Check in was easy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cool. Lovely bathroom with quality shower gel and shampoo provided. I had several hours to myself so I made use of the gym, great equipment and all very clean. Good swimming area, very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Had curry in the bar which I thought was overpriced. We had a great, comfortable night’s sleep followed by a delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

Taki piękny hotel. Staff are extremely welcoming. Wszyscy są gotowi do pomocy. Sam hotel jest zachowany bardzo czysty. Z pewnością mieliśmy bardzo komfortowy dobry sen. Śniadanie było dobre. Kochaliśmy obiekty wypoczynkowe.
Jacuzzi był naszym ulubionym, temperatura wody wS jak mieć ładną bardzo gorącą kąpiel! To było niesamowite. To był najlepszy, jaki widziałem. Był również bardzo dobry rozmiar... basen był zbyt zimny, żebym mógł wejść. Jestem pacjentem raka i nie mogę iść w zimnej wodzie. To był mój jedyny negatywny punkt.bi chciałby iść na kąpiel. Steam i sauna były dobre. Zauważyłem również, że było dobre siłownie, ale nie poszedłem tam.
Była urocza, urządzona cicha pokój z mnóstwem kanap i stołówek do kawy wokół, aby odpocząć lub pracować. Ponadto komputer z Internetem i drukarką do naszego użytku, który był naprawdę dobry dla pracujących gości. Zarezerwowałem ten hotel na noc pobytu dla mojej mamy i siebie jako trochę relaksujące ucieczkę i to było doskonałe.
Z pewnością będziemy to rezerwować w przyszłości fir jy cała rodzina, jak naprawdę to cieszyliśmy.

A gem of a hotel, tucked away on the University Campus. Lovely furnishings, excellent food at reasonable prices, beautiful bar and restaurant. We’ll be using this one again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional from the youngish gentleman who checked us in to Julie at the breakfast reception. Probably one of the very best breakfasts we’ve ever had including many 5* hotels. Julie is also an amazing ambassador.
Excellent pool and gym plus huge car park at just £6 - we all hate paying that extra charge but they all do it now.

We stayed for a night the room was very clean and spacious couldn't fault it at all, the food tasted really fresh and the breakfast was great. Plus you get full use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi

To customer service. My partner and l stayed at the Bosworth Hall hotel whilst travelling north for an overnight stay to break our journey and get refreshed to continue our journey. Sadly although the staff were amicable and the site was good we got very little sleep as there was hard noise through the night and early morning. This was acceptable but the bathroom facilities were unacceptable. There was very little water pressure so we could not shower and when inspected the pipe had obviously been faulty and leaking prior to our visit but the pipe had been wrapped with electrical insulation tape and the pressure reduced so it didn,t blow the tape off when used. It was a poor advert for a high class hotel. I attach a photo of the pipe. Also l expect you to make recompense to me. Regards Jacob Thomlinson.

Great hotel. Close by to the motorway meant convenient but quiet. The spa facilities were excellent. The steam room was very effective, which isn't always the case in many hotels, even shortly after opening first thing in the morning it was up to temperature.
Room was clean and comfortable.
As for the restaurant, I'm still wondering when the potato shortage started in this country! My fish and chips could have done with some more chips. There were so few they were able to hide them all under the piece of fish! That's a shame as the food was really nice.
Would definitely stay again and will look out for Leonardo again in future as a previous stay somewhere else was really nice.

I had a great time at Leonardo Hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The location is absolutely perfect for those flying from East Midlands Airport, I was able to just walk to the departure terminal in about 5 minutes. Guests of the hotel are welcome to use the pool, sauna and stream room. This is perfect to just get some relaxation in before having a long day of travelling. I would even rate the restaurant highly, the steak frites was delicious.

RRosie ❤️Such a beautiful hotel. Staff are extremely welcoming. Everyone is ready to help. The hotel itself is kept very clean. We definitely had a very comfortable good night's sleep. Breakfast was good. We loved the leisure facilities.
The jacuzzi was our favourite, the water temperature wS like having a nice very hot bath! It was amazing. It was the best one I've seen ever. Also it was a very good size.. The swimming pool was far too cold for me to go in. I'm a cancer patient and I can't go in cold water. That was my only negative point.bi would have loved to go for a swim. The steam room and sauna were good. I also noticed there was a good gym but I didn't go there.
There was A lovely furnished quiet room with plenty of sofas and coffee tables around to relax or work. Also a computer with Internet and a printer for our use which was really good for working guests. I booked this hotel overnight stay for my mum and myself as a little relaxing getaway and it was perfect. The car parking is not a problem at all.
We will definitely be booking this in the future fir jy whole family as we really enjoyed it.

GGuest UserRoom was clean enough, but had some black mould in the windows and also in the kettle! Bed was super comfortable.
Shower was ok, but wasn't exactly ”powerful”.
The room had a strange set of windows that looked into the bedroom...with no way of closing or obscuring then.
Heating controls didn't seem to work.
The window did not open so it was difficult to get fresh air.
