌朝も早朝にチェックアウトしたので、景観は楽しめませんでした。 室内は広くて清潔です。 浴室も充実。 良いホテルです。 近くに紫陽花が咲いていました。

The staff was very friendly and the amenities included use of the onsen for one hour was great as it was included within the price. The room was clean peaceful and had a nice Japanese vibe. Unfortunately, the room is not en suite. I would say the location wasn’t great as you should note it isn’t actually in the main area of Hakone but rather by the lake where you take the boat ride. You also have to walk up a hill to get there.

すごく快適でした、またリピートします！！ スタッフもとても親切でした。 駅から近いし壁も厚いので隣の音が全然 気になりませんでした(笑)

I hope they improve the direction information because we were stranded there with out transportation to the train station on Saturday morning. Thank God for Mr. Hiroyuki who volunteered to drive us to the station to go on our way. The place is beautiful but needs more activities and entertainment.

Большая площадь, 3 отдельных комнаты + просторная кухня-гостиная. Есть все необходимое для отдыха, даже посуда. Не очень современное и новое жилье, но все чисто и опрятно. 3 минуты пешком до пляжа, до станции минут 15. Приехали бы еще

非常好的一家民宿 一人一個小房間 乾淨而且挺舒適的 老闆阿mao 是南韓人 在日本生活七年 會說韓語日語英文 和少量粵語和普通話。mao人很好 晚上可以一起在一樓沙發聊天吃東西 阿mao會share 一起吃一起玩。陽台小花園可以抽煙。我在鎌倉三天在這裡住了兩天 很enjoy很開心 最後一晚還在民宿舉辦了bbq。very nice

April 2025: Got there an hour before check in and was informed that while my tent was ready that I would have to pay 1,000 Yen for the extra hour. I had a hire car so went back into town and came back later. Not the best introduction to the site. Very nice tent, good beds and pillows with a heater for the cold nights. Bathroom facilities were clean. Food very much aimed at local guests rather than foreigners. Note that there is some noise from overhead planes, the railway and motorbikes using the road below. Nothing deafening but it spoils the tranquility. Overall a good experience.

本不想説什麼，但今天我離開酒店後，發短訊他説我沒付房費，我就想説兩句了。房子是早期本地居民住宅，木屋兩層，上下三個房間，全是這位武士哥們一人打理，入住時有個女孩過來幫忙介紹房間及注意事項，晚9點後就都下班了，衹剩住客。昨晚還有兩個年輕人住樓下，另一屋空着。這兩位年輕人一早9點把行李寄存後就出去，直到晚上關燈9點多才回來，差點進不來，其實門也沒鎖，衹是推拉卡住了。這兩天趕上天冷，因日式房推拉窗不嚴實，到處漏風，連樓下兩位小年青也扛不住了。衞淋浴間我看了一下就再沒進去，當晚也沒洗澡，當然天冷也有關係。早餐也很簡單，這哥們兒8點半背個揹簍過來，在這邊加工一下。晚上9點前樓下人吵得很，我是有點困，早休息了。這哥們一身武士打扮，他的祖上應該是有武士傳統，也很擅長交流，介紹一些關於武士的習俗，感覺小夥挺不錯的，也很努力，本想表揚一下的。因為我看他這邊好像也賣酒，都是開了瓶的，也開餐食，還有可能有導遊性質內容，所以要最後結賬，。我以為平台要求入住就交8500，我就主動和領我看房的女孩説要交房費，她下樓就和武士問了一下，然後拿個單核對金額，我給他一萬，她找回1500給我。我想他應該下午4點辦入住時，再問一下那個女孩子才行。
