超滿意的一次入住！酒店離沙灘步行幾分鐘就到，這片沙灘人少乾淨，木棧道和涼亭拍照巨出片，早上去海邊看日出、傍晚踩水散步都超方便。房間的視野很好，躺在床上就能看到海景，設施維護得也很新，前台服務熱情周到，有任何問題都能及時解決。周邊吃飯也很方便，性價比直接拉滿，真心推薦給來秦皇島度假的朋友！

The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Everything I needed during my stay was provided promptly and with genuine kindness. I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

To był jeden z najlepszych hoteli, które zostałem w Chinach. Jest to klasy światowej. Ludzie są mile widziani i pomagają. Chociaż nie mówię żadnym chińskim, oni dołożyli wszelkich starań, aby porozumieć się ze mną. Użyliśmy tłumacz Aplikacje. Pokój był bardzo duży, nowy i uwielbiałem stację herbatową. Położenie jest super. Właśnie w środku historycznej wioski, ale jest bardzo cicho w nocy. Śniadanie było proste, ale zadowalające. Polecam tu zostać i chciałbym wrócić.

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

I recently stayed at the Venice Waterworld Hotel in Shijiazhuang and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were dark and old, with furnishings that seemed worn and tired. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it was old and lacked a proper thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, smoking is permitted throughout the hotel, which was a major downside for me as a non-smoker. The smell of tobacco was pervasive in the hallways and common areas, making the stay less comfortable. Breakfast lacked food for its guests. They were not being topped up according to the people who were in the restaurant. While the location may be convenient for some, the overall condition and policies of the hotel make it a poor choice for travelers who prefer clean, modern, and smoke-free accommodations. If I return to Shijiazhuang, I will definitely look for a different hotel. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Improvement

設施：全智能體驗不錯，有個小泳池孩子玩的超級開心。 衞生：乾淨衞生，細節不錯。 環境：超級好，鬧中取靜。距離百里峽和漂流都很近。羣山環抱睡覺還很安逸。 服務：老闆服務超好，自己吃飯時還幫忙看孩子。推薦。

The hotel building looks like a castle, it’s a really beautiful hotel. Scenic view from the hotel, Nanhu Park also in our view. Location quite ok as walk 20 minutes reach Tangshan cuisine museum and just a few walk reach the Nanhu Park. It’s quite relaxing to live there.

My initial room seemed to not be incorrect, they immediately upgraded my room. Then I lost my AirPods (for the second time when staying at this hotel) both times a lovey lady named Cathy made sure I got them back, even contacting the rail company and getting them from the train. Goods great, pool is awesome. Best place to stay when visiting Tangshan and price is great

近20年沒有來邯鄲，內心充滿了期待 進住這家酒店，讓我欣喜，我被他們熱情、周到、細緻的服務感動到了，酒店設施整潔、方便、細節感滿滿，給我的本次旅程開啟了美好的第一頁；但願我此次旅行如這家酒店的體驗一樣美好😊

酒店位於東經路上安二路，是以前的北戴河電子療養院。位置還是不錯的，距離石塘路和劉莊都不遠。房間應該是新裝修的，比較乾淨。床單被罩也比較乾淨。前台那個男服務員還是不錯的，因為我們到了，上一個客人沒有退房，我們等了大概一小時多，小哥還送了我們一天早餐券。 需要吐槽的是浴室噴頭太垃圾了，不知道是不是堵了，水流稀稀拉拉的。 我住的房間裏有半桶礦泉水，上面還插了一個壓水器，最開始以為是酒店給配的，，一看是半桶水，沒敢動，後來問前台服務員，才知道，酒店不提供飲用水。水桶不知道是哪位客人留下來的。 另外，酒店基本沒有客房服務，住了幾天，需要牙具衞生紙，需要自己找前台要，我住的最後一天，早上不到8點，服務員拿房卡把門打開了，要收拾房間，以為我們退房了。
