„⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is absolutely perfect, truly my forever stay in Dalian. When you request a non-smoking room, it really means zero cigarette smell, which is rare and so appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean and felt fresh and comfortable from the moment we entered. The view is breathtaking, spectacular, and mesmerizing , you can see Venice Water City and the ocean at the same time. Watching both sunrise and sunset from the room was unforgettable. The whole building smells good and feels luxurious and elegant. The woman who came to help us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy. The room is fully equipped with everything you need: toiletries, slippers, clothes hangers, washing machine, fridge ….literally like an apartment. The bed is super comfortable and perfectly clean. This is my second stay here, and it will definitely be my forever choice whenever I come to Dalian. Highly recommended! 💙”

„Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.”

„We lived at this hotel in their apartments in 2001/2002, and it was interesting to come back and visit. It is perfectly located in the city and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are now older but have great views and are clean, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast buffet is extensive - Chinese, Japanese, and Western options. The room itself was immaculately clean, exceptionally spacious, and paired with a beautiful view, it made for a very comfortable stay. We were also genuinely pleased with the fruit and beverage service, which felt thoughtful and welcoming. One more highlight: the delivery robot was fascinating—no matter how many times we saw it, it still felt surprisingly cool and memorable! Overall, a modern, well-maintained hotel that we’d happily recommend to families seeking comfort and a touch of something new.”

Maybe i was highly expecting for a hotel lime others Hard Rock Hotel. But this one is just okay. My room is ocean view but its not a private beach for the hotel. Cant swim at the beach. But many activities that you can do on it. The breakfast was great. There are so many selections that i can eat for a Muslim. The room is clean with full amenities. Btw , at night i ordered Fish&Chips & also brownies with icecream.But it so bland. The fries not cooked well & the brownies is not hot & hard. Not recommended. They also have live band at night. The water pressure in the room also low.

The room was spacious and bright, with unbeatable sea views – I could see the blue sea and sky right from my window every morning. The service was impeccable, from the concierge to the room staff, truly reflecting Marriott's high-end brand standards. It's also conveniently located next to Xinghai Square, making getting around very easy. During check-out, Dansey asked about my stay and resolved any issues very well. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality!

This is my third time staying at Fraser Suites Dalian, and each time before I've stayed for a week. This time, I was upgraded to an executive room, and it was just as comfortable as ever. The service attitude is excellent; every visit feels like coming home. It's truly one of the reasons I keep coming back to Dalian. The hotel elevator's air freshener or perfume smells wonderful. If possible, could you please tell me the brand? I'd love to get the same one. I really love this hotel. The facilities are complete, and there's even a swimming pool for some water fun. Oh, and the view is great! 👍 My friends who came with me this time were also very satisfied.

This stay exceeded our expectations! The hotel was clean and fresh throughout, with no strange smells in the room. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. It was very family-friendly for staying with kids; the room had ample space for activities, and safety details were well thought out. The staff were very kind to our little one and even offered children's amenities proactively. The hotel is conveniently located near various facilities, making it easy to entertain the kids. The room was quite spacious, and the surroundings were relatively quiet. The sea view room offered a beautiful vista, with trees, green spaces, yachts, buildings, and a cross-sea bridge, making it a more dynamic and interesting sea view than just the horizon. Compared to the Grand Hyatt, it offers better value for money. However, some details don't quite meet five-star standards, such as the lack of a swimming pool. On the plus side, the service attitude was excellent, and Keke from the front desk was particularly understanding and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated. If I'm ever staying near Xinghai Square again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. The sea view here is much more varied and less monotonous than a simple sea-and-sky horizon. Xinghai Park is very close by; it was fantastic to spend the morning playing on the beach there, then come back to the room for a shower, make some tea, and just relax while admiring the sea view.

A beautiful apartment with a view of the fishing port. The terrace, sunny all day, is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and relaxing. The apartment is very stylish, a blend of industrial and romantic elements. Everything is very well-equipped, and the location is peaceful. The service is excellent, with a very professional approach to our requests. The resident dog is a real bonus. Very friendly, he's the hotel's mascot. The included breakfast was delicious and prepared entirely to order. The surrounding area is fantastic, with the opportunity to enjoy a variety of fresh seafood and fish right at the port, barbecue-style. An excellent restaurant completes the experience, just two minutes from the hotel.

Convenient for going out, and the breakfast was quite good. The sea view at Grand Hyatt Dalian is definitely the best in the city, situated right on Xinghai Square, with the beach just a short walk downstairs. The fan-shaped layout ensures almost every room has a sea view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Xinghai Bay Bridge. The evening lights create a fantastic atmosphere. The heated pool offers great views, allowing you to enjoy the seascape even while swimming. The 'Chef's Table' buffet has a rich variety, especially with a good selection of seafood and desserts. The overall service was proper, and check-in efficiency was acceptable. The only minor drawbacks are that the hotel has been open for many years, so some facilities show a bit of age, and during peak season, breakfast can get crowded, requiring a wait for a table. If you're coming to Dalian and want to experience the city's premier sea view, the Grand Hyatt remains an excellent choice. You can enjoy the entire bay from the comfort of your bed, making for a very pleasant vacation experience.

Our butler, Maggie, was absolutely fantastic – 5-star service! Our room was upgraded to a distant view, with half city and half sea views, which was lovely. The environment was comfortable and clean throughout our stay, making for a very pleasant experience overall. I also want to mention that Cynthia provided excellent service as well.

Honestly, the rooms themselves were really great. Both rooms had windows directly facing the sea, and each was beautifully decorated. The living room even had a ball pit and a climbing/jumping area for kids, which our child loved. There was also a circular nook where you could sit and watch projections. However, one of the rooms started to smell really bad in the early hours of the morning, like a foul odor. Opening the window didn't help at all. Regrettably, the whole guesthouse had a dilapidated feel to it. Right from the moment we got out of the car, we noticed the exterior was a bit grubby, and the front desk/lobby felt rather cheap. When we went to check out the beach from the lobby, we found the stairs and terrace looked like they hadn't been maintained in years. The terrace was very basic, with many cigarette butts overflowing in the ashtrays and not cleaned. The spiral staircase I'd seen in photos online for Instagram was also broken and dirty. The beach itself was rocky, a bit smelly, and had some trash. There was also a layer of scum on the sea, like the kind you see when blanching ribs. There were some past campers still around, but honestly, I don't understand how anyone would have the courage to go in the water. In summary, the room design and the sea view from the windows were genuinely good, but there was almost no external amenities or upkeep. It felt neglected and unmaintained, which is a real shame.

I booked late, so I could only get a Quiet Room. The room was very clean, and the bedding was excellent. The front desk service was also good. This hotel has been open for many years. There are private rooms upstairs and a buffet downstairs. It's very close to the beach, and the Tongniu Mountain Scenic Area is right next to it. Overall, it was a great experience.
