„Hotel jest blisko szybkiego wyjścia i jest ładny. Spokojne miejsce jest zlokalizowane w atmosferze, zwłaszcza tkane malowane dekoracje, bardzo ładne. „Beautiful 5 star hotel resort on beautiful grounds. As the was an off season visit with very few others staying here, upon check-in we were upgraded to a room with a huge separate living room, a large bed room with the bath having separately enclosed toilet and shower areas and a spacious dressing area; and out in the large balcony area was a hot tub. Service during our stay was outstanding and the included breakfast excellent. As the room was a way from the lobby, shuttle service to the room and back just required a call to the front desk and included shuttle service to the nearby entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The free park bus to other sites (we also visited the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, which was IMO even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall area) was an easy walk from the resorts front gate,which we were shuttled to. If we ever go back to this area, this is definitely the place we will stay.”

„這次入住的是在山頂的「山野」房型，據酒店說這是最受歡迎的房型，實物也的確很出片👍十月底算是淡季入住，很多旁邊的房型都住不滿，更增添了幾份寧靜的隱世感。 在來之前看了很多網上的評論，知道想住山頂的房型，就要最少爬十幾分鐘的樓梯，已經提前做好心理預設。但真正來到這裡。對於我們這些平時不怎麼運動的人來說，這四百多層樓梯還是非常非常的吃力的，因為這四百多層樓梯環山而建，比平時我們的走的樓梯都要更陡、坡度更大。在爬梯的過程當中，多次太累停下來休息，但一想到馬上就要日落了，生怕晚到山頂會錯過了日落美景晚餐，所以用盡吃奶的力氣往上爬，然後又擔心自己用力過猛會在山中昏倒過去，幸好每走幾步就看到掛在樹幹上的監控鏡頭，頓時充滿安全感（因為心想就算暈倒也會有人第一時間發現哈）。 有天不負有心人，幸好最後都趕在日落前到達山頂享用晚餐。在這裡就不得不提這家西餐廳的出品，居然出奇的好吃！幾乎每一道菜的味道都有驚艷到我！可以一點也不誇張地說：真的勝過很多米其林餐廳！希望餐廳可以繼續保持高水準哈。 退房當天上午，剛好遇到下小雨🌧️，酒店有很貼心地提供雨傘給我們打著下山。但其實一邊打傘，一邊走溼滑陡峭的下山路更危險⚠️。其實最簡單成本最低的解決方式應該是：酒店提供質量好的雨衣給客人，這樣客人就可以有雙手騰出來扶著欄杆慢慢走下山。不過說實話，下雨天走這段下山的樓梯真的是挺危險的，真心建議如果酒店想要持續發展得更遠，建議要想辦法整修一下這段上下山的路哈。”

„Before check-in, the concierge, Lucas, added me on WeChat, which made communication very easy. Throughout our stay, Lucas was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us with many questions and requests. Thumbs up for the service! The hotel is about five or six years old, but the facilities are very well-maintained and it's quiet. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from museums, Guanshan Lake, and the dining street near the Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel's own restaurants are also excellent, featuring authentic Guizhou flavors, and the food is delicious. It's one of the best hotel restaurants I've experienced. I highly, highly recommend staying here! It's so much better than a certain older hotel near Guanshan Lake. When we asked to have our two rooms together, Hilton was largely able to accommodate us. That other hotel, however, communicated with arrogance from the start and even told us to try asking other hotels. The difference in attitude was night and day.”

I was a little nervous before booking because the price wasn't cheap, and I worried the experience wouldn't be good enough. However, I figured the numerous positive reviews about the excellent service would be good. My experience was truly beyond expectations (I knew it would be good, but I didn't expect it to be this good), and the scenery was breathtaking. Guizhou-style dinner for two: The hotel offers a complimentary dinner for two, and my husband, an elderly couple, and three children didn't have to pay extra. We enjoyed the hotel buffet. We arrived at 7 p.m., and while the food was plentiful, the manager kept saying they were out of dishes and even cooked us a special Guizhou spicy chicken dish. My husband said it was incredibly flavorful. The bar always had drinks and ice water, making it a relaxing summer drink. After dinner, we took a stroll around the hotel, which was very relaxing. The driver of the electric scooter was always available, and when we left, he took us to the parking lot and then back to the scenic area gate to take us to the bus. The entire hotel staff gave me the same friendly and relaxed feeling as a Sanya resort hotel. My second child was struck by the hotel's beauty the moment they entered, and even asked if it had a swimming pool. It felt like a seaside resort. Swimming in the outdoor pool felt like wandering between heaven and earth, and the fresh scent of the pine forest permeated my breath. We also received complimentary tickets to the Yunmen Tun Scenic Area, which also included a stroll, and the scenery was beautiful. We took photos and posted them on WeChat, and everyone was amazed by the beauty. I look forward to returning in autumn to see the different scenery. A small suggestion would be to add more family-friendly facilities and some forest activities. While you can swim in the summer, there are some activities in the fall and winter that will provide a more enriching experience for children.

The hotel's hardware is excellent, but its service and management get a zero. We checked in after 4 PM, and the room wasn't even ready yet. After it was finally cleaned, I walked in to find the previous guest's socks still sitting on the bedside table, as shown in picture one. It made me seriously doubt if they even cleaned it properly. The hotel's swimming pool is an Instagram hotspot, but because it's outsourced, the actual experience was a zero. There are no lockers! The entire changing room is as small as shown in picture two – that's it! The floor was covered in water and trash, and no one was cleaning it. There were no towels unless you paid 10 yuan for a disposable one, and no slippers unless you paid another 12 yuan. The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and no local specialties. Compared to other state guesthouses like the Wuxi Taihu Hotel, Nanjing Dongjiao Guesthouse, or Wuhan Donghu Hotel, the breakfast here was basically on par with a county government guesthouse. All in all, it's absolutely not worth the price. Booking the Zhijin Hotel was definitely the biggest regret of my Guizhou trip.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, providing information about tourist attractions and subway/bus stops. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were clean and hygienic, and the laundry room on the 5th floor was thoughtfully designed for guests' laundry needs. The shopping area and restaurants downstairs are very convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang. Highly recommended!

The double bed is large and you can clip Xiaobao in the middle. The tent is large enough for an adult to sleep, and the boss can sleep in the tent. We and our parents have a total of 6 people in just two rooms. Adults sleep in a big bed and children sleep in a tent. This night's stay is comfortable. The hot spring water of Jianhe is really good, the water is slippery, and the skin is slippery. The hotel's supporting hot spring pool environment is natural, various flower pools and medicine pools, the cave area has not had time to soak, the front has been very comfortable. From the medicine pool of 35℃ to the flower pool of 44℃, from cold to hot, the whole person is warm. The hotel sent 4 hot spring tickets per room. We soaked once on the day of check-in, and then soaked again after breakfast the next day. The day of check-in happened to be the Lantern Festival. The Qingjiang Pavilion cruise ship was suspended and changed to the fireworks show and song and dance performance in Yang'asha Square. The singer sang on the cruise ship of Qingjiang Pavilion. The 30-minute fireworks show was still shocking and beautiful. Disney's fireworks show is beautiful, but that is fireworks + light and shadow, if you just watch the fireworks, Jianhe Lantern Festival this 30-minute fireworks show is the most beautiful fireworks show I have ever seen. Yang Asha, I hope that next time I come to Jianhe Hot Spring, I can have time to read the story of the goddess. The book Yang Asha placed in the hotel makes me concerned.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Gufu Street and the ancient city, making it super convenient for food. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were all very friendly. The twin room side was quiet, and the weather was cool and comfortable, so we didn't even need to use the air conditioning. Anshun is truly a summer escape! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was quite spacious, and the public facilities were well-equipped. Upon check-in, we received complimentary welcome fruit, afternoon tea, and a late-night sweet soup. We even got a souvenir upon check-out. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, always ready to assist with anything, including providing travel tips and luggage service, which was truly impressive. The 24-hour online service group made communication convenient at any time. The staff were warm and friendly, paying close attention to detail, making both check-in and check-out processes smooth. The Yao bath specialty service added an extra layer of comfort.

📍 The location is absolutely amazing: just a 5-meter walk to the observation deck, offering a stunning panoramic view of the Miao village. The service is superb; everything from check-in to check-out was perfectly arranged. 🍴 The restaurant, ”Chunxi Xiaoguan,” is legendary: The sour soup fish and the intangible cultural heritage 'sweat chicken' are fantastic, great value for money, and delicious. You can also request other stir-fried dishes to be made non-spicy. This guesthouse's own restaurant is truly a hidden gem, with high ratings and many returning customers. Highly, highly recommended. From location and service to food and overall experience, this beautiful guesthouse is flawless! If you're coming to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, you absolutely must stay here. It's hassle-free and perfect for photos. I'll definitely be back next time!

The city view suite is perfect for couples! With 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy cityscapes during the day and catch stunning sunsets in the evening. You can even see Jiaxiu Tower right from your bed, and every photo you take will have a great vibe. 💖 Service exceeded expectations! A dedicated butler contacted us in advance, arranged pick-up and drop-off, and was on hand for luggage storage and any other needs we had. 🏠 The room amenities were incredibly thoughtful. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a standalone bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. They also provided a Marshall speaker, premium toiletries, and a Dyson hairdryer, making for a truly high-quality stay. Breakfast can be delivered to your room, so you can enjoy high-altitude city views with your morning tea right from your bed. The American-style cafe downstairs is super photogenic, and there are complimentary welcome fruits, coffee, and drinks. Plus, laundry and drying services are available. It's truly ideal for couples! The price was very high and the service was mediocre. I've stayed in many hotels like this... The only advantage of choosing this one was its proximity to the Grand Waterfall... but they only drop you off at the entrance. For all other attractions, you have to take the shuttle bus back and forth. We exited the Grand Waterfall at the wrong place and asked if they could pick us up, even though it was less than 200 meters away. They refused, saying the shuttle bus couldn't leave the designated route, etc. Is there no other car besides the shuttle? Breakfast ends at 10 AM, and I personally think it should be extended by half an hour, especially since the nearby attractions require at least two hours of walking. You'll be exhausted when you return to the hotel... The temperature in the hotel's hot spring pools varied greatly, with some feeling like cold water... and they weren't very clean either... This hotel is quite old... I recommend a renovation.
