Hotele Romantic w: Osaka Prefecture, Japan

Obiekt jest położony niedaleko stacji Shin Osaka, co czyni go bardzo wygodnym. W pobliżu znajduje się Lawson, onsen i pralka – wszystkie te obiekty znajdują się na terenie hotelu. W okolicy działa głównie biznes, więc nie ma tu zbyt wiele atrakcji, ale w pobliżu znajduje się Daiso i ogromny sklep z artykułami codziennego użytku. Idealne miejsce na zakupy na ostatnią chwilę, ceny są również niższe niż w drogeriach itp.

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. 5–6 minutes walk to Hommachi St., which you can easily use to travel to Kyoto, Kobe, etc.  The check-in and check-out were really fast, and we had an upgrade, which was worth the price. I had read the previous reviews about the rudeness of the staff, which is not actually due to this, but it’s the language barrier that could make a tired traveller a little less patient.  If you wish to ask something more specific, please don’t be afraid to use the Google Translate app to help you with the communication. The staff have been really helpful to all of our enquiries. Some remarks were about the hotel lobby being on the 15th floor, but they have a dedicated entrance for taxis or cars to reach the hotel.  Bonus: if you exit through KoKuMiN Osaka Metro Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 4) on your right is a local grocery store that sells local produce and other fruits/food products. It's cheaper to go here to buy your drinks and fruits, etc.

Okolica hotelu jest bardzo dobrze prosperująca, bardzo blisko Dotonbori. Najbliższe wyjście z metra to Nihonbashi Exit 2. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie odbywa się za pomocą automatów samoobsługowych. Będzie personel, który ci pomoże. Możesz zabrać własne przybory toaletowe. Na drugim piętrze znajduje się pralka i suszarka na monety. Mam nadzieję, że będę miał szansę zostać ponownie.

This boutique hotel stands out amongst the older architecture in the vicinity. A nice boutique hotel with well maintained facilities. Room was big and spacious, with four huge beds for family of four. Quaintly designed, with a homely feeling. Location is fairly good, although off the grid of downtown Osaka, but fairly easy to get to by way of Metro, with nearest station just a 3 min walk away. Service is impeccable, rooms made up every two days with refresh of towels, water and toothbrushes daily. Very comfortable stay.

Głównym powodem wyboru tego hotelu jest bliskość Doton Plaza (autobus do lotniska Kansai). Podobnie jak ich pralnia (automat), ponieważ są oddzielone dla mężczyzn i kobiet, a także jest w sumie 5 pralek i 5 suszarek. Przestrzeń jest uważana za przestronną w porównaniu do innych hoteli, ale łóżko jest małym podwójnym łóżkiem, co jest bardzo niewygodne. Udogodnienia są bardzo podstawowe. Możemy otworzyć dwa 28-calowe bagaże w pokoju w tym samym czasie i umieścić je pod ramą łóżka. Jest winda (przez parking) z metra, jeśli przywozisz bagaże.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. The service at the front desk was excellent. I would like to especially thank Ms. Noto for her kind and patient assistance in helping me find the best way to the airport. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka!

Overall is highly recommended. Location is good but not easy to find as the google map doesn’t work in Osaka station, we been lost for few times. Easily to reach shopping mall without go out, all is linked and easy to walk around. I was planning to go Umeda sky building, however i get to stay in 26 floor in the hotel. So i guess i have the same view. Sharing you all the view from my room, luckily i got the sunset room. I guess will be back for my next trip if the price is reasonable. The toilet is dark because the colour of wall is black. There is a guest meeting room on lower floor but it open from 10am to 10pm. It close too early and open too late. I am unable to use it.

close to metro/train if you are moving with light or not so heavy luggage and know the way. still manage when i finding (with It will good if there have more signature to point to the direction of the hotel. Sometime, it is hard to follow the map when you are not able to spot the exit (as there are few exits available) Still able to find the hotel while carrying 30kg luggage. Once you found the route, it is easier to get to the metro using the escalator etc rather than stairway. it is close to the shopping belt and can walk all the way once you have checked in. Food and convenience shops are easily accessible. Allow to keep the luggage while waiting to check in / out

We stayed at Tokyu Stay Osaka-Hommachi for two nights during the Osaka portion of our trip coming from Tokyo. This was my fourth time in Japan and my first traveling with my toddler, so efficiency and convenience mattered more than ever with his ADHD. This is very much a business-style hotel, and it delivers well in that category. Guests receive a complimentary two-hour voucher to a WeWork-style coworking space located upstairs near reception, which includes internet access and unlimited drinks and snacks. For business travelers, that’s a strong value add. I would come here again by myself. While the staff were not fully fluent in English, they used an advanced real-time translation system displayed on a screen at the front desk. Pretty cool. It translated conversations instantly, which was impressive and made communication smooth. The staff were friendly and professional. The interaction felt slightly less personal due to the language barrier, but that’s understandable. The complimentary coffee helped bridge that gap. 24 hrs staff as well. One standout feature was their handling of our luggage forwarding from Yamato Transport. The hotel received our forwarded suitcases and held them before check-in, then delivered everything directly to our room. This was extremely helpful because we arrived from via Shinkansen, continued on to Kyoto and Nara to visit the deer and temples, and only returned to the hotel later that evening. Not having to carry luggage through multiple cities made a huge difference. Those elevators are tight! During this Osaka leg, we visited Nara Park and Todai-ji Temple, enjoyed observatory views at Abeno Harukas 300 and the Umeda Sky Building, and took a day trip to Kyoto to see the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and Fushimi Inari Shrine. The hotel is about a 5–7 minute walk from three subway lines and is well positioned for accessing major attractions across the city. If you want to be more central try Namban or Umeda. With days averaging 12,000 to 15,000 steps, we often grabbed food nearby or I ordered through Uber Eats, which is surprisingly affordable compared to U.S. pricing. Options within walking distance included Matsuya, Yoshinoya, Saizeriya, and even high-end omakase sushi spots. The in-room washer/dryer was another major convenience since we packed light and relied on doing laundry mid-trip. Really wished there was a kitchen area though with dishware and utensils. Overall, Tokyu Stay Osaka-Hommachi is a practical, well-located choice for travelers who prioritize efficiency, transit access, and in-room laundry. It served as a solid home base for an active Osaka itinerary. I would come here again.

I had a good stay at this hotel overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made the stay more enjoyable. The location was decent and convenient enough to move around the area without difficulty. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. Everything worked as expected, making the experience smooth and relaxing. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would consider staying here again in the future.
