„This hotel is located outside of the city center of Barcelona. It is just across from Fira Barcelona Gran Via, which has a L9 South metro stop. Hence, it is not difficult to go to the city from the hotel. The room is spacious with nice decor but the hotel seems a little old as there are some cracks here and there. The gym is usable but not really complete. There is a huge selection of food for the breakfast but they are not the best, either.”

„Prachtige locatie. Kamers en suites wat gedateerd. Bubblebad in de suite was kapot. Restaurant is gemiddeld maar 2x zo duur als in de stad. Vriendelijk personeel. Tortosa is leuk voor een dag. Veel verpaupering en leegstand.”

„Do stacji metra można dojść w 5 minut. Choć nie znajduje się w centrum miasta, to jest to czysta, nowa dzielnica, położona niedaleko lotniska, co czyni ją idealną na nocleg w podróży. Na dole znajduje się duży supermarket Mercadona z szerokim asortymentem produktów, w tym przekąskami, napojami, wodą butelkowaną, owocami, mięsem, owocami morza, piwem, winem, szynką, kiełbasami i artykułami codziennego użytku. Usługi: Recepcja może pomóc w zamówieniu taksówki. Udogodnienia: Do baru na dachu można wejść bez wcześniejszego umówienia. Okolica: Z windy widokowej roztacza się widok na morze.”

„Świetna lokalizacja z dogodnym dojazdem. Pokój był wystarczająco duży dla dwóch osób. A toaleta była dobrze zaprojektowana. Jedyne co mnie nie usatysfakcjonowało to cena. To było trochę za drogie.”

„Sauberes hotel und Hotelzimmer. Wurden von den hotel Angestellten freundlich empfangen und waren immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen und die Bedienung war freundlich und halfen bei speziellen Wünschen oder Fragen. Kommen gerne wieder und danken an allen Beteiligten und Angestellten im hotel.”

„Hemos estado dos días en agosto en este antiguo balneario clásico de la zona que pasó a pertenecer a una cadena hace unos tres años. Se han reformado algunas habitaciones aunque no la nuestra. La cama de matrimonio era cómoda pero pequeña, no es standard. El aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba a pesar de ser un tanto ruidoso. Se escuchan sobretodo las cañerías de los cuartos de baño.Las zonas comunes no tienen aire acondicionado y están vacías, una lástima. El establecimiento admite perros y gatos pero apenas se escuchó algún ladrido. Lo que sí se escuchó era el berreo y pataleta de una niña en la piscina y fuera. Lamentablemente el turismo termal no es compatible con el chiqui park y algunos padres maleducados y carotas se aprovechan de las malas decisiones de gestores sin criterio. La piscina exterior está cuidada y como en la dirección anterior siguen admitiendo personas de fuera del hotel que vienen al almuerzo. El almuerzo es económico pero no merece la pena, igual que el desayuno que ya cuesta sus 12€. Lo salva la fenomenal actitud de Rosa, claramente estimada por la clientela. El check in se tuvo que hacer tarde pero las dos señoras de Recepción lo gestionaron estupendamente. El ánima de este hotel es claramente su personal. La mayoría de clientes eran locales pero había algunos extranjeros. No usamos el spa esta vez pero sigue teniendo su antiguo encanto. En los alrededores hay sitios para comer o comprar pero al ser agosto algunos están cerrados, menos las obras que el Ayuntamiento decide posponer a Agosto sin tener en cuenta que muchas personas acuden precisamente a dejar su dinero a Caldes para obtener un merecido descanso. Esperemos que la próxima vez no haya obras pero siga el amable y eficiente personal.”

„A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.”

„Wszyscy w hotelu byli bardzo gościnni. Młody blondyn w recepcji był niezwykle przyjazny i pomógł nam z bagażami. Kierownik również był bardzo pomocny. Zarezerwowaliśmy hotel na dwa dni, ale później chcieliśmy zostać jeszcze jeden dzień. Nie mogliśmy jednak znaleźć pierwotnej ceny w żadnej aplikacji. Kierownik pomógł nam przedłużyć pobyt o jeden dzień, za co byliśmy bardzo wdzięczni.”

„Wyposażenie pokoju jest przeciętne. Nie wiem, dlaczego w pokoju panuje bardzo silny zapach stęchlizny. To bardzo ruchliwy hotel, ale w pokoju śmierdzi, jakby nie był używany przez długi czas. Kołdra i poduszki też mają zapach stęchlizny, który znacząco wpływa na komfort pobytu. Przestrzeń publiczna jest całkiem niezła, a śniadanie jest bardzo uprzejme i bardzo dobre. Toalety w miejscach publicznych są również bardzo czyste i całkiem nowe. Po prostu nie rozumiem, dlaczego pokój jest w takim stanie. Szkoda, był to dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Personel jest również bardzo przyjazny. Przybyłem w środku nocy i następnego ranka musiałem wejść na statek, więc nie negocjowałem z recepcją zmiany pokoju. Nie wiem, czy sytuacja w pokoju jest wyjątkiem.”
