„優點：市中心位置好，飲食交通方便，Picadilly火車站300米距離，房間和洗手間都夠大，有膠囊咖啡、瓶裝水、小水吧、小冰箱（通電但不太製冷）、吹風機、化粧鏡、沐浴露、洗髮水、洗手液、大塊的香皂（比別家都大），還準備有女性衞生用品，沒有單獨的護髮素，一次性拖鞋在浴袍口袋裡，歐洲區自帶牙刷牙膏。我是臨街房間，但並不吵。 缺點：按我們普通東亞人標準，衞生不行，而且房間有味道，每天清潔後的用品補給時有時無，好像全看housekeeper記不記得，但是你去要，他們態度很好。 總體來説不踩坑”

„Stayed here before our morning flight and it was great. Couldn't get a better location, since it's inside the terminal complex. We stayed in a runway view room and it was cool to see the planes landing and taking off, and it wasn't much extra for the runway room compared to a normal. Staff were lovely at check in and the room was comfy and completely silent.”

„During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience. A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience. One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons. In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.”

„Absolutely loved our stay at The Midland Manchester – everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely looked after, and the service throughout was faultless. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud – we had some of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in ages! The room service was prompt, professional, and the food was delicious – a real treat after a long day exploring the city. Speaking of relaxing – the spa was absolutely divine. Clean, calming, and wonderfully designed, it was the perfect escape. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – incredibly soothing and tailored to perfection. If you’re in need of some proper pampering, this is the place to be. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. Right in the heart of Manchester, everything is within walking distance, yet the hotel still manages to feel like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. All in all, The Midland is a true gem. Comfortable, elegant, and run by an outstanding team. We’ll absolutely be back!”

„The service was nice. There are some little things that need to be upgraded like a real coffee machine for breakfast, giving a bathrobe for your room to go in the spa (free bathrobe of course). I’m satisfied for the rest. I spent a nice week. 😊”

„Positives; close to didsbury and all travel links. Good to use the facilities in the morning such as the pool and spa area. Negatives; was ridiculously expensive for a 10m2 room with no breakfast 😳. Bed was barely a queen. I paid £140 for one night. Staff were pleasant enough and everything was clean and fresh.”

„Overall the hotel was pretty decent however weren’t informed on arrival that we had to register car plate number on the electronic system to avoid paying fine. Explained this to the receptionist as we weren’t informed on arrival but they weren’t being of great help and one of the staff was quite rude and dismissive. Rest of the stay apart from this was fine”

„Clean hotel and service was good some rooms need a touch of paint as alot of paint is coming off the walls but apart from that good stay as i stay here regular and has always been pleasant.”
