Wszystko było super. Moje jedyne zastrzeżenia to: 1. Przy zameldowaniu była tylko jedna bezpłatna butelka wody o pojemności 0,5 litra dla dwóch osób. Drugiego dnia nawet jej nie zapewniono. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę hotelu i brak sklepów w zasięgu spaceru, to bardzo dziwne podejście. 2. Brak żelu pod prysznic. Był szampon, odżywka, a nawet balsam do ciała, ale nie było żelu pod prysznic. To też bardzo dziwne.

Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning. The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

Die Lage ist ein wenig weg von Schuss, aber die meistens Restaurants sind 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausblick von Zimmer war sehr gut! Außerhalb der Hauptsaison gab es leider keine Polster für die Liegen am Pool oder Handtücher. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nur wenige konnten Englisch sprechen. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

Прекрасний готель, максимально наближений до природи. Привітний персонал. На території є 2 басейни та гарний ресторан. Фото смачної вечері додаю)) Усе зроблено в одному стилі, гарні будиночки, навіть рецепція красиво вписується в загальний вигляд. На другому поверсі рецепції є лаунж зона, де комфортно можна зачекати свого поселення та пограти в настільні ігри. Або ж почитати книгу. В номері є все необхідне: від різноманітного посуду з келихами, до блендеру, також є репеленти від комарів, що дуже допомагає. Мате, горішки та шоколадні цукерки як комплімент від закладу були приємним бонусом. Дуже класна тераса з мангалом, можна вечеряти на природі. А ще хочеться звернути увагу на деталі: записочка з іменем гостя та привітанням - виглядало дуже мило 🥰 ❤️ Це один з найкращих готелей, які хочеться рекомендувати. 10 з 10.

Room was big and clean. Location was great, walking distance to bus terminal, good restaurants and river iguazu. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Service could have been much better for a 4-star hotel. I am travelling around ARG and stay mostly at 4-star accomodations and i must say the service here can be improved. Staff, although provide information when asked, had a snappy attitude. There was only one male staff at the reception, who speaks good English, who rendered good service, was polite and understand customer service in hospitality.

Should you need any assistance, our team is at your disposal. 这个酒店在阿根廷伊瓜苏国家公园里面，去冲瀑和小火车去魔鬼咽喉的站点步行5-10分钟，餐厅的西餐也不错。

Место красивое, и не в самом центре, но до него приятно прогуляться минут 20. Рядом остановка транспорта, если не хочется гулять. До водопадов отправляется автобус практически на выходе из территории отеля. Номер просторный, но немного старое оборудование. Не хватает стульев на балконе. В таком чудесном пространстве хотелось бы более внимательного персонала и клиентоориентированности. Очень долго тянут с заселением, хотя номера готовы. Завтрак не дотягивает до 4 звезд, много испорченных фруктов, нет никаких овощей. И омлет не готов всегда, рассчет на то, что доготовится на месте, но это не работает. Но территори отеля очень красивая и зеленая!

Хороший отель. Удобный для посещения водопада Игуасу. Большие комнаты, хороший бассейн. Все чисто. Вечером ужин в формате шведский стол
