Hotele Romantic w: Heilongjiang, China

I recently wrapped up a fantastic stay from March 3rd to March 6th and couldn't be happier with my experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the team. I want to give a special shout-out to Jenny, Mia, and Nan for their outstanding hospitality and professional service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff on duty between March 3rd ~ March 6th. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine ”can-do” attitude.

I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell.

This was altogether a very nice hotel. It’s conveniently located next to Harbin’s Main Street. The hotel is charming, with decoration that looks out of a Russian novel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room wasn’t too clean and it smelled a bit of smoke, we requested to change the room and the staff was very accommodating. I think the best part of my stay was the hotel staff, everyone was polite, helpful and lovely. It definitely made my experience better. Special shoutout to Yangyang, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. 这是一家非常不错的酒店。它地理位置便利，紧邻哈尔滨主街。酒店很有魅力，装饰仿佛出自俄罗斯小说。房间干净舒适。房间不太干净，还有点烟味，我们请求换房，工作人员非常配合。我觉得我住宿中最棒的部分是酒店工作人员，每个人都很有礼貌、乐于助人且非常友好。这确实让我的体验更好了。特别感谢杨杨，她在整个逗留期间都非常友好和乐于助人。

Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！

My recent trip to Harbin led me to the Qiuguo Hotel on Central Street, and what truly impressed me wasn't just its fantastic location, but the incredibly thoughtful and warm service. The entire experience was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! The hotel is right next to Central Street, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. But what really stood out was the staff's genuine attentiveness. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and handled check-in efficiently and patiently. Knowing we were out-of-town visitors, they proactively offered detailed advice on local attractions and dining recommendations, even providing helpful tips for getting around. Their attitude was gentle and sincere, completely devoid of any commercialized pretense. Throughout our stay, every service detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Housekeeping was prompt; whether we needed extra amenities or just had a simple question, staff responded and took care of it immediately. The cleaning staff were thorough and responsible, changing linens promptly and maintaining excellent hygiene. They were patient and accommodating with any requests, making our stay both secure and comfortable. The hotel's thoughtful, guest-centric services were a huge bonus. With our heavy luggage, staff readily offered to help carry it. After check-out, we could store our bags for free, which was perfect for continuing our exploration. The lobby also provided complimentary water and snacks, a welcome respite when we needed a break. There was no aggressive upselling at any point; the service was discreet yet attentive, never intrusive, but always there when needed. From the front desk and housekeeping to the support staff, everyone demonstrated high professionalism, handling tasks expertly and interacting genuinely, always prioritizing guests' needs. The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and combined with the perfect warm service, the value for money far exceeded expectations. For anyone visiting Harbin, choosing Qiuguo on Central Street is an excellent decision. Its prime location, comfortable environment, and meticulous, considerate service make for an exceptionally pleasant journey. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin and sincerely recommend it to all my friends coming to the city!

The kids LOVE this hotel!!!!!!!!! Everything is perfect, staff was extremely friendly, the only negative is that the location is quite far from city center, so getting to anywhere is quite hard, but who cares, they got programs throughout the day so u get to do it with ur kids, penguin interaction in the morning, feed the polar bear (although quite costly 100rmb for feeding).. The room was amazing, able to watch polar bear throughout the day, one of the best unique hotel we ever stay, my kids actually cried when leaving the hotel as they miss the polar bear.. Breakfast was ok, staff was attentive, able to do laundry onsite. One thing to note is that, they do not have a proper drop off point, so if you have a lot of luggage, u will struggle, with stair and walking on ice during winter time. I will definitely stay with them the next time again

My stay this time far exceeded expectations; it definitely deserves a full five-star rating. The complimentary in-room water supply was continuously replenished, which was a thoughtful touch – plenty of water every day when I returned to the room, showing attention to detail and quality. The smart devices in the room were incredibly easy to use, with one-touch controls for lighting and curtains, making it feel very high-tech yet completely intuitive. What was most impressive was the front desk service: gentle and patient. From check-in to answering questions about local attractions, they always had a smile and responded softly and politely to every request, making me feel so welcome. With excellent hardware and outstanding service, I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city.

The hotel impression is not quite great for me. It look chaos and no place for car to go near lobby. just park aside road and take few times before staff can see and help us for luggages. The room is spacious and comfy. i love the massage chair that help a lot for long day in harbin. however i expect more for minibar that they provide 2beers and 1 mineral water,4 tea bag. that's all. Welcome fruit was good,but still wonder for tomatoes are could be welcome fruit tho. Mattress is the best point, i sleep so tight and i promise it not because i am tired 😗 for the doll keep, get 6 coins and cant get the doll 🙂↕️ (need to ask staff for the coin, they not provide you when check in. That why i am not that satisfied for their hospitality much) tea break is variety but near playing area so it quite not make you feel rest. Breakfast is variety and nice taste! and heat water is fast it locate 50 m. from Shanghai street metro. that is super nice too. my room can see Ice and snow festival from windows, easy for booking to see the firework on newyear! overall is good for room, location but can improve for staff and lobby environment.

This hotel is highly recommended. It is located right next to Harbin’s iconic landmark, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and only a few minutes’ walk from Central Street. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortably warm, which is especially important in Harbin’s cold climate. Being situated in the city center, the hotel provides easy access to the railway station, airport shuttle stops, and popular attractions such as the Songhua River, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and Zhaolin Park. During peak travel seasons, the hotel is generally more competitively priced than international chain hotels in the same area, making it a great value choice that truly “wins on location.” The front desk staff and service team (including the personal butler service) are friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is also relatively healthy and well-suited for guests who prefer balanced, nutritious meals. Overall, it is an excellent option for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and good value in Harbin.

The room was absolutely amazing! They even upgraded me when they could, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was fantastic, and it was perfect for taking tons of photos. The in-room snacks and tea selection were very thoughtful. For the price, you really can't beat this setup! The service was also incredibly attentive. The only minor thing was that once the room quieted down at night, there was a bit of noise from the pipes, which was a little bothersome. But the front desk quickly brought up some earplugs, and that made a huge difference! The breakfast selection was also very rich and varied! Thumbs up! I'll definitely be back next time!
