Przyjechałem tu po tylu słyszeniach i doświadczenie w tym hotelu było absolutnie idealne! Lokalizacja to główny atut; hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko starej ulicy Qilou i biblioteki Yundong, w odległości spaceru lub krótkiej przejażdżki taksówką, co czyni go niezwykle dogodnym miejscem do zwiedzania. Najbardziej imponujące są cztery posiłki dziennie. Stół w formie bufetu ugina się od różnorodnych, pysznych potraw: mini kiełbasek, orzeźwiających marynowanych warzyw, pikantnej edamame i innych przystawek, a także talerzy owoców, sałatek warzywnych i aromatycznych smażonych makaronów – bogaty i pyszny wybór, więc nie musisz się martwić, gdzie zjeść. Udogodnienia są również bardzo przemyślane. Pralnia z pralko-suszarką Haier jest praktyczna i przemyślana. Pokoje są prosto i wygodnie urządzone, łazienka jest doskonale zaprojektowana, a kosmetyki kompletne. Nawet takie detale, jak suszarka do włosów, są przemyślane. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, obsługa jest doskonała; od udogodnień po obsługę gastronomiczną, nie ma na co narzekać. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest po prostu znakomity! Pokoje gościnne robią szczególne wrażenie, charakteryzując się prostym, a zarazem praktycznym układem. Miękka pościel połączona jest z wygodnymi kanapami, a strefy pracy i wypoczynku są wyraźnie zaznaczone. Strefa sanitarna została zaprojektowana z dbałością o szczegóły, z okrągłym lustrem do makijażu i markowymi kosmetykami. Wbudowana przestrzeń do przechowywania jest pełna czystych ręczników, a takie udogodnienia jak suszarka do włosów zapewniają wyjątkowy komfort pobytu.

Location: - The homestay is strategically located, close to Haikou East train station and Meilan International Airport, a lot of restaurants and mini markets nearby. Cleanliness:- The homestay is clean and tidy, but smelly as people smoke in the hotel room and lobby. Service:- The reception is very patient and friendly. Facilities:- The hotel room we booked is located at 7th floor which has no direct access from lobby lift, the lift only access to 6th floor and required us to take stairs in order to reach our floor, relatively inconvenient. Furthermore, the hotel lobby is very stuffy and strong smoke smell. In overall, the accommodation is value for money, and is a good choice for a night stay, but will consider for a better one.

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

The hotel is very nice. There is an underpass to get to the beach. The beach area is well maintained, towels are always available as well as sunbeds. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has different varieties and is large. The hotel's area is very well maintained. There are many local restaurants and food shops around the hotel. The bus stop is nearby, it is easy to get any place around Sanya from the hotel. I would like to express our special thanks to Guest Relation Manager Maria who made our stay at the hotel so pleasant.

It's technically walking distance from the railway station. We did walk there to book railway tickets, but had to take a DiDi with the luggage. The room was spacious and AC worked great. It's a basic place to stay.

We stayed in the family theme room and were very impressed! It was spacious, with one king-size bed and a super single bed—almost 130cm wide, which comfortably fit our family of two adults and two children. The location is also very convenient, close to several shopping plazas and restaurants. The hotel provides a free self-service laundry room, but you’ll need to collect a voucher from the front desk first. Overall, it was a great experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Special thanks to the front desk staff, 小进, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us and even reminded us about an item we had left behind. Much appreciated!

Our stay at JW Marriott turned out to be a truly unforgettable and deeply touching experience. During our stay, it happened to be our baby’s second birthday. Sharry prepared a birthday surprise for us that went far beyond anything we expected. It was not just a simple room decoration, but a genuine celebration of a child’s growth, done with real care and heart. The room was beautifully decorated, but what moved me the most was this: almost all hotel staff personally wrote handwritten birthday wishes for our baby, folded each note into a heart, and placed them together in a glass bottle. Seeing that bottle filled with so many handwritten messages from different people was incredibly touching. It wasn’t just five-star service — it was warmth, sincerity, and human connection. What made this experience even more special was that Sharry learned we had stayed at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Thailand, in October last year, and that our wonderful experience there was the reason we chose the JW Marriott brand again. After hearing this, she went the extra mile and coordinated with the team in Thailand to record a birthday greeting video for our daughter. Receiving birthday wishes months later from familiar faces we had met before, from another country, was incredibly emotional and meaningful for us. It truly showed a level of care and connection that is very rare. The hotel also prepared a birthday cake for our baby, and the next day surprised us again with a lovely animal-themed cake. The care didn’t stop at one moment; it continued throughout our stay. In addition, our room was upgraded, and during the entire stay, Sharry checked in with us daily about our experience, always attentive but never intrusive. This kind of thoughtful, genuine service made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. Objective feedback: • The sound insulation of the room door is not very strong, and corridor noise can be noticeable • Breakfast is average, without many highlights • It would be great if the breakfast area could include clear allergen labeling, which would be very helpful for guests with food allergies • The hotel feels more business-oriented and mature in style, and the overall resort atmosphere is not particularly strong Overall, this is a hotel with solid facilities and exceptionally warm, thoughtful service. The sincere, unrequested, and carefully executed details made this stay truly special and memorable.

Piękny hotel, sprzyjający wypoczynkowi. W zatoce są tylko dwa hotele, mało ludzi, woda jest błękitna i czysta. Na plaży nie ma gwizdków, jest prawie od razu głęboka, można pływać, jest mała rafa. Co najmniej 2 osoby w hotelu mówią po angielsku, co jest plusem. Pokój został oddany w ogrodzie, z dużym tarasem. Pokój jest duży, fajny, ale trochę stary, jest sporo zadrapań, widać, że hotel widział swoje zabytki, ale jednocześnie jest czysto i przyjemnie. Nie wiem, czy było to spowodowane złym sprzątaniem, czy może był to okres kwitnienia drzew i nie mieliśmy czasu ich sprzątnąć, na kafelkach w częściach wspólnych leżało mnóstwo liści i nasion drzew. Personel oczywiście sprzątał i zamiatał, ale w basenie często było mnóstwo śmieci, a pływanie nie było zbyt przyjemne. Basen jest duży i podgrzewany. Śniadanie było dobre, podobało mi się. Ale obsługa nie oferuje napojów, ponieważ albo nie zna angielskiego i jest zawstydzona, albo dlatego, że nie jest to w zwyczaju. Dziwny. MINUS: od razu zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z obiadem, różnica w cenie wyniosła 6-7 tysięcy rubli za trzy noce, był to szósty hotel w naszej podróży, nie chcieliśmy zawracać sobie głowy jedzeniem przed wyjazdem. Więc nie jedz obiadu!!! Wydali kod QR, za jego pomocą codziennie przynoszą ten sam zestaw jedzenia! Przerażenie. Co więcej, połowa dań jest pikantna i obca europejskim gustom. Oznacza to, że co wieczór będziesz jadł to samo, chociaż kierownik powiedział, że w piątek i sobotę mają bufet, możesz wybierać. Ale przez pozostałe 5 dni to samo jedzenie. Nigdy wcześniej nie widzieliśmy czegoś takiego. Kierownik oczywiście się zgodził i ostatniego dnia wymienił dla nas 2 pikantne dania, ale znaczenie niewiele się zmieniło. Ogólnie hotel polecam, za cenę 13-15 tys./noc, nie jest wart więcej.

Hotel ten znajduje się blisko lotniska, około 15 minut i około 30 minut jazdy do Sanya. To dobrze, jeśli chcesz po prostu być blisko oceanu i jednocześnie być blisko lotniska. Podobał mi się pobyt tutaj. Plusy: Pracownicy są pomocni. Pokój był czysty. Bardzo ekscytujące było zobaczyć dokładnie czysty pokój, więc byłem 😁. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne. 🤩 Plaża znajduje się około 5 minut spacerem. 😍 Nie próbowałem jedzenia ani innych usług, ponieważ tylko się zatrzymywałem i potrzebowałem taniego tempa snu. Jest wanna, która działa. Cena jest bardzo rozsądna i jest dobrej jakości. Minusy: Woda pod prysznicem nie była tak gorąca, jak wolę. Klimatyzator działa dobrze, ale nie wystarczająco dobrze dla kobiety w okresie menopauzy 😅. Budynek jest starszy, więc to widać. Istnieją drobne, drobne szczegóły, które mogłyby wymagać konserwacji, ale ogólnie obiekty są dobrze utrzymane. Nie uważam tego za problem, ale inni mogą. Jest kilka negatywów, ale nadal warto się zatrzymać.
