An airport hotel, two floors and no elevator?!? Fun hauling 23kg luggahe and carry on up the steps. At least the stairway is very wide. The corridors are long and carpeted, difficult to wheel the luggage. Carpet seemed worn and dirty along the corridors. Gym was decent size, didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool but people were sunbathing when I checked out. Laundry machines are available too.

Plusy: - tani pobyt - rezerwacja z krótkim wyprzedzeniem - nie było wielu innych rezerwacji, więc było bardzo cicho - pokój był w większości czysty, pachniał cytryną przez cały nasz pobyt (nocleg) - świetna klawiatura w pokoju rozrywki - parking tuż przed drzwiami pokoju - nowy dzbanek w pokoju (nadal miał nowe metki) - bardzo wygodne łóżka, cieszę się z dodatkowych, puszystych koców - dobry stosunek jakości do ceny - blisko udogodnień Pole do poprawy: - brak drzwi do łazienki, brak okna przy toalecie, kuchnia i łazienka oddzielone zasłoną, która znajduje się około 30-45 cm od podłogi, a zasłona się nie zamyka - tylko jeden (otwarty) kosz na śmieci w łazience, co oznacza, że ​​wszystkie resztki jedzenia/kuchenne muszą tam trafić - kilka dziur w ścianach, jedna mała za drzwiami toalety z upchanym papierem toaletowym i jedna wielkości mandarynki w kuchni obok mikrofalówki, która była przez nią zasłonięta - mydelniczka nie była myta od poprzedniego pobytu, mydło było rozpakowane i były w nim resztki Pojemnik, szampon itp. butelki były na różnych poziomach, ale niepełne. Nie korzystaliśmy z nich, bo przywieźliśmy własne. - znaki informują, że pokój rozrywki jest otwarty do 22:00, recepcjonista powiedział, że zamykają za 3 minuty (tuż przed 21:00). Następnie powiedział, że wpuści nas na pół godziny, żebyśmy mogli zagrać w bilard – stół bilardowy był trochę zużyty, ale klawiatura była świetna! Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, bardzo dziękuję za pobyt i zatrzymałbym się tam ponownie, ale prawdopodobnie poprosiłbym o pokój z drzwiami do łazienki, jeśli w łazience/toalecie nie ma okna. Podobała mi się klawiatura, mimo że nie mogę grać, a recepcjonista był miły. Miejsce spełnia wszystkie potrzeby, dziękuję Oakwood Manor za pobyt.

Can’t fault the hotel itself, comfortable clean rooms with everything you could need.  Really enjoyed the dinner I had there and the staff were all great.  Only downside for me is that although there is a free shuttle from the airport, the pick up point from international terminal is quite a long way to walk from the airport (domestic terminal Is OK).  If you have heavy luggage, it’s late at night or pouring rain (it was all three for me), I would recommend taking an Uber or Taxi rather than going for the shuttle.   If you arrive on a busy shuttle it also takes quite a long time to check everyone in so another reason to take a taxi if you are tired from travelling.

We stayed for 2 nights, but there were a few inconveniences. •The switch at the sink didn’t work, so we couldn’t use the hairdryer in the bathroom. •The shower room floor wasn’t cleaned during my stay. •The biscuits for the instant coffee weren’t replenished on the second day.

When I visit Auckland the reason to stay at Naumi is very simple, it’s idea location near Auckland Airport, a welcome inviting free reception whatever time you arrive, Naumi’s unique identity that’s a refreshing change to the usual mundane boring boxes. The rooms design are uniquely designed to be different, the service of all the staff is unfailing superb, the choice of food and drink is excellent and the quality is far better than any Michelin starred restaurant. If there was a rating of more than five stars in all the categories I would give Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel a 10 !

Hi, I got an excellent deal with trip.com and was upgraded to a studio room through the hotel, over looking the pool. The girls at Sommaii Spa, really know their stuff and I had one of the best massages and facials I have ever had there. Reception was only two happy to assist with storing my luggage while my room was getting ready. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Tracey Marie

Zostałem tu po przylocie nocnym lotem długodystansowym. Byłem bardzo zmęczony i dotarłem 5 godzin przed odprawą, licząc na to, że będę mógł odpocząć i zabić czas gdzie indziej. Recepcjonista był bardzo pomocny, najpierw poprosił mnie, żebym poczekał, a sam sprawdził, czy mój pokój jest dostępny. Na szczęście był, więc mogłem od razu wejść do pokoju. Pokój był czysty i wygodny, więc mogłem odpocząć tego dnia i dobrze się wyspać w nocy. Nie korzystałem z innych udogodnień hotelu. Transfer z/na lotnisko żółtym autobusem był prosty i wygodny. Dla tych, którzy muszą zatrzymać się na noc w trakcie podróży, ten hotel jest idealny.

Hotel with a central location. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Check-in was not informative at all. The staff seem to know very little about the meaning of hospitality, especially at the reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant staff at breakfast were poorly qualified or interns, and the supervision made no effort to help. There was a concierge, but they were never available when needed. The business center had a broken printer, and the swimming pool looked more like a public pool than a relaxing area, with an unpleasant atmosphere. In my opinion, the hotel does not reflect a 5-star standard. The room was cleaned just the day before my departure, even with the “Please clean my room” sign on. A disappointing and expensive stay.

位置非常靠近碼頭，幾步可達，但不要期望從房間裏看大海，因為酒店建築是側對大海的。安全，進入建築和電梯都要刷卡。有膠囊咖啡機。入住有兩張飲料贈券。管家服務熱情。早餐量不小，質量不錯。服務人員打掃衞生很認真！拿來的杯子還是熱的，説明是用機器清洗的，很讓人安心。 缺點：廁所和浴室共享排風，但排風是自動的沒法直接控制，衹對濕氣有反應，這就有點尷尬 房間配備了一個總控的pad，但沒法控制任何裝備，這個設備可以拿掉降低點成本，或者好好弄一下。

If it wasn't for the location, I'm not sure I'd feel the place was worth the money. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, but they charge a premium due to being attached to the Sky Tower. Amenities are nice but some of the furniture seemed worn. There was a bit of upselling at check-in for a harbour view. If you need a decent place to stay and you feel the allure of the Tower, go for it. If you're looking for worth-the-money, I would say consider options.
