We have a great greeting from Lisa who provided us all the information, accommodated us, surprised us by upgrading us with lake view room. Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was the best decision. Every service staff we encountered greeted us with smiles ans patience. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dolphin-themed décor delighted our child, making it an ideal choice for families travelling with kids. The room felt warm and cosy, with well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well, and there were thoughtful touches such as children’s toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to detail. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort, very close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. Luggage storage was extremely convenient — easy to drop off and collect at any time, which made travelling stress-free. We had the buffet dinner and OMG I could be eat there 3 days in a row and wouldnt get through all the options. Huge variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. The butler service was proactive and attentive, sending daily updates on park activities and responding quickly to any questions or needs, resolving issues efficiently. Overall, an amazing experience! both the facilities and service were top-notch. We’re already planning our next trip back!

I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Foshan Marriott Hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. The highlight was definitely the balcony — it offered a stunning view, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room made it feel luxurious yet cozy. Everything from the lighting to the bathroom amenities was top-notch. The service throughout my stay was excellent as well. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I truly appreciated how they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

Overall, great experience for this hotel! Though the hotel is slightly further from the nearest metro station, it is still very manageable. The staff was kind and friendly and upgraded our room to a more spacious one. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was tasty. Room was clean with a great view from the 41st floor and WiFi has international access along with the TV, greatly appreciated!

I was expecting more from the hotel as it was sad that its a quiet place 😂But it was not quiet at all , i could hear everything what my neighbours do and the room was not that clean ,towels were old and broken . But other than that the people who work there are very nice . They help me to transfer to my early plane next morning it was very fast and professional on time . Driver is good and as its sad in trip com it was for free. So i totally can go back but just i need ear plugs to sleep better 🌷

The public lounge areas are elegantly arranged, and the pantry is spotless, with beverages and utensils neatly organized. The lighting is soft and pleasant, making it perfect for a quick rest or taking photos. Overall, the environment is clean and odor-free, the space is spacious and bright, and the lighting is perfectly balanced – luxurious yet not ostentatious. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its decor, cleanliness, and maintenance of details, ensuring both ambiance and comfort. My stay was quiet and relaxing, with excellent privacy. The hardware facilities are refined and high-end, and the service details are also spot-on.
