The location is great. The parking lot is just opposite the hotel. The room is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The beach is wide and there are few tourists. I saw the most beautiful sunrise. The large balcony is surrounded by green plants and is very suitable for sunbathing. It is quieter than other hotels at night. The double shower can take a shower at the same time. The hotel thoughtfully prepared three large bottles of drinking purified water and a woven bag for going out... I like Tulum starting from the hotel.

Miejsce jest wygodne, jeśli wybierasz się do Playa del Carmen na krótko. Lokalizacja jest idealna, blisko wszystkiego, a jednocześnie z dala od hałasu. Dodatkowym atutem jest Walmart znajdujący się obok hotelu. Hotel jest blisko ADO, ale musisz to najpierw sprawdzić. Jeśli wybierzesz się do ADO turista, będzie daleko, około 15 minut spacerem, a jeśli pójdziesz do innego terminalu ADO, to zajmie to tylko kilka minut.

部屋まで波の音が聞こえるので大自然を感じる事が出来ます。 少し残念だったのが部屋のお水が有料だった事です。水道水は無料であったけど、ボトルウォーターも無料だとありがたかったです。 部屋からも海が眺められるので総合的にはとても満足しています。 蚊がたくさんで沢山噛まれてしまいましたので、虫除けスプレーなど持参がおすすめです。

Terrific location, fantastic service, even better than in pictures!

This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.

Jest dobry pod każdym względem i spełnia spójne standardy hoteli InterContinental. Obiekty są kompletne, śniadanie jest obfite, plaża jest bardzo piękna, basen jest czysty, warunki sanitarne są dobre, a obsługa jest bardzo ciepła i przyjazna. Jedyną wadą jest brak autobusu wahadłowego na lotnisko. W przypadku luksusowych hoteli w dzielnicy hotelowej Cancun powinno to być koniecznością, w przeciwnym razie obniży się wydajność kosztowa hotelu.

Wybór typu: Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój na wicher. Powiedzieli nam, że ulepszyliśmy model. Dopiero gdy wszedłem, odkryłem, że przemieszczają się do basenu. Różnica między tymi dwoma jest to, że pokój wiatru jest w drugim rzędzie na brzegu hotelu. Można mieć własny taras, ale nie przyklejony do morza. Można poczuć wiatr morski. Właściwie, w basenie jest basen, a w dżungli jest basen, który nie czuje wiatru morskiego. Wreszcie, po tym, jak zaczęliśmy prowadzić turystyczne ceremonie, w końcu daliśmy nam żądany wiatr morski. Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night. The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days.

This hotel is perfectly okay it's in a good location in the swimming pool is cold because it's surrounded by six floors of the hotel. The rest of places I've been the swimming pools have been hot. Don't lose the hotel key cuz they'll charge you 100 pesos. They can't recommend good restaurants but the staff is okay. The room has a good air conditioner in it has a refrigerator. I would stay here again. It's not perfect but it's okay and then a good location. One bad thing is you're not supposed to flush the toilet paper in the toilet I don't like that that's gross. Whenever I did the number two I did flush the toilet paper cuz that's just gnarly gross. One more problem internet was terrible. On the TV and on my phone it was okay in my computer for some reason. TV was a bit hard work. Bring your computer because internet on my phone didn't not work very well at all and was incredibly slow.
