For an older hotel the room was nice and clean. Two free bottles of water. For the price it was a good place to stay. The only thing that was bad was the low water pressure in the shower and no hair dryer. Breakfast was good.

設施：這個是扣分比較嚴重的，房間裏持續可以聽到空調風機都聲音，對於睡眠比較輕的來説，差評。
但比較好的是他家的接駁車班次多，一共三輛，基本不用等。
環境：樓下泳池開到9點，下面小朋友玩的很開心，但對於衹想好好休息的人來説，是必須要等到9點以後。這個酒店迴廊設計很好，但是如果遇到這種情況，就很糟糕。
服務：早飯也一般。種類不多，麪包硬的啊哈哈哈，我還以為這是法棍

Handy location with a good/secret airport security entrance for domestic Delta flights at McNamara, swimming pool is very small and I couldn’t find a shower there. Check out staff didn’t easily explain how to get the shuttle to Evans terminal, nor could she smile. Food is ok but pricey

The hotel was good and the staff/concierge very nice, but the airport shuttle was disappointing. The driver was careless with luggage, rude when asked about terminal information, and muttered curses at passengers. Most concerning, he drove erratically, hitting 53 mph in a 25 mph construction zone during rain at 3:30 AM on 10/14

Husband and I stayed here for one night and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the room.
Breakfast was good with a nice selection of foods including eggs, meat, cereal, breads, waffles, juices…etc!
They had a pool in which we did not check out but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

酒店蠻老的，需要翻新一下。房間也比較小，不過衹是overnight也沒啥大問題。暖氣的聲音有點大，其他沒什麼。早餐是menu的，每人一份，夠吃味道也不錯。

GGuest UserThe location is terrific ! Right on the water. We booked a king room, it was so tiny there was not even a place to put the luggage, and the cigarette smoke residue and chemicals used to cover it up were overwhelming ! The front desk kindly gave us an upgrade to a penthouse suite at no additional charge. The suite worked out well. The hotel is older and vintage, the rooms reflect that but are in desperate need of a facelift,,,seam split wall paper, dingy corners, cheap carpet and very chintzy cabinetry circa 90s builder grade oak that is worn, scratched and mismatched to the old fashioned cherry dressers. The suite had an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave and kitchenette sink, all mismatched, white fridge, black microwave, stainless sink. Not a bit of kitchen gear supplied,,,no sponge, no towel, not even a paper towel. The TVs were tiny as well !
The bar however was lovely, excellent cocktails and nibbles. The grounds and harbor view were grand, easy and ample parking and the staff attentive. Its a good hotel,,,just really worn out !!

KKenzieLee5I booked this hotel solely on the fact that the pool had a slide that my two kids would enjoy and a hot tub that us parents could relax in. I was disappointed that the water level in both amenities was very low and the pool water was extremely cold. Like uncomfortable cold and too cold to actually enjoy swimming in. The hot tub jets also did not work and never did turn on while we were there it was definitely not 104+ degrees as the sign claims. It was basically like warm bath water. The door to the women's restroom in the pool area is also rusted and falling apart in the corner so it rubs across the concrete when you open and close it and makes it hard to open and shut it. The rooms and breakfast were both average. I'd check out another hotel in the area knowing what I know now about the pool area I wouldn't stay again in hopes that I'd find an actual hot tub that's actually hot with working jets and maybe a heated pool elsewhere. A fine place if you're not here to enjoy this things as it's a clean place to rest your head.

WWEITwo double beds, the room is very spacious. Good facilities. Breakfast has a light meal at the Sheraton Club, free of charge, and a à la carte set menu and buffet, relatively rich. The location is quite convenient. Overall it is very comfortable.

TThomasWell let’s start off by saying the room I reserved wasn’t available I reserved a room with a a hot tub when I got to the property I was told the room was under work so they were downgrading my room so the room they put us in was old lamp shades were tore up half the light bulbs were missing in everything the air didn’t work properly and the toilet leaked across the floor so we were switched rooms that room was okay but definitely not like the pictures that were shown online and definitely not worth the price we paid it look’s fancy and inviting when you walk into the lobby but behind the curtains is a different story definitely not a place I’d stay again for the prices they charge

GGuest UserThis time was pretty decent I received my room and some of the amenities wasn't working properly so I asked would I be able to get a better room or a room with working appliances and they got me switched with no problem and no hassle. Luckily I received a room that was next-door to the room I received last time I was here so it is what it is I enjoyed a nice day for what it was.

GGuest UserThis happened to be one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever seen in my life first one they gave me fridge raider was moldy bed was dirty bathroom disgusting so I asked for another one the second one the same thing food all over the top of the dresser crumbs that was broken sus but all the walls the carpet with sticky it stunk the pool was filthy. Yes, it is a cheap hotel, but still could still be kept clean. I will never go back. I used to go there all the time the people that work there are great they just need to keep it clean. It’s gross the floors floors how can you go onto your room in the floor be sticky the carpet

GGuest UserBeautiful location. Would stay again. Good value, including pool and sauna, and breakfast with waffle making machine. Only issue was that although it is a Wyndham property, the staff said that they do not receive the expedited check-in form responses that you receive the day before you check-in to a Wyndham property. So, in my case, although I had already pre-paid for an upgraded room and added vehicle information for parking, they said they had no record of my request, and it was only because we checked-in right at 3 PM that an upgraded room was available and I had to re-fill on paper my car info.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay here. The staff was amazing and even during a pandemic the wedding was beautiful. Leah was amazing and helpful. Really enjoyed Meg at the front desk and the General manager was willing to help us with anything. Such a blessing to find this fabulous hotel for the wedding and rehearsal dinner.
