There are also many restaurants inside the resort, offering different types of cuisine. However, it’s important to note that several popular restaurants require advance reservations, especially during peak seasons. Planning ahead is highly recommended to avoid long waits or limited dining options. Overall, Rusutsu Resort is very family-friendly, well-organized, and convenient. With its wide range of facilities, nearby convenience store, and diverse dining choices, it’s a great destination for a comfortable and enjoyable family holiday — just remember to book restaurants early.”

„Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Shirogane Onsen Hotel Park. While the room and toilet are quite small, they were clean and functional. The rest of the experience was very good — the onsen was relaxing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Service was courteous, and it was a nice place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. If you don’t mind compact rooms, this hotel offers a comfortable stay with a great onsen experience.”

„The hotel provides a shuttle bus pick-up from Sapporo Station (Bus Terminal), but reservations can only be made by phone call. Email requests are not accepted. We arrived on a Sunday, and the bus was already fully packed when leaving Sapporo Station, so it is best to book early. The hotel itself is a little old, though the public area toilets appear to have been recently renovated. The public onsen pools are large and relaxing, but the stone tile flooring can be slippery from long use, so be careful when walking in the bath area. The buffet has a good spread of dishes. I especially enjoyed the dinner scallop miso soup, handmade sushi, and desserts. The restaurant was lively and fully packed with both local Japanese families and overseas tourists. One minor downside was the seasonal fruit such as lychee. It would be better if the hotel ensured the fruits were properly washed before serving. Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is strong and stable unlike the big spa hotel in lake Toya which I just stayed a few days ago.”

„Very pleased with our stay at Greenpia, and happy there were quite a few improvements since last year: - upgrade to the outdoor onsen, which is much better than before. Love the addition of the TV - onsen kits inside closet - more room selections such as the Max, cabins and glamping - the conversion into the comic reading space”

„We had a good overall stay at Daiichi Takimotokan, a large traditional ryokan-style hotel. While the property is a little dated, it is well maintained and kept clean. The hotel itself offers plenty to do, including restaurants, a souvenir shop, simple arcade games, karaoke, massage services, a public onsen, and even a small reading area with Japanese books. You can easily spend time exploring the building without needing to go out. The location is very convenient. It is just outside the main (short) shopping street and within walking distance to Jigokudani, making it easy to explore the area. Our stay included breakfast and dinner buffet. Dinner had a wide variety of options, including popular sashimi selections and steamed snow crabs, along with both Japanese and Western dishes. Breakfast was a simpler spread but still satisfying. We stayed in a Japanese-style room and found the futons comfortable to sleep on. As we visited during winter, the room had central heating only. At times, we cooled the room by slightly opening the window to let in some cold air. Yukata robes are provided in the room (or you can choose one that fits you at the lobby), and you can wear them around the hotel when heading to the onsen, restaurants, or arcade. The public onsen area is spacious and features many different pools with various functions, so you can take your time and enjoy the experience. Just remember to wash yourself thoroughly at the shower stations before entering the onsen pools. Unfortunately, we did not try the outdoor onsen despite it being open — we were a little intimidated by the winter cold! Overall, we would recommend this hotel, especially for first-timers who want to experience staying in a traditional ryokan. Tip: There are direct buses to and from the hotel from New Chitose Airport and Sapporo. The bus stop is only about 50 metres from the hotel entrance, which made walking in the snow much easier for us. However, the service runs only once a day, so be sure to check the schedule and plan your itinerary accordingly.”

„They totally derailed my plans, saying check-in ends at 7:30PM. In reality, the front desk is 24/7. Everything is nice until you get to your room. I also strangely could hear every conversation of the hotel's front door as if strangers were 2 meters away, even though I was in room 725, which is the 7th floor at almost the very end of the building. It was a nightmare trying to sleep but comical looking back at it. I don't know who did the acoustics but if it was intentionally to spy on people, it's genius.”

„The location of the hotel is great if you drive. Otherwise, I can imagine how troublesome it is to get up to the hotel. Parking is free and plentiful. The buffet dinner has a host of alcoholic drinks to choose from; wine, sake to high ball. The range of food available makes it very difficult for one to choose but the freshly cooked tempura is my favourite. The shizen wing side has a nice view of the sea and setting sun. The hotel is quite dated but rooms are generally spacious and clean.”

„Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!”

„這是一個哥爾夫酒店，你除了打球之外，其實沒有什麼可做，原本以為有溫泉的，但到達後才知道關閉了！很不開心投訴之後，酒店不肯免費取消住宿，之後Trip. Com 賠償了$1070元作補償，雖然仍有不滿，但也不想麻煩，所以就算了！房屋也算新淨，而且裝修陳設也很好，屋內雖然有廚房，但沒有任何煮食用具，只有一個水煲，也不能BBQ, 停車場在酒店大堂附近，但離木屋很遠，出入要叫酒店職員接送，不方便，酒店套餐不便宜，在酒店旁有一間價錢相對合理的餐廳，但食物質素一般，而且員工粗魯，體驗不太好！但酒店內其他員工也很有禮貌，服務也算周到，只是不夠人性化。”
