If I were to revisit Port Moresby this would be the hotel I would choose.
Being connected to the mall is a big plus as it makes life so much easier to go to the supermarket without any stress.
The staffs are 4/5. The location looks ok.
First they make
Me wait a long long time in lobby. Second they gave me room that was not cleaned but again i have to bring bag from
That dirty room from
Previous guest to lobby. Finally after long hours they gave me room.
The good
Thing is breakfast is good. Also they have free drop
To airport .
Overall its 3.5/5
In my personal experience.
Hotel
Is good but need more staffs or more training to staffs..
The place is clean and conveniently located close to my office, which is a big plus. However, the breakfast options could definitely use some improvement. For guests staying longer than a week, it can get quite tedious having the same menu every day. Additionally, the staff could be more welcoming. Often, any request I made seemed to either come with an extra charge or resulted in a flat-out ”no.”
This place was as amazing as the photos. I had an overnight layover in Port Moresby and having heard it’s the most iconic hotel in the city, I had to check it out. It didn’t disappoint, with amazing views of the airport, friendly help with transfers, and a lovely restaurant right over an old DC-3 in the middle of the grounds. An avgeek traveler’s paradise!
First impression overall was my search for indoor elavators. As I am a plus size woman and had returned from a remote place therefore me returning to the city I expect the best night out to spend with family. I already got irritated walking and climbing up stairs just to get to our room. Also the air conditioning in the rooms are cool enough, something I think the management must look into and upgrade. The located is ideal as is it situated just close to the Jackson's International Airport but needs upgrading. All in all our stay was smooth despite, great complimentary breakfast though.
Good but experience started ti deteriorate over time. Not really sure why but I felt they lacked proper training in customer service and professionalism. ( seems to be a bit unorganized at times.) Mostly pleasant though but something I can’t put my finger on why exactly. Outside area many people hanging around who I am not sure if they are guests or visitors. Takes a while to go down every-time to smoke and a very public type of establishment. (Lounge open to general public)…good for meetings and to work from. Breakfast was a highlight especially when bacon is on (every other day). Probably would not stay again. Only at suites possibly.
really great hotel, spacious, comfortable room with balcony, delicious breakfast and swimming pool, price a little expensive but it's normal in POM, good place to stop by and do business in POM.
Very good & highly efficient. Friendly with good service and would recommend for no-nonsense travellers/ customers.
The only thing would be to improve the check-out process with regards to efficiency.
Great property sitting on the hill overlooking the famous Ela beach and great views to the APEC Building and views to the start of coral sea.

Very Good
GGuest UserBetter than expected
Internet works well, very comfortable bed, useful location, free airport drop off/pick up, good restaurant/good breakfast, staff are friendly enough
The room smells damp and the carpet is pretty gross.
DdalgomyI arrived early in the morning and was told an early check-in was possible for an additional fee, so I was assigned a room. The bedding had a slight musty smell, but I was so tired that I fell asleep immediately. When I woke up, I had a rash and itching, which looked like bed bug bites, just like in the photos. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites and asked the reception for ointment, but they said they didn't have any. The facilities are good compared to other hotels in Port Moresby, but I never expected to get bed bug bites at a Hilton hotel. I mentioned the bed bugs to the reception, and a staff member noted it down, but there was no follow-up. I probably won't be staying here again.
GGuest UserWe went to the hotel to check in but the room type we selected was fully booked, the receptionist was very nice, she upgraded our room for free to their apartment suite. The apartment had three rooms, WiFi, a large living room and kitchen, it was very comfortable. Appreciate the friendly staff and great amenities. There is also several restaurants there, bars by the poolside and very close to the airport, museum, Parliament House and golf club.
NNgaiThe hotel environment is comfortable and clean. staff service attitude is attentive , active and enthusiastic. The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality and tastes good, which is beyond my expectation. The most important thing is that the price consumption is also reasonable.

GGuest UserThe pool and access to the mall is the best part. It would be nice to have a place to fill up and get clean water regularly. The breakfast buffet was a little bit of a disappointment. The service was good and the room was clean but the extra locks on our bathroom door and main door were broken off and that was a little concerning.
BBokkie TruongA short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.
吴吴The hotel is mainly cleaners who are too lazy. At the beginning, they cleaned up the room and did not give better bath towels. Later, it was impossible to clean the house for two or three days. On several occasions, the two bottles of free water prepared in the room were not given. In short, the service is not good. If the hotel is a Samsung hotel or below, it is still OK. If it is a four-star hotel, it is not a good hotel. In the photo below, there is a towel for two bath towels and a towel when you first check in. Isn't it two towels?
In addition, the hotel's meals are expensive, and there are not many styles
