Very friendly staff, very well-appointed units, extremely comfy bed AND a free cookie at the check-in desk!

Amy at front desk was super helpful. Tru is our go to for our travels on the east coast.

It was the perfect location right off the interstate. It felt a little spartan but since we were only passing thru it was no big deal.

The location was decent. The staff who checked me in seemed new to the job. The internet wasn’t working and I was told by the front desk to call customer service. CS told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I called CS again and they asked if I had spoken to the front desk. Eventually internet was restored. The carpet in the room was damp, the refrigerator was sticky, one of the drawers had trash in it and there was an awful loud mechanical noise all night. That said, at first glance the room is very big and nice looking

Nice staffs and good location. Especially for Hornet's or Nascar fans.

來杜克大學訪校入住這裏，離大學很近，房間配置有微波爐和咖啡機，一樓大廳小賣部冰箱裏有各式速凍食品，可以用微波爐加熱，看起來還挺好吃，就是沒機會嘗試。房間挺好，沒什麼不滿意的地方。早餐是點餐制，份量足，即使單點價格也很優惠的，飲料咖啡免費供應

Enjoyed my stay. Best hotel to stay at. Outstanding breakfast. Clean and nice facility. Wonderful staff. Pool open until midnight
