Overall, great experience for this hotel! Though the hotel is slightly further from the nearest metro station, it is still very manageable. The staff was kind and friendly and upgraded our room to a more spacious one. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was tasty. Room was clean with a great view from the 41st floor and WiFi has international access along with the TV, greatly appreciated!

This hotel is very suitable for families. Rooms are big and extremely clean. You can find a small oven in the room so we were able to prepare food for our baby. Staff is also very attentive and helpful. There is a small playground for kids. Breakfast is a buffet (Chinese and western styles). Location is very central: close to railway station, Macau entry border and the coast. We highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here to catch an early morning flight and it was incredibly convenient. The shuttle bus to Terminal 2 was prompt and easy to use. The rooms are very clean, modern, and quiet. Great value for the price—it takes all the stress out of airport travel. Highly recommended!

I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience.

Strategiczna lokalizacja w pobliżu stacji metra i tuż obok wielu dobrych restauracji. To dobry wybór, jeśli nie chcesz zatrzymać się w jednym z hoteli przy Beijing Road. Nasz pokój był czysty i znacznie bardziej przestronny w porównaniu z innymi pokojami, które mijaliśmy, ponieważ dostaliśmy romantyczny pokój typu executive. Łóżko było wygodne, podobnie jak łazienka. Niestety, łazienka nie miała wbudowanego wentylatora wyciągowego, więc musieliśmy otworzyć okno. Było dość głośno i śmierdziało, a z tyłu pokoju znajdowały się restauracje. Należy pamiętać, że do wielu pokoi dojeżdżają tylko dwie windy, więc za każdym razem, gdy chcieliśmy wjechać lub zjechać, trzeba było trochę poczekać. Nieco nieprzyjemnym doświadczeniem było to, że drzwi do naszego pokoju wydawały się być uszkodzone, więc musieliśmy prosić technika o ich otwarcie każdej nocy, co było dość frustrujące. Natomiast personel przeprosił i bardzo szybko reagował na nasze skargi. Pomogli nam również oznaczyć paczki z Taobao naszym 4-cyfrowym numerem, co ułatwiło wyszukiwanie. Wszystkie paczki były bezpiecznie przechowywane w ich magazynie, więc znalezienie swojej musiałoby być poprzeglądane przez wiele paczek. Śniadanie było przeciętne, bez rewelacji, ale wystarczające, żeby zjeść sycący posiłek. Myślę, że ten hotel to dobry wybór, ale w pobliżu jest wiele innych opcji, więc przed rezerwacją warto zrobić rozeznanie i porównać oferty.

The hotel location is terrific, very clean, perfect facility with great services. We have a great greeting from Lisa who provided us all the information, accommodated us, surprised us by upgrading us with lake view room. Letting us to experience what the lake view is and how great is the hotel located. We have a great time with an enjoyable stay. Will come again, thanks

The hotel is near to the MRT Exit I2, walking distance to Beijing Road,, lots of eateries and shopping close by, there is a dian sum restaurant right next to the hotel. We stayed for 5 nights, the room is clean, bed is very comfortable, but missing out a full size mirror, it will be great if the room has it. We are pleased and appreciated to Mr Zheng help to upgrade our room and away from the lift corridor, as we can smell some bad 2nd hand smoked room as we walk towards the lift lobby (it's suppose to be a non-smoking hotel). Mr Zheng is friendly and helped me to contact the local delivery to solve my problems.

Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was the best decision. Every service staff we encountered greeted us with smiles ans patience. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dolphin-themed décor delighted our child, making it an ideal choice for families travelling with kids. The room felt warm and cosy, with well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well, and there were thoughtful touches such as children’s toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to detail. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort, very close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. Luggage storage was extremely convenient — easy to drop off and collect at any time, which made travelling stress-free. We had the buffet dinner and OMG I could be eat there 3 days in a row and wouldnt get through all the options. Huge variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. The butler service was proactive and attentive, sending daily updates on park activities and responding quickly to any questions or needs, resolving issues efficiently. Overall, an amazing experience! both the facilities and service were top-notch. We’re already planning our next trip back!
