I arrived earlier than official check-in time, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊

Na pierwszy rzut oka hotel wygląda spektakularnie. Nie można nic zarzucić wejściu, ochronie, śniadaniu w formie bufetu i basenowi. Postawa personelu obsługi jest świetna. Napoje powitalne w Hyde to świetna wartość dodana. Hotel znajduje się niedaleko centrum handlowego SM Mall, w którym znajdują się restauracje roślinne i wszystko, czego możesz potrzebować podczas pobytu w Manili. Park Rizal, który jest wspaniałym miejscem historycznym do zwiedzania, również znajduje się w odległości spaceru. Byłem jednak rozczarowany pokojami, okno naszego pokoju było tak brudne, że nie mogłem nawet zrobić zdjęcia pięknego wschodu słońca, co było niefortunne. Internet też jest kiepski. Stopniowa aktualizacja pokoi zdziała cuda, podobnie jak zmiana pościeli oraz starych i poplamionych ręczników, których nigdy nie należy umieszczać w pokoju płacącego klienta. Moja sugestia jest taka, aby być elastycznym i zapewnić miejsce, aby w razie potrzeby pomieścić gości, oraz niewielką modernizację pokoi, aby dopasować je do wejścia.

I recently stayed at Luna Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, courteous, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with complete amenities already prepared upon arrival. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay, and I really appreciated the comfortable bed after a long day. One of the best features of the hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated near major roads, restaurants, and shopping areas like MOA, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel also offers nice facilities such as a rooftop restaurant, bar, and even a KTV area, which added to the overall experience. Despite being close to busy areas, the rooms were quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. Overall, Luna Hotel offers excellent value for money. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and comfortable place with friendly service. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bellevue Hotel. The ambiance is excellent—calm, welcoming, and well maintained. The entire place is clean and organized, which made the stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I will definitely return again. Highly recommended.

Hotele Czerwonej Planety w Malate W pobliżu znajduje się wiele koreańskich restauracji, klubów karaoke i barów, więc jest to idealne miejsce dla tych, którzy lubią wypić, aby znaleźć nocleg~ Na pierwszym piętrze znajduje się 7-Eleven, więc zakup niezbędnych rzeczy jest wygodny i wygodny. Good overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.   Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.

The front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair. The room is very spacious it perfect for family size. Downside I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower. The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did. What you pay, is what you get. .

Mom and i spent our christmas here. Their staff are all attentive. The place is clean, too. The interior is plain modern. The hotel and room is well-maintained. There’s free soap and shampoo, conditioner. This might be our go-to place every Christmas as it is near Ongpin where you could try a lot of food and buy stuff

We stayed one night. All good, amenities clean, accomondating staff,. The smalls are small but soooo spacious, and everything is juts provided in the room, from clean towels to vanity kits to lotions.... but ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKING ROOMS, even at the buffet, people smoke and it's bothering for us, non-smokers.. Still , I like that the rooms did not smell of the smoke from the hallway...
